I have tried many different ways to order items (4 different credit cards, all valid, and PayPal). Nothing will go through. I have ordered items in the past. They were exactly what I ordered, just very small. I have looked at a number of possible customer support options but none allow me to actually contact them. I've been in a loop with no resolution so far.
Wish has done it to me again! I was sold two phones which were advertises as iphone 12. I get the phones and take them to multiple phone stores and no one could even describe to me what type of phone's they are. Not only that they don't even work. I tried charging and they dont even power up. They refuse to refund my money and the way their customer support is set up is beyond stupid to me. The support computer generated assistant keep asking the same question overe and over. Never getting the opportunity to "speak" to a real live agent to straighten out situations is very irritating. I'm out of $250 and they have no desire to assist me in hurting my money back. I will not be making any more purchases from this company. I'm actually about to totally delete thre app from my phone. You won't get another opportunity to burn me. All i can do is Wish them well. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY IN THIS SITE. EVERYTHING THAT SHINES ISN'T GOLD.

I am not a regular customer of wish. I ordered few things of 95$ by mistake. At the same time i cancel the order. Next day i saw the block my account. I sent them e mail. They revert when you will receive the items, you can send back to us. I received things but after that they stop reverting to my e mails. The things are of cheap quality. A couple times a hit deal would pop up I would buy it only to find out a week or 2 later they refund me for lack of stock.
Other times same thing you buy. They take your money you wait anxiously only to be refunded. Very disappointing. It's a street market online. Very unprofessional not to mention the speed. Horrible. It's garbage dollar store crap. Never again will I buy anything from these morons.

Unreliable and unprofessional!
I've ordered four times:
The first order came on time with all the items.
The second order, was first approved, but was cancelled by the site a week later, because they didn't actually get the items.
The third one, I received only half the items I ordered.
The forth order, appears on the site as if it's been picked up two days ago, though I never got a notice it arrived.

Do not I repeat do not waste your money yea it may seem cheep but often the quality is cheep they are the king of false advertising they will get u to pay what u think is a good price for a way worse item and it will always be late by a lot if you get it. And u might be thinking oh well couldn't u get in touch with customer support nope it is usually a robot that will not help u with $#*!.

Very bad experience with wish! I did my order for many items & supposedly will arrive altogether, paid for shipping, but didn't say there will b extra charge for delivery! They keep sending order one by one even if it is small parcel! Each time I have to pay 31 Dhs which cost me more than what I order.

I have just refurbished my house, ordered mostly online, all the products arrived within time (Including overseas orders) and for the most part the products were as pictured and in some cases better. Then my order arrived today from wish! I ordered pillow cases and fake tulips, the packaging was almost laughable, the products were stuffed into black bags, and the tulips were completely bent! The pillow cases were stuffed inside separate plastic bags, inside the black bags, and when opened were completely creased and the quality of the products, would have made the Reject Shop look the other way! In fact the products were so bad that they are now sitting in my bin, what makes this worse is I dropped $54 on this crap! Including delivery! Wish is an absolute disgrace, and should be shut down, the nefarious nature in which they do business serves as a cautionary tale!

I purchased what was supposed to be a Samsung Galaxy S30 from the wish.com app. After receiving the phone I tried to activate it on my cellphone carrier network, but couldn't. So I contacted Samsung Electronics Corporation to find out why I'm having trouble activating the device. They informed me that they make no such model, and was only up to the S21. I immediately contacted wish support through the app, and explained the problem through the automated response system. I got a response 3 days later requesting pictures of the device along with some other information. I got another response 3 days later giving me no definitive answers or relief for my issue, which is a FULL REFUND AND THE SELLER HAS TO PAY THE RETURN COST, NO EXCEPTIONS! It's been weeks with no end in sight. A STIFF WARNING, DON'T PURCHASE ANY ELECTRONICS FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
