Rubbish firm they suspended my account becos they werent sure i was the owner of the bank card i used i dident use a bank card. I used paypal they want a copy.of. My. Transaction made. ìn july '16 i never made any purchases then but i did between october and. December when they asked. For a copy.of my bank card i used back to square one then they askex. For copy. Of my passport.or driving licence i dont have either now after 126 replies of the same letter i get askèx to send a copy of transaction i made in july 2016 i give up im going bsck to ebay

Well of course the items are cheap. But most of the time you get what you paid for. I've been using their service for about 2 years. I bought a lot of various items. 20% were okay. Rest were either bad quality or wrong size or the worst scenario 3 of them did not arrive. For 2 of them I got refund but for the 3rd one which I bought not so long ago I didn't they said that their postage provider said that item was collected by me. What a f... joke! It takes about 30-40 days to deliver to Ireland. Avoid this crap

Well i didnt realyy search the net for reviews and price cheks. But after i ordered several items i desided to go on e buy and check prices there.
So...
Wish shows you 2 prices.
Curent and with price drop.
So i did a research for drones (quadrocopters)
Right they offer drone for 55 and it says it was 850!
So what i did i searched all internet for that exact model and gues what i found out? Yea thats right it had never ever costed anywhere more than a 40!
So people never trust if You se price now and how much it was before.do a research before.
I cant say anything about bad service cos i just ordered my items yesterday so i m still waiting. When i get them i will come back with a new review.
Most important thing do a research before paying for something online.
And yea never use site called www.saleholy.com
Its 100% scam you pay money twice and never get an item. How? Trust me never even try it.
I never did but know who lost lots of monney.

I bought 23 items from wish.com in March 2017. I only started receiving stuff August 2017. Some of the stuff I received is the biggest load of rubbish and don't look like the pictures at all. It is now October and I am still waiting for 18 items to arrive. They do not answer emails or complaints and obviously don't refund. Won't ever make the mistake of buying there again and won't recommend anyone else to do so either. Am totally pissed with them.

Buyer beware, never ever order from wish.com. Its most horrible website on this earth. As much attractive it looks to you on your mobile/computer screens. Please do not get into the trap! Ordered around 25 things from this website out of excitement believing it be just like any other online shopping website. Guess how many I actually got... only two. Yes only two items. I got my refunds also after thousand of emails to them. So please save your sanity if not money and don't order from this website. Specially people from India.

Wish claim to be the sellers but the website is simply an aggregator or cheap crap sellers. The seller can't easily communicate with the buyer, wish get in between and stop that. So if the seller wants to advise you that they are temporarily out of stock or a particular version is out of stock their not easily able to. If the item is fake the seller can litter the reviews with fake reviews as their is no control over reviews. The reviews are also misleading as they mix up reviews of a product with reviews of a seller. So if a company sells one good product and the rest are all bogus garbage the reviews still look good. Wish is like using ebay but were your not allowed to bundle items to get a delivery discount and worse you can't contact the seller or review them as their details are only visible after you have paid for a item. The alone proves that wish is clearly protecting their sellers and have no interest in looking after the buyers. They claim money back guarantee's but what they fail to mention is that they only cover the cost of the item. Which is why a lot of items are "free" because the item cost is covered in delivery costs, thus no money to refund as the item was free. I have report or tried to report that their sellers selling 2TB usb sticks are all fake, currently the only 2TB stick just released is worth $2000 and the $7 ones on here are fake, but the reviews keep coming up saying how great they are and how quicker they were in delivery. With the occasional "this is fake". However wish make their money first so they have no interest in stopping any disreputable sellers. If you have bought something from them they will delay you complaining, they are waiting for the 90 day time limit so you can't charge back the item on your credit card. Avoid this website, there are so many better alternatives.

Wish's 30-day refund policy was useless to me when my items did not arrive within that time. At the 30-day mark, the company asked me to be patient and wait a bit longer. I acted in good faith and kept waiting. I followed up (contacted customer service) each month I did not see my items, and they kept asking me to be patient. Now, 5 months later, I've finally had enough and asked for a refund. They said that my request was made after the 30-day period and thus cannot be honoured. Do not order from them.
