Huge scam. Items you get are garbage quality. Many items never arrive and they dont refund you( always have some excuse) and the big thing is I have just noticed... is they OVERCHARGE you on your credit card for every item. I bought something for 30 dollars ( including shipping) and was charged 39.99. Bought something else for appx 6 dollars and was charged 8 and change. Am disputing with my credit card company right now!

They do not ship what you order and then change the listing after you order. Total scam website do not purchase here.
Very disappointed with this site. Received a item with a hole in it. Just wanted to return it and get my money back. No luck they want a picture. I do not have anything that I can load or even take a picture. After some back and forth messages. I give up. I will not order from this rip off company. I even told them I would send it to them.

Ordered items for a bit more than 150 euro and they took money off my prepaid card. Next day tried to order few things and at transatcion/pay, it said account was restricted and to send them copy of bank statements. Upon explaining it`s a prepaid card, they wanted me to send them copy of my id, like that can prove ownership of prepaid card. They keep saying it`s all for my protection and just keep replying to send them copy of my id. Preotection would be to set in order security code option where buyer/me needs to know pin for prepaid card.
All my orders were canceled, says refund on all and waiting for that refund.
It has scam written all over at this point.
In September last year I and a colleague ordered a lot of clothing and other articles from Wish for Christmas presents. Only 5 of these items arrived and despite ordering two sizes larger than normal, they did not fit. Even the watch and bracelet was too small. To date we have not received the many other items. There answer. "It is too late for you to ask for your money back". WHY? Surely I am not responsible for the non delivery? Every time I had asked why I had not received my goods they moved the delivery date further forward and now all of a sudden it it too late. Definitely will not be buying from them again. So much of my hard earned money gone to waste and my poor daughter did not get any of her Christmas gifts. My colleague has also not received her items.
Cheap junk. You get what you pay for i guess. Hoodie was made of crappy thin material and one sleeve was longer then the other. Beard trimmer was plastic and broke immediately. Work gloves fell apart as soon as they got wet. Delivery was always later then expected. Amazon works better
Seems to be a total scam. Suggest we stay clear. I gave them second chance be regret it! Notifications of so called super deals never there when opening the site - a con.

Wish cancelled my account claiming I was making to many reimbursements. I was just following their procedures. I had to ask for refunds through Paypal. Because I had to many claims through Paypal, Paypal cancelled my account and even if try many times to explain to them the situations. I will never be able to get a Paypal account again. Items never arrive on time. Sometimes would take more then 4months or would simply get lost in the mail.
I think Wish has some really cool clothes and i thought about buying a couple of outfits until they started popping up on my phone every 30 minutes and sometimes with music and the Wish website flashing like fluorescent dance floor. How much more annoying can you get Wish?! I never even downloaded Wish shopping page from google play store or looked Wish clothes on my phone but only on my computer. When a company has a good or even great product they will lose business if they are pushy or become beggars and if their commercials are annoying, obnoxious or lack class. Your popup ads will be your demise Wish!
Wish is a scammers paradise, WISH has a policy that all a buyer has to do claim the item wasn't as advertised and WISH issues a full refund without making the customer return the item, On Amazon we have a. 5% return rate, WISH our Return rate is a whopping 35% with no items actually being returned. I ordered two tubed shape speakers / subwoofers only to receive two very small round kids speakers. Im sill waiting for another two parcels to arrive which I have been waiting for now 55 days. Never again will i be doing business from Wish. DONT TRUST THEM.

I have been try to get agile of customer support by phone and on the web site itself and can't get no where. I need to return a shirt that I got it's a child's large and you can see right threw it. I would just like my money back all the problems I'm having will never order anything else again.

I have had both p oily positive and negative experiences on wish, now first and foremost, all items are from China, even if it states a US seller, that just means they drop ship and have their items here instead of mailing/shipping from China itself. I have gotten decent, not great, but decent items from this site and I've gotten items that made me turn my head sideways and look confused. It really is a 50/50 shot on this site but the prices don't make you run away thinking " they want what for that!" It's normally a cheap price and decent shipping charges, but not always great items, it is definitely the epitome of You Get What You Pay For.
I wrote review on this Company a couple of days ago. From 5 items ordered I have received 3 (only 1 of which was as ordered) the other two were far more basic than what I had ordered.
Today I received the 4th item ordered (a 50,000mah recharge battery pack for phone, camera etc etc) After receiving this item my electronics friend challenged the 50,000mah rating as being false. I then decided to look up on google to find if anyone had run any electronic tests on them to determine if they are as advertised. The responses I found puts the true output at around 5,000mah - nothing like the 50,000mah claimed on the advert within WISH.
They change the delivery date 3 weeks after ordered but even changing date I only received 1/4 products ordered
I ordered all on the 19 of April as up today... still only have one of 4 package...

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
