I have very little trouble with anything I have purchased on WISH. I know that I am not
Getting top grade items and if I do not like it, I give it away. I have a neighbor that loves the little trinkets that I bequeath to her. If it is damaged, I chalk it up to the buying experience. Who would even think of returning anything? It would cost much more to send things back to China.
I will continue to shop on WISH.
As a matter of fact, two charging cords that I got when I purchased phone from Verizon wore out. I found just what I wanted on WISH and it is perfect!

I ordered a media center and realized when I received it that the H96 pro+ was crashing every minutes. Wish was great at providing a solution for the android system 7.1 that the wifi was disconnecting frequently and making it impossible to watch any video on KODI. After doing a factory reset and making sure that all apps were up to date, the system was still disconnecting and crash as before. At the end Wish provided me a full refund including the shipping cost. With this experience, I will do more purchases with confident, thanks.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Wish for Christmas and I am still missing a few items. I have told Wish when they asked questions about my order. I also am very upset over the fingerlings that I ordered. I was under the impression that the fingerlings where the real deal, when it arrived in the mail it was a little fake fingerling no bigger than a pencil, the little tomagochi toy that I received in the mail was broke and it did not even work correctly. These gifts where for my special needs son who has sever ADHD and he was a complete mess when some of his gifts did not arrive, the fingerling was fake and his toy was broke. More then three of my gifts did not arrive in the mail as of today January 18,2018 and I ordered them AND I PAID FOR THEM several several months before December 2017... What can and will be done?!?
I ordered some shoes that were supposed to be to me by Sept 17. They told me to wait another 30 days and each time I went back to the site to say that it had not arrived they said to wait. As of now its Jan 18th and I still have not received my items. I let them know that I wanted a refund. Then they tell me that I cant have one because its over 30 days of when the item is supposed to arrive. And they are not doing anything to get me the shoes I ordered.
You show one price and then when i go to order totally different price. And much higher price. I have stopped ordering from wish.
I m some what satisfied with wish. I think the shipping options and charges should b different. Like for $5 thing v r paying $4 shipping and that to cums late... U should keep shipping options like fast shipping and regular shipping for regular shipping the charges should b very minimal and for fast shipping the charges can b lil higher. In the case if the person is in need of that product early then he will b fine to pay more n that shopng chrges should b non refundable. Secondly the quality of the product is sum time not satisfying.
Never received my item from October. I have reported it and basically the responds was tell me I just have to except that lost but keep spending my money with them.
Very satisfied all the way. Most of the time always received the items before the due date and when they were not I got my money back no question ask. It's an easy way to shop from your home. Just a couple things I would like to bring up, some of the compagnies should add more description to there items and when we buy more that one items there should be a discount on the shipping.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
