Ordered a couple shirts and in the app they looked really cute but when I got them they were poor quality, way too small, they looked nothing like what the picture was. Totally not worth your time and I will never waste my time again with the wish app!
We are a US company and we sold our sandals on Wish. They sold pretty well, but Wish's seller rules and support are terrible. We put our price as $8 and $4 shipping. Wish had our sandals on their website as $12 and $5 shipping. We still got our same cut of 85% of the $8 + $4, but they pocketed the extra money. I asked them about it and they never could give a straight answer.
If a customer wanted a different size, Wish refunded the customer and gave us nothing. Normally a customer would have to return the item to get an exchange or refund, but Wish just randomly gave our sandals away. We had no say in the matter.
Customers addresses were also a problem, usually wrong and if an order got returned to us because of a post office problem or delay, we lost out again. We would ship it again to the buyer and Wish would refund the customer again. So we paid two shippings and customer got a free pair of sandals. I would appeal these refunds and out of 20,20 were denied.
Then they suspend our account and hold our earnings. We still have orders and they won't cancel them, making us look bad.
Item was late so i clicked the i will wait option still didn't arrive and because it was 30 days past delivery date too bad so sad

I order something from wish in the beginning of September and right now it is October 17 and still haven't gotten one of my orders in the mail and it just a waste time and money, but for some people, they might like it; but sorry to say that I'm not a huge Wish App fan but I just look what they have and that's all.
BUYER BEWARE! The products that do arrive are cheap and throw-away. The last order I placed, never arrived. It was delivered to an address in New Jersey and I live in Florida. Do not waste your time on this website. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. IF IT EVER ARRIVES. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS INEPT A BAD JOKE!

The return process for Wish is so grueling i will never use them again i'm going back to ebay
Here is the process
Start a return FIRST PAGE you are not allowed to continue the process to the SECOND page with out taking a photo of the product which is xtremely grueling when your doing it on a laptop and a phone that has issues uploading photos to a computer this took 30 mins for the first page
Second page you are not allowed to go to the THIRD page unless you print out the return label RIGHT AWAY which does you no good if you dont have a printer or need ink or paper for it or are trying to get to sleep or work the next day or coming home from work and want to sleep
THEN AFTER you do that you are not allowed to continue to the FOURTH page unless you take a photo of the item to be returned with its return packaging and return label which does you no good if you dont have packaging for returning the item on hand so you must go BUY return packaging then you will be allowed to continue to the 5TH page where you are NOT ALLOWED to finish the return process unless you mark the item shipped! A VERY GENEROUS $#*! YOU TO Wish FOR MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIVES MORE DIFFICULT THEN THEY ALREADY ARE
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED DON'T USE WISH FOR THINGS YOU AREN'T SURE WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED THAT NICE BRA OR PAIR OF PANTS MAYBE EVEN A NICE JACKET YOU SAW ON WISH? IF THEY DON'T FIT YOU WILL NEED TO GO THROUGH THIS GRUELING PROCESS JUST TO RETURN IT BUYER BEWARE USE EBAY INSTEAD
I received a memory stick that lasted 8 weeks and failed, all that went on it was pictures from my in car camera, so nothing with a virus, I've had two other items that are sub standard, most of it is cheap nasty Chinese junk. They won't refund or replace faulty items. Also they have NO CE markings or approvals. Avoid buying from this lot.

I failed to save my order number and this company refused to honor my order correction. Apparrently they don't save your order numbers either. They shipped me the wrong product and refused replace or refund since I could not produce that number. Then they actally denied having "any connection with WISH.com". It was a large order and had not completely come in, so this was not an old order that I was trying to correct.
As for clothing, go 2 SIZES larger than you wear.
Another caution, not all products are as theh appear.
South Africans please do not use this online platform if you need a peace of mind. I ordered about 30 items and were all sent individually and not as one consignment and incurred more costs at the Post Office. Here is a masterpiece, suppliers sent the wrong (not pure leather or completely different) items when they do not have enough inventory. I have never come across such poor service and I have made a huge loss as I was planning to resell these items. Its been two months since placing an order and I am still waiting for 5 more items. I am deleting the damn app if I manage to get the rest of the items (or whatever they decided to ship to me).
You get a confirmation that your order has been placed and the total value. Then you get the surprise! First it takes between 2 - 3 months to get to South Africa. And then the grand finale. They first deduct a small amount from your account - probably to see if it is legit and then the real surprise. They deduct almost 3 times the amount that you bought - I "assume for shipping". But that is not all - 3 months later and still no goods. South Africans beware!
I have been more than happy with the card making supplies I have bought from WISH. They are good quality and strong. I could not be happier.
I always buy my stuff from Wish and my coolest outfits require them. They do take a few months to arrive but I think it's work it at their prices

I ordered an item from Wish.com over 7 weeks ago and it did not arrive on the scheduled arrival date.

There are some good buys on Wish but most products are cheap poor quality goods. Getting the correct size is important because you may never have an opportunity to exchange items. Customer Service is poor almost non-existent. There is no customer service phone number and no return postage paid but the items are priced so cheaply that your not losing much money. If the item is the wrong size or damaged you are stuck with the item. There is no invoice with a return form or address. Most of the clothing comes from China. Select carefully and pay as little as possible so your loses are small enough not to bother you. The wish app is useless for returns. There is no address given for returning merchandise. Wish is an example of you get what you pay for. Don't spend more than $20.00 for any item and the possible loss of your purchase price won't bother you much. I have three useless jackets that do not fit me and no one to return them through Wish, but the jackets were cheap so I shall give them away. No doubt the Wish business plan relies on very cheap prices to make high volume sales and a return policy so difficult to implement that most customers give up trying to return anything, so expect to lose some money with Wish.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
