Item ordered is not item received. Poor low quality counterfeit of item represented. Item was purchased based on the photo provided in description, however, this was not the item I received. Customer service was useless in resolving the issue, refused to accept return of the product.

Scam warning ----- Placed order four times, each time received confirmation e-mail that order was placed and, "we will send you email when it ships". Log in after many days, order deleted by WISH. Four times. After last order, tried to order again, screen refreshes and there is a request to upload a photo id. What is a photo id going to be compared to? They have a customer name, address, billing address, confirmed credit card that took the debit. Never again. This looks like a scam. Delete and deactivated login. (Not believable that anything was deleted.) Zero confidence in the integrity of this "business".

I just want ladies to know, that Wish sizes are for children not for adults. Then when you try to get a refund, be prepared to jump through hoops.

I ordered 16 pieces of clothing, but only 12 arrived in one large black plastic bag. Placed more than 1 order, so sent back 16 items. I've been trying to get refunds for weeks, but not possible, although I've given them the tracking # 9505 5118 0022 1057 7177 72 USD that post office gave me. I paid $14.65 USD. On top, wish.com charged me $82.00 USD for shipping. Wish deletes history of correspondence with them, so you can't back up your story. Service consists of a computer-generated answers, regardless of your problem. The BBB, as well as other customer protective agencies should step in to close their business. Unethical, irresponsible, thieves. Stay away from them. Merchandise is of extreme low quality.

They have deducted money from my bank account without asking me for items which I didn't place order once I gave the bank details for another item on 20th March 2021. Even I request to cancel the orders after I recognized it on the same day, they took time to response. And now they are telling they can't cancel order, now it is shipped and wait until receive the order. This is really frustrating me.

I order on Apple iPad. In August things started going wrong with service pages. Apple said problem at wish end not my iPad. Info about orders missing. I actually love wish. I have gotten so many things that I really love! But from August til now I have not received 2 dresses, a crinoline, 2 pairs of boots, a blouse and a wardrobe. Told wish I hadn't received these items but because I couldn't give them any specific info on these items I can't get a refund because they say I sent no info within the 30 day guarantee. There are so many things that I would love to order but now I'm finished with wish! All I can say is if you get any problems with your devise get it fixed as soon as possible and maybe change to a different email. Enjoy wish!

Hey everyone stay away from this company they are a bunch of scammers and fraud they will offer a lot of items on sale and you will purchase But then couple days later they will cancel the transaction and they will offer you a refund and it could take up to 10 days so this way they have used your money for 10 days the invested in your money Or whatever reason

The 3 tops were sewn terribly and the material was awful. I quality at job lot is 10 times better. Please don't waste your time on buying from wish or any other china based store. They have poor standards and my order was not worth more then three American dollars. I cant even wear anything. Its that bad. What you cant see is the stain on the yellow shirt, poor sewing disproportioned, the tea shirt was a kids size and i asked for a womans large. It was so thin you could see through it and the blue shirt does not even look like what i ordered and they said it was. Clearly i can see the shape and know its not the same.

Many items I ordered are not as photo, Many t-shirts are literally stickers, wrong items sent. Customer service won't refund you. Very shady site, shady sellers, ill stick to Amazon.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
