They have really cute stuff but takes forever to get it and sizes are very hard to know what you need. I do not think i will ever stop shopping there though.
Avoid shoping when you live in London. I was waiting a couple of weeks, finally I got fed up and when I asked for refund they rejected me by saying that I claim refund too late. Finally I started official claim with paypal and only because of this I received back my money.
I have been waiting almost 2 months and my packages still haven't arrived! This is rediculous! I have constantly contacted customer support but nothing has happened since. No updates. They keep asking me if it's arrived and I said no but there has still been no progress!

In Oct 2016, I ordered a product. The money was deducted from my account and I've yet to receive my order. I've emailed numerous times and received a response stating my account would be credited. Never happened. This company is a scam-yes, just downright thieves. I had a very, very poor customer experience, and if I knew where to go, I would pursue legal action. Its wrong to steal from people.
Orders take way too long to arrive. Some products are fake. They keep your credit card number and put thru small transactions until the card is maxed out. I'm not impressed at all with WISH No stars from me

Ordered several items, two expected yesterday, one today. Imagine my surprise () when, at 6pm last eve, the delivery date was changed from the 20th to the 27th. After a full day wait. My mum ordered off this site over a month ago, some circulation stockings, delivery was originally 4th march, they came today on the 20th. Best thing was she didnt get anything like what she ordered, asked for stockings and got given thongs instead! She said she wouldnt mind but they werent even her size!
Once I downloaded the app I received SO many spam emails! They obviously share your email with other sites! Plus the items I ordered took forever to get here. It's cheesy crap from China. Hello to all, I know that wish is a horrible site, but if you're patient, I have the solution. First of all anything you buy from this site is most likely going to arrive late or maybe never. So this is what I did. When you order, you must ABSOLUTELY use paypal because that way you have protection. Wish has a policy that if the item does not arrive by the promised day, they will refund you and you can legitimately keep the item. The trick is to make a screen shot of the due date because they will change the date to a later date on the due date. So 1 day after the due date, you send them an email telling them that you want a refund because the item is late and you also mention that you do not accept that they changed the delivery date and you send them the screen shot. They will refund you and if they don't, just do a dispute with paypal and you will get your money back. So if you're not in a hurry, you can do free shopping because wish is screwing themselves over by not respecting their own promised delivery date. So I keep shopping at wish and I keep getting free items and all of this is perfectly legal because I abide by their own policy and paypal will protect you since wish has a legal obligation to follow their own policy. So enjoy your free shopping.
I ordered more that 20 items since January. All the delievery dates have passed and so far only 3 orders have come. At this point im not even expecting the others to come anymore. This will be my first and last time ordering from that website.
While I don't buy clothes you have to realize you get what you pay for. If you are only willing to spend $1 on something do you really think its going to be top notch? Not likely. But for the simple things I need this is a good resource. As long as you don't try to order it for last minute needs. I've seen other reviews about not getting their refund. You can only get a refund AFTER the delivery deadline arrives otherwise they have to assume that it is still on its way. In fact after the deadline arrives they send you a message asking if you want a refund. Its up to you if you want it or not. I have done this on a couple of occasions and was refunded immediately. Not a scam, you just have to have patience for delivery. All in all for the nail items I have purchased they have been great.

I would never order clothes, shoes or most of the electronics they offer. Always check reviews thoroughly. If I pay $1 for something and it's quality isn't 100% I just charge it to the game. I spend more on candy so meh *shrugs*
I read the reviews and wondered why my experience has been good for the past 10 months while others are so upset. I never buy clothes or more expensive items so that may be the difference. Shipping takes a very, very long time (4 to 7 weeks) but after my first two times I realized this and never buy if I need it right away. My daughter collects Harry Potter and the little trinkets are really a nice quality. Change purses, wallets, key chains, and necklaces have always been nice as well. The jewelry is comparable to costume jewelry at a Sears or Kohls. Only one item out of many (at least 25+) was not to my liking, it was a band with a little flower for your hair but for $1 I wasn't upset. Other than that I have been happy. I always use PayPal and do not store my credit card but I do that with most sites.
My account is totally lost and my funds left my account i'm pissed. THIS IS A SCAM I promise never again this site is full of crap where the heck is my money
