I ordered smart phone 2 weeks ago and just received phone holder that I don't need. I can't contact customer support because app doesn't work properly. I can't even see my order history and when I approach them through notifications link to the shop doesn't work. So I'm cut off. Fortunately I was smart enough not to order to much stuff. Yes, and there is price on package $0.22 and I didn't pay anything that much.
I'm sorry to say but Wish is SCUM. On package there are only Chinese letters so I don't know exact order nm.
Have always have a good experience with wish and its cheap I would recommend everyone to use it sometime you even get the item you ordered earlier than expected if late you are refunded your money
Beware of selling on wish.com. If a customer claims that a product wasn't received (even if tracking shows as delivered) or there was a claim of a problem with a product, wish refunds customers with no question or rebuttal is asked from vendors who sell on wish. If a product is claimed as not as described buyers do not have to return the product to seller to be refunded by wish. I doubt anyone making such asinine polices has any business experience.
I placed a product on Wish, which never arrived (still 4 months and counting). When I contacted customer support, they simply said that there's nothing they can do and that it's over their 30-day return policy. I would return the product if I got it in the first place - but now I don't have the product, and they are not willing to return my money. Complete theft!

My mom had just told me about how she ordered an iPad Air on Wish and since I was getting a new phone, I decided to get me a case. The prices are great or whatever, but I takes a little over a month to get here. I ordered two cases on Amazon on the same day and they arrived two days later. So I got a bit impatient seeing as my phone was coming in this week, so I just decided to get a refund, but it was telling me I had to put in shipping information and I'd receive a refund when it got back to them. That was obviously a problem, seeing as I hadn't even received my cases. So I contacted customer support and they kept giving me the same bull$#*! answer and sending me in circles. I wouldn't recommend using this site. Amazon costs a little bit more, but the shipping is faster and the quality is better.
It was wrongly sized and the wrong colour, I have tried calling but nobody answers the phone and it clicks off, very unhappy customer, on the parcel it has E62 I do not know if that is the ID DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS THE CORRECT ID it was on the parcel

I placed a simple order wit the understanding that it may take some time to ship from China. After 2 months, I inquired and was pleased to see it was finally processed. 3 more months and after a move, I recheck, and it is still being processed. I ask customer service about it, demanding a refund, and the message I get back is:
Wish offers a 30-day return policy on all orders. I reviewed your purchase and it appears you're unfortunately beyond this timeframe.
WTF? I never received the item. Never trust these scam sites.
It is a scam. They owe me over $200 and don't want to refund as they tell me that they have a 30 day policy. Which is really nonsense. They owe me, They must refund me.
Most items were in excellent condition but when I ordered clothing items they were always to small which is disappointing. For example I ordered some leggings in size 18 and when they arrived they were a size 10 but in the label it said 18
Wish is ok I guess but the vendors sell junk. Bought sexy male underwear from them. The ones with the detachable crotch were reasonably comfortable but the snap restraining the nads on the bottom broke off after a use or two. This happened in two pairs. These Asian garments are definitely not designed for Afro/European male parts. If you are delicately proportioned in the down there regions, this might be a win. I also bought torn up mens jeans. They looked nice, but aft the first wear I had to bring them to a local Taylor to have the from snap replace because it broke.
Wish is great! Easy to relate to. Takes care of problem's quick and easy. Have ordered allot and only had a couple of returns where I wasn't happy! The clothing looks awesome, but really small!
Depuis que je commande sur Wish, je fais des économies sur les articles qui m'intéressent! Les plus souvent les délais sont respectés, les articles arrivent en bon état et pour pas cher! I have ordered a few items from this site, the majority of items come in 2-3 weeks and is the actual item. Other times it takes so long to get here I forget about It and the item is sooooo cheap or way to small. It's a hit or miss with this site.
I am sad when the order is not like the picture or I get another colour and lately another item of what I actually have ordered.
But I have to admit that the customer service is very good and the answer of whatever I may have asked was prompt. Congrats on that!
Good morning I absolutely recommend buying at wish because I am always satisfied with the articles. When there is a problem they are very attentive. I even advise you to make your purchases on wish.

If I could have my way with wish, I would like for all the items I order to come all at the same time in one package. Otherwise I am good with everything else
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
