Three separate orders have now been lost in shipping... how do 3 different items ordered at different times all get "lost" in shipping? The refund process was fairly easy but I ordered the product because I wanted the product NOT a refund. A fourth item came and was of substandard quality so after providing a picture I was given an immediate refund (5-7 days).

I have ordered quite a few items in the past from Wish and had no problems with my delivery to South Africa, Today I received three items and had to pay Customs Duty
Of R72.00. I think you might want to inform clients of this. I have never paid for my other items. It was most annoying.

But right now, Wish is having an issue with their payment system, so all these people who are complaining from several days ago to today - just await till they fix the bug. I ordered 4 items - money got debited from my card, but it didnt send the order. So probably they are having an issue.

I like wish because you can find awesome deals. Things are very cheap. Usually shipping is also. The only problems are that the sizes are a lot different than what we are used to. I discovered that you have to order 1 to 2 sizes bigger. Also sometimes it shows you one price but after you add it to your cart it's a different price. All in all I like to order from here. As long as its about a month in advance.

I ordered a set of 5 flashlites and got one and that only took 6 weeks. It had no battery of which I expected as battires are a problem to ship. The only problem is I can't find a battery to fit in it. It somewhere between a double A and C.!
Still waiting for another on some speakers Not sure if I will get them or not.
I can't see this company staying in business very long as no repeat buyers will go back.

Fraudulently sent only enclosures of external hard disk drives instead of actual 3TB and 1 TB hard drives.
Instead of working usb drives, recieved empty only outer casings.

I was initially afraid to place an order on this site after seeing several negative reviews but decided to take the risk of combining the two denim dresses I have seen here. I placed an order, after several days, I think more than 20 days, I was surprised to see it delivered.

Wish has given me a great experience EVERY time. I live in California and stumbled into wish on accident. I find many many useful things there. Yes it takes a while for the product to reach me but it has always been worth the wait and the prices are a smash compaired to the u.s. I suggest wish to everyone.

I have had great experiences with WISH. It hasn't taken over 3 weeks for my items to arrive. You can't expect to pay a dollar for an item and have it look like a hundred dollar item. My kids and I order fun stuff or stuff that we want to just see what it looks like, and, so far so good.

I've had no issues, shipping takes time which is understandable since its coming from China I usually get what I ordered within 2 weeks never had a problem with anything ordered clothes do run a bit small so ordering a few sizes larger is recommended

Ordered things back on September 14, they were supposed to be here October 25 AT THE LATEST! Today is November 3 and nothing. Support just gives me the runaround. Tracking doesn't even showed it arrived in this country, yet the support person said it would be here Oct. 25 because they checked it! Some reviews said stuff was delivered fast but now I'm thinking they're fake. No bad reviews shown! DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Amazing customer service, rewards programs, daily offers. Slow shipping most of the time but the great customer service makes things right all the time. Will definitely continue to shop wish

I find this site excellent but I have saved to my wishlist an article that cannot be sent to my country and now I cannot process my order - neither can I get rid of it. Does anyone know how to fix this as I live in NZ not USA!

I have order many many things from Wish. I do recommend that people look at description and the sizing. Some of the sizes are small. And what the material is made of You are also able to view in advance what it will cost to have it ship. Once you have ordered with Wish they will have items that are free. All you do is pay shipping. Another for discounts is if other people are ordering the same product.
