I have ordered multiple items of this site. Most of it never arrived after waiting 30 + days. Yes i got my refund. But what is the point of shopping on wish when you never get your stuff. It's a joke. And even the stuff you do get is low in quality.

Save your cash. Save your time. Just don't bother

Ordered several things within the last month... a few things started coming. Terrible! Its like they show you the pic of an item they are knocking off and laughing at you because they have your money. Customer service is a joke! If you order from them, be prepared to be disappointed!

Absolute trash

For a brand name company their services are terrible. I ordered several items in October that where due to arrive in the first week of January. Its now February and have only just received a refund for my items. Although, they did refund my money, I never received a reason for my items being delivered or an apology. If you dont want to be scammed don't order from wish.

I bought a present for my mother for Christmas, a month before December, and it's feburary now, I sill have not gotten the package. I also reviewed my bank account activity, and it showed that wish.com had charged 3 times for that product, even when wish.com's customer services claimed that they have refunded me. Very unsatisfied.

I have to say that this website does ship the items ordered and will refund if item is not received or out of stock.
HOWEVER, all the reviews you see on the "Geek" app or on the app for their parent company "Wish" are 100% FAKE.
I have read reviews they write under my profile. They post reviews I HAVE NOT WRITTEN under my name and give themselves 5 start and excellent reviews.
Please blow the whistle on this practice as it is taking advantage of consumers by purposely misleading potential buyers.

Poor in all departments

I am a very unsatisfied customer. I found the product that I bought from your website to be of inferior quality. The shipping was three weeks late, and the product did not fit. Now I can not get customer support to answer my emails or give me a solution on how to return this garbage for a refund.

I ordered some film for my instant camera and i got a bit of plastic?... Dont order from them! They will take your money and when you try get in contact with them they dont reply or take ages! The delivery also takes 1month plus

I didn't like it at first cuz the picture online was different. More sparkly. This one I got was brown then when I wear it turns purple like a mood ring. Wierd.

I agree that one star is too high a rating for what I've received thus far. I ordered a four-part painting. The cost, I should have believed, was too good to be true, even after shipping. The product arrived as four rolled-up canvases that looked nothing like the original pic advertising the product - very washed-out and much smaller than the "dwarf" couch over which they hung in the pic.

Shipping: OMG! I realize that they project a date about a month after you order, but I also believe that the shipping charges and times are not visible until after you commit to the order. You've already committed yourself to a purchase, and so they have you!

I'm NOT one of the naysayers who says we need to only buy American, and by no means would I ever discourage international trade and the chance for other countries to introduce products to us - but this (and I'm sure, hundreds of other goods and vendors) is a supreme rip-off! My single little purchase doesn't mean anything, but the millions of dollars that are gained by companies that know what a hassle it is for the consumer to obtain a refund - means that they are pretty insulated from retribution or prosecution (Ever try to take a Chinese company to small claims court? Is there even such a thing?). The concept of really cheap stuff if great - but the problem is that it is "really cheap stuff!"

Where do I start?!

I could write paragraphs of how incredibly disappointed I am that I even downloaded this app and spent money but I'll keep it short. They take FOREVER to deliver, if they deliver at all. The site is suppose to give you updates on your delivery status once you place an order but their system never delivers accurate updates. If something does happen to go wrong with an order maybe you'd think to call? No, because there is nobody to call. There is a number, but they tell you to email them. Now to be fair, they do email you back but they always have an excuse or reason why something went wrong. The customer service is no bueno. In short, I will NEVER use this app again. I'd rather punch myself in the face.

Terrible platform

My order was cancelled twice from a seller at the platform. The 2nd time this happened wish.com decided that my(!) profile is fraud, blocked it and are now delaying the refund for my 2nd cancellation (requesting photo of my credit card, prof of ID, etc.). The photo of my credit card is now freely available on a publicly accessible webpage. I am done with this sh*tty page, I can only warn overone from using it!

Horrible. Do not buy from them. Took nearly 8 weeks to arrive after the oromised 3 weeks. Emailed several times to inquire and no response. Finally received the item and it didn't work. Emailed them to return it and they refused to return even though their return policy says you can.

Ordered over ten items on November 30th 2016. It is now Jan 29th 2017 and 8 out of ten items have not been delivered! Yes... 8 out of ten! Refunds are promised but I have yet to see one appear on my credit card statement. Do not order clothing- goods are cheap, knock offs and sized far too small!

I was really surprised that I received my items from Wish.com as I had read so many negative reviews. I just recently received two of the five items that I ordered and everything thus far is just as advertised. The length of time it takes for shipping is accurately posted.

I ordered 4 items. All arrived within two weeks of ordering.
I bought a motion sensor light for my back garden. It worked once then never again... couldnt be bothered to return as it was only £5
Ive ordered a smart watch for dads birthday, gift box was cheap but the watch seems ok. Havent tried it yet.
Hair straighteners and a tens machine. So once again, packaging is cheap but all the orders arrived quickly.

After I ordered back in september... They emailed me back and forth for 6 months with the run around to string you alone. I STILL GOT NOTHING. Then they told me to go $#*! myself. If you want ALL YOUR MONEY STOLEN THEN THIS APP IS FOR YOU.

I order three items and it went through they got the payment and then said that they needed more information on the card I used then said they couldn't send the items and said they refunded me. But with the same card I let my son use it to purchase a ring and he got his items but I didn't get mine. It took me to say that I was going to call the BBB on them and I got my money back fast. No more wish.com so I'm not recommending this site to nobody

Wow. Terrible... all around.
Ordered a couple things,
The cheap, crap, add on items came.
You think the one that cost over $10 came. NO.

Just trying too See my order info, virtually impossible.
HAD finally made it in... What do you know it was supposed to be there THAT DAY..., yeah right, some weeks ago.
Trying to get in again. After messing around for Half a hour + they deleted my page?!?!?
Some page not found bs, when i tried using my email link.
WTF SHADY, SUSPICIOUS, I don't hold much hope
