I have ordered several things and not one of them is as described. From drill and router bits to phones and phone accessories. If you choose to buy from them, read the description of it very carefully and with extreme criticism. I didn't include photos due to page not working properly. Save your money.
This is the worst online buying and selling site, do not Try it,, they are criminals, bought grander from them worth $261 and never worked instead making mess all over, same day I ordered for dehydrator and a kitchen carpet, they said the dehydrator is out off stock that they will refund me my $280 in 10 days time, it's been like for ever and they never refunded any money, the carpet was never delivered and when I try to ask them, they said I should go look for the carpet my self somewhere in their fathers stupid head, this people are big scammers, thats why they have made in China corona, do not buy or refer them to your love once or even your enemy, My money will surly purging you wish scam, this crap the sent me

Listings are very deceptive, for instance, item is a 3-pack, and shows picture of 3-pack, with the words 3-pack, including when it goes in the cart. I selected one of these. Paid the expensive shipping. I get a single but a 1-pack. Customer service doesn't care that the fraud is on their end. I can only get a refund if I return it and pay the shipping. They've done this a couple of times. At other times they've sent inferior product (clothing, lights, pictures) with long delays... and the shipping has consistently gone up. Ripoff site.

I ordered an item from wish. Ten days after ordering I received a notice saying it wasn't available but I could choose from 100s of unrelated items at discounted prices as a replacement. So it's not really shopping. It's more like placing your money down for a chance to win random prizes. I guess this works as a business model? In my case I jumped through a few hoops and am promised to receive a refund... in another 10 days, because ya know, that's how long it takes to process refunds these days.

Horrible service, non sense responses, they don't listen, making mistakes on orders, but taking money right away! Charging delivery for each item, then putting in one bag. All skin products under brand names are imitation! Avoid avoid!

Terrible service, even worst return policy, do not... buy anything. It takes forever for things to come, return process is a complete nightmare, connecting with customer service is impossible. Stay far away from this site

I was super excited when I saw an inflatable waterslide for sale for a good price and I purchased it. I recieved notification that it had arrived at my local mailbox. So I went to get my parcel and they sent a pencil with a thank you card. I have been dealing with PayPal to try and get my money back and have escalated my claim. Then I recieved a notification from wish that they cannot return funds because I have filed a claim and that if I would like my money in a timely manner that I needed to take it off and send them a picture of my cancelled claim. Paypal told me not to take it off as you cannot put it back on once it is removed. So hopefully I will get my moneyback through PayPal. But the thing that is I ordered a pool and inflatable hot tub also so it looks like I will be dealing with this once those parcels arrive and who knows what I will recieve this time...

A few months ago I was browsing Facebook and I saw these Wish ads multiple times. A legit eCommerce platform would never promote such child abuse subliminal messages. I'm questioning what Wish actually is right now and I urge everyone to call for an investigation into their activities because it could simply be used as a platform to allow child traffickers to communicate through subliminal messages. And why is Facebook allowing such ads in the first place? (See Attached Screenshots)
Please note that I posted this on other reviews websites too, I want this matter to gain attention quickly since children might be endangered.

Never... never use WISH...
One of the worst customer service in the entire world. They use a totally stupid AI system that keeps on asking the same question.
It is just impossible to relate to the supplier to find out if they hold an article.
The translation App is kinder garden level.
When you compare to Ali express or to your local dealer, Wish has the most expensive Postage fees as well as the import taxes that are outrageous.
Not talking about non existing items or false article advertisements.
Please just abandon your account and use local providers.

Wish made me pay shipping on all my separate orders but sent everything I ordered In the same parcel. I also was missing half of my order and then items i did get were faulty and of bad quality. I tried to get help but they blocked my account. They asked for copy's of my order history and when I gave it to them they said your Wish account is blocked.

They use to be very good at solving problems with the products but since last year they are nothing but pain in the A. Woke up wish before you lose your customers. They always advertise wrong sizes and very poor quality waist of money and time NOT going to order ever again.
I stupidly did not do any research before ordering from Wish, and should have realized the price was too good to be true, There return policy is not clear, they say you "may" be required to pay return postage if you are not satisfied. All merchandise comes from China. I emailed them about my particular purchase to ask in the event i am not satisfied and want to return, if I would be required to pay the postage. I just get back a form letter saying saying "I apologize you have not received your package..." I then wrote back again saying that they did not read my email, that I was not asking about a package being late or not received. And once again I got back another similar response "I apologize you have not received your package". THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for this company. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from them. Their merchandise is knock-off items made in China which are not the actual brand of the item you ordered, and if you are not happy, you will be stuck with it as it's not possible to communicate when them. You are just throwing your money away if you purchase anything, it's shocking that they are still in business.
Buyer/Seller Beware! Found a bunch of items that were being sold with out proper license from the Patent holders. When asked to remove these items we were told that is wasn't their(wish.com) problem and we should sue them. This could be cause for a class action law suit. If your IP is on this site let us know and we can all suit this Billion dollar company together.

I contacted them, via live chat to get a refund. I was told an email would be sent with a link on. Nothing came. I contacted them a further 2 times, still nothing. The Wish assistant is automated so I repeated and repeated everything. Very frustrating. Today I went through it again but asked to speak to a Manger. I was told the email had been sent ( a lie) and was cut off, very rudely. Thankfully I have the conversation transcript. There isn't even a number you can ring. Very poor quality goods (which I seem to be stuck with as I cannot get a refund address) and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED... and that IS saying something! Avoid like the plague please...

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
