I have bought a few things from wish, spent too much money, and all merchandise is nothing, but garbage. Please don't waste your money like I did.

There is NO way to contact these $#*!s they dont send what u order n then refuse to refund even though you send it back everything comes from china they sux

I'm buying from Wish the last 2 years and only once had a problem with an item. Unfortunately, they only support "30 days item return" as warranty for any item and this is a little disapointed!

Initially i received my items from Wish. The last two orders have not arrived and although i request that it be resent, they opt to refund my money. To me this is turning into a ponzi scheme as they take your money and keep it for two months and then when you dont receive your item, they refund you but in the mean time have earned interest on MY money. Just my opinion.

The one purchase I made from the company was split up into different sellers, some managed to arrive 4 weeks later and some 8 weeks later. When I got the last shipment it was something I hadn't even ordered. It was miniature toy guns. I had ordered home decor. I will not shop at Wish again. Not only the wrong products, and slow shipping speed, but they are selling crap.

Never order items from Wish, it's 100% dropshipping from china, all photos stolen from other people, i came on here first time i'm horrified. I am seller on etsy selling handmade blankets i found even my photos on there. Not mentioning other sellers. Im sure you will never receive the genuine item that is in the pictures.

I have ordered well over 300 items. I don't like the adult clothing much but I love the make up and trinkets. I have never had problems with refunds if good don't arrive. It does take about 3 weeks for items to be delivered to Australia but most items are worth it. For a few dollars it's a lovely surprise when they arrive.

The sweaters I ordered do no remotely resemble the pictures. They are practically transparent. The armholes are only big enough for my lower arm! The cake decorating tips I ordered have no directions, pictures or diagrams to tell me what design they are used for.

OKAY SO THE PRICING IS GREAT
THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT I GOT BANNED FOR SOME REASON AND I CANT SEEM TO GET REFUNDS ON THIS I DIDNT RECEIVE.
ALSO SHIPPING TAKES 1-2 MONTHS, NOT EVERYTHING ARRIVES. HARD TO GET A REFUND. YOU HAVE TO SEND PICTURES AND IF IT COMES BROKEN YOU HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK WHICH COSTS EVEN MORE TO SEND IT TO CHINA WTF?

I will give a review once I get or don't get my items. I have two emails can't remember the 1st ones password. And from another email I'm still waiting for my items they are Christmas gifts for my 2yr old granddaughter. I would for someone to reply to my email and tell me when or if I'm going to receive my items

I ordered items and received all the items. Not best quality and all items where shipped from China. About a week after ordering I started to receive Phishing scam calls from foreign telemarketers trying to get me to say "yes" and trying to get more private info. My contact information was sold to scammers. Now I am getting mail with checks from non-existent banks to pay for lottery winnings... Coincidence?

I stay in ZAR and my only concern is that our orders can take up to 2 months before receipt or you don't get it at all.

Order hundreds of stuff and had to return one item and received excellent customer service with no hassles an immediate response

I bought a top online and it was too small so I gave a negative review saying the sizing was wrong but they didn't publish my review but they published the bit where I said I didn't have problems with the seller

I had ordered quiet a few products in the website but none of them i have received till date. Its been more then 4months, yet they have not delivered nor refund. Please let me know how do i complaint legally on Wish to ensure nobody get impacted in future
