I used to love Wish. I have ordered from them in the past and I got what I ordered just like it was in the picture in a decent amount of time. However, within the last couple of weeks, I have gone on the app and I would see something that I liked either for free or for $1, but when I went to go put the item into my cart, it cost more than what it said. I put this one dress that I thought was really cute and I would look decent into my cart because it said it was free. When I put it into my cart, however, it said that the item would cost me $3.75 plus shipping. When I contacted support, they said that sometimes only certain colors and sizes would be the price listed, but when I did every color and size combination of the free dress, all of them said $3.75 for the item price. The people who tried to deal with my problem acted like they didn't understand that none of the size and color combinations came out to free when put into my cart. I don't think I will be shopping with them anymore even though I never had problems with them in the past.

I have ordered from wish multiple times. Probably 15 to 20 times. If you choose a particular color or style, you may get something completely different. Clothing sizes can be crazy different. Have ordered 3XL & 4XL to get XL and still clothes have been tiny. I don't recommend ordering clothes at all (except maybe socks). My advice would be, stick to low priced items, pay attention to shipping costs.On my most recent order, I got different color than ordered. Customer service responded very quickly. Agreed to refund cost of item and shipping charges without return. I would rather receive what I order, but I have no complaints thus far with customer service. Shop at your own risk!

Wish never give a straight answer why just fob you off saying you can have a refund + as compensation if your order arrives you can still keep it. Kmowing full well it will never arrive.
It's a scam because if just 50% of customers wait the 6weeks for their order then are told sorry it's not coming the company are making a tidy profit on the interest of the outstanding orders that were probably never coming in the first place.
Wish don't need to deliver your orders they can just make massive profit on the interest of customers payments which they have held for 6 weeks probably in a high interest account
Don't get sucked in itsl one big money making scam

I placed a few orders with this company. A sterling silver ring which looked beautiful but, within a few days of wearing it, it turned my finger green. A tinkle turf for my dog which looked cheap and poorly made. The turf was flimsy and frayed. The dog won't use it. I bought a real to life baby doll for a friend. She just loves it but, when she described it to me I knew it was not the same one I looked at online. So they did a "bait and switch". My very last purchase was a dog stroller which came broken and getting my money refunded seems iffy at best. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Despite all the bad reviews and not so many good ones I decided to see for myself and place an order with them just to see how they work. My order was supposed to take two months to arrived, surprisingly it only took 20 days. So for now I must say that their delivery service wasn't so bad after all. However, as I suspected; the item I ordered was nothing like the one I received, it was supposed to be made of Sterling Silver 925, what I have here is a piece of jewellery made of a cheap metal, stainless steal, aluminium, you name it, but it's absolutely not Sterling Silver. Well, I paid 6 dollars for everything including shipping so I knew something was gonna go wrong. My advice is; be very careful with what you order form them, you're better off going to a brick and mortar store where you can see first hand what you're getting. My 2 stars rating is because I got my order earlier than expected but Wish website is very deceiving when it comes to presenting their catalogue, honestly if I wanted fake, cheap metal jewellery I could've just gone to any of the many fake jewellery stores I have around here. Present what you're selling as what it is and stop deceiving people for their money.

I ordered 50 dollarsw worth of clothes in the suze i woulod regularly wear and it all was sized very wrong. Nothing fits! Xllarge is equal to a small! And then on top of that i ordered a hoodie that was supposed to be a regular sized hoodie and it came to be a croptop! This website is fraud! They do not label there clothes correctly. The picture of the clothing is nothing compared to what you actually get. This is the worst experience ever! You cant even do anything about it because there is no actual place to return the items and you have to pay a ton of money just to return it!

So, I know they have a ton of bad reviews but my experience with them has been great. I only order smaller inexpensive items mostly things for my kids and everything zip have. Ordered has been great.The most expensive thing I ordered was a tapestry for my bedroom and it is beautiful. I would never order anything electronic or adult clothing because of the huge difference in Asian sizing, however I have bought some for my kids that was all adorable. I enjoy shopping on the site because for my kids it's fun to get the items in the mail and sometimes I forget about ordering so always a nice surprise... just be careful what you order!

Ordered some Elixer Phosphor Bronze guitar strings. Cost about R360 in South Africa. Genuine article offered on wish at around R65 plus shipping. What I received was fake rubbish. A absolute rip off. The strings in the packets were rubbish sub standard S--t. The individual string packets were marked made in the USA. The disclaimer was a sticker on the box stating made in China. This was not advertised at the time of ordering. Don't touch any branded goods, they will be fake and a waste of money.
