I ordered an item. Tires and black Tires and rims by hpi rc cars. Received off road gray tires for truck or buggy. I disputed order and customer service insist i ordered off road tires. That's what's not on picture when I ordered it. Extremely upset. I used wish for a while and can't believe what I experienced. I removed app and don't see myself doing business with you guys anymore. I express to my friends and fellow employees if they order an item, they might not get what they ordered.
After 12 years on online shopping experience regularly I decided to check wish for buying a solar generator. I found a super price for the item and got hooked like an idiot. My problem begins by the time I placed the order as they delayed to give a shipping info and after they did I tracked the package and guess what... It's another package connected to the tracking number I was provided, for another person to another city, it was clothes. I am trying repeatedly to have someone serious to take action on KY problem and Noone from wish will respond properly, they won't even bother. They are thieves, unprofessionals, and not willing to help their customers.if you are reading this, beware as there is no safer online shopping out there than eBay and Amazon. You can find good prices everywhere but what you are paying the most is the customer service. If I am not going to have my money back the soonest possible I ve kept all their funny messages where they kept not answering my questions and am gonna sue them.

UPDATE: We finally got a customer support rep who could understand that we got an incomplete order and we were issued a refund. Once they listened, they were helpful and we are pleased with their service

We placed two orders with Wish. One was correct but we received only a partial order for the other. In spite of several explanations and images sent to Wish to prove we had received only one component of the four that made up the item, they insisted that they had sent what they were supposed to. They finally agreed to a refund, but only if I paid return shipping. Given that I had only a partial order to return we decided it wasn't worth a prolonged battle. Just as they hoped! They simply would not take the time to listen to us and try to understand the issue. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order on Wish on GOOD FRIDAY AT 9.30 pm. After placing my order the screen went blank, thinking I must have hit a wrong button, I again logged in and this time I was offered code 50 for a further discount which I took. After confirming the sale I note that NOTHING CAMEUP TO SAY THAT THE ORDER WAS PLACED, I proceeded to check my email only to find that the order had gone through TWICE. A DUPLICATE. I immediately contacted WISH to explain the error. And requested just the one item and please cancel and refund the first item. After about an hour I received the reply to say, that it's a shame this happened but nothing could be done as the items were already posted (15 minutes) I complained back only to be told in subsequent emails that I can send the item back after receiving them in the post... This is a total ripoff and I never realised the extent of unhappy customer till I found this forum. This crowd of scammers need to brought down and run out of business and I'm on to it

Wish offers incredible deals online. My understanding was that they compensated with the long delay in delivery. I was wrong. It's a scam. I ordered an unlocked Galaxy s30 ultra pro, since I had to travel, I paid extra fee to have it on time. It still came late. When I came back, I found a used broken phone which wasn't even Samsung and which couldn't even light up. When I wrote them to complain, they said it was too late to return. My question: what about the warranty, since you pretend to have sold a new phone?

I have never received one item that is the right size or one item that worked. When a refund is promised I never saw it. On top of that delivers take 4-6 weeks as they come from China. Run away as fast as you can.

Wish defrauded me
They advertised several items at a discounted rate of £1 with a £1 delivery charge for each of them.
I ordered and paid for 26 items £26 and £26 delivery costs - so £52 altogether.
After 2 days they cancelled all the 26 items and it has been over 30days and the refund which they said woud take a maximum of 14 days has still not reflected in my account.
Wish manager keeps claiming the refunds have been done, yet the bank said no money has come in.
Wish is a huge FRAUD and I will continue to tell the world about this!

Total scam. They take your money and the delivery date is in at least 2 months they keep your money for long time and work with it and you are lucky if you can get your money back. Basically you are lending your money to them for weeks and weeks and you just get a fake tracking number.

I bought 7 clothes and 4 of them was 1 dollar but one day after order they emailed me and canceled all the clothes that was 1 dollar. So they just sent for me 3 clothes which had normal price.

Well I had emailed them because I had ordered this light and I I look at my orders and I noticed it says it was delivered and I never got it. Now I emailed them and told them I never reviewed my item so they tell me that unfortunately they can't refund me because it shows it was delivered... Very poor shopping place, poor support and they use cheating ways to attract people to buy, one example happened with me, after I bought one item in a very good price as paid money through pay pall I get message that my item will be proceed but after 24 hours I received a message that apology from me that item isn't available and my payment and purchase item is canceled. When I checked the site again the item was available but with higher price tag. No support team to answer my enquiry.

This company honestly needs to be shut down! I placed an order on 1/13/2021, for which I received a confirmation and ship date. Immediately after this confirmation I received a notice stating that my order had been cancelled due to fraudulent activity on my debit card (FALSE). The day AFTER Wish cancelled my order, the money was taken out of my account. I have contacted their customer support division TWELVE times and get nothing but the run around. Supposedly the money was credited to my account on 1/16 (FALSE). I have filed a report with the BBB of California, but I am not going to hold my breath. I am certain I am not going to get my money back. It was $136.00 and I would spend considerably more on an attorney. How can they get away with this? It is infuriating!

I never received the product I ordered from Wish, as it had been 3 months I advised the support team they said as it was out of the 30-day refund policy. They would not give me a refund or deliver the product. I talked to around 20 agents/bots and they just kept giving me the same answer. I would consider this web site a Scam as the took my money and never delivered me the product.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
