I ordered 10 items back on December 12. Only two out of the ten arrived. That's right, only two!
Once the delivery date came for my other items, they extended it about 4 times. Too quick to refund, almost as if they knew it wouldn't come anyway. Not dealing with them again.
Also a word of advice, China is allowed to produce counterfeit items so be aware if you're purchasing something that looks legit but much cheaper than it would normally be. They mostly do this with makeup and especially lip gloss.
Well I made to seprete purchases on the same day with the same card befor reading reviews and once I read the reviews I ws supper scared so when I got the confirmation email I cancel one and I got all my money back and the second order is still coming like it should one of the things I ordered came and it is perfect and early so good luck to all
I ordered salt and pepper grinders and got just the pepper. They told me its only for one. So, i went back and read. It says salt and pepper. I refuse to deal with any company that participates in such shady practices.
I have made about a dozen purchases with Wish, and the old saying "you get what you pay for" holds true here. Most of the stuff is tatty, but cheap, some stuff is dearer but without a doubt seconds - I think Wish should be more upfront about a lot of the merchandise being seconds - I don't mind buying seconds I just want to know up front rather than being disappointed when the product arrives
You had to make your purchases online using some form of debit/credit card to pay for your order. Your best and quickest recourse you have is to contact your cc company. Let THEIR customer service representative know you want to dispute a charge. It helps if you know what day they had paid it (or an approx.). They should be able to file the claim for you and get the money back in your account/off your card within 2-3 business days. Then THEY will get the money back from Wish. They have MUCH more clout when requiring money back from any bogus/fraudulent company! I'm not sure if there is a specific time frame to make the request, but I know sooner rather than later is better. You do have to wait until the delivery date has past though. This process should take less than 10 min. To get done, taken care of and finished! That sounds like the big issue I am hearing in your reviews. DON'T just let them have your money. That is what these companies do because they know we can't get to them. I believe the unanswered requests for returns fall into the disputable category also. I had to do this myself with another online company charge but no delivery, just 2 days ago. I have learned what to do because of this. This is a common issue for the csr's. You should not have any problem getting your money back this way.
I ordered 3 items, one item shows with very low quality and two others never showed up. After following 3 time they returned the money to my credit card.
They get the money and after 2 to 3 months delay. They return your money. BIG SCAM.

I ordered quite a few items from Wish, I needed new clothes and why not order from a site that has clothes for less than $10. I was super excited to receive my items, I am still waiting on the rest of the order; but when I got them, they were pretty cheap looking and feeling. I have had one shirt for not even 4 days, and the seams are already busting (I am not a big girl, and the shirt is a loose fitting sweatshirt.) You get what you pay for I guess. I did receive some items before the estimated delivery date, which was good. But I am not exactly sure I will be ordering from them again anytime soon.
I feel as if wish has stolen our money. We have spent a lot on items that were never sent. We would like our money back as we did so much better ordering from eBay and amazon. There quicker and honest and always on time as they say it will be. I find it completely ridiculous that with eBay what ever we purchase that comes from china actually shows up but with wish nope, not a chance in hell. I have had to take time away from school and work to be home for items through wish saying our packages should be arriving by a certain date and they never came. I feel bad for i introduced my husband to WISH thinking and assuming you were straight up honest and a great cheap on line shopping store. I gave my husband good review and now i feel like a damn fool. To much money for items that have not arrived... we would appreciate getting our refunds back on all items please and thank you
I ordered a memory card reader on December 26th and it said it would arrive by January 24th. This is a long time for something to ship, but I didn't get too upset because it was only $1 for shipping. I DID get upset when my product never came... After two days passed, I went to track my package and the estimated delivery date had been changed. I don't really think you can just change the estimated delivery date when it doesn't arrive on time and pretend that was the date they told me it would be here? On other websites, packages usually come BEFORE the estimated date. I would much rather spend more money somewhere else to ensure that I would actually receive my package... I read the reviews on the item and they were all good. I went back there to add my own negative review and there was not even an option for this. So I am not too sure where all of these reviews are coming from? Seems to me like they are a trick to get people to keep buying. Definitely won't be using Wish again.
I've ordered about 20 things. All but 1 has made it now since my first orders in November. I've learned-- just don't get clothing or bathing suits. Everything else has been fine. I loved the shark blanket I got my son, mascara, building toy for my son, pillow covers. Just be careful with clothes bc I have stuff that's too small for me and that was a waste of money. Yes it's coming from China and yes it will take awhile. Be ok with that and you'll be good.
I spent $200 in November of 2016 on various items from wish in that order there was two watches which didn't work and the things that I ordered that did work are no longer working. I ordered a couple of dresses the quality was awful I received two items yesterday. I didn't bother contacting the company because at this time I feel if I have to return things and ship them and the aggravation in time it's going to take me it's not worth it I will never buy from wish again.
I contacted customer service regarding an item that I ordered. The item supposedly shipped and I was given a FedEx tracking number. FedEx showed that a label was printed but no further action was taken. Two different customer service people did not check with FedEx before telling me to wait for the shipment

I ordered nail wraps eventually I received an email saying they had been shipped. 2 months later I still hadn't received anything and then they said there were payment difficulties and asked me to scan the Card I had used. I declined as any reputable Company would have just used my order no. Eventually I discovered that my order history showed that I had been refunded only a quarter of the cost! Even taking off the shipping and converting to US$ I couldn't reconcile the amount. Anyway no matter because I hadn't been refunded anything. I have never dealt with a reputable Company anywhere in the world that didn't have a Customer Service or any Department you can contact because all links lead you to shopping/sales. Or who asked you to scan your payment card. Having read other similar reviews I say stay away and hope they get shut down soon.
Yes it takes a long time to receive your items unfortunately for the consumer. The reality is wish is a middle man company. Most of the items are from overseas. So it takes a great deal of time to get items here in the U.S.
With that being said its not WISH fault of how many channels the items must go through be before arriving to our great mail sytem and its channels before it make it to your door step.
I purchased several items. When one item took to long getting to me i sent a question and got a respose in two days on my wish account. Made my complaint. Waited... got a refund and a very apologetic letter that ended with. We are sorry and we sent item out which may still show up later here is your refund keep the item that may show up later! And it did and I LOVE THE ITEM i feel bad i got my money back for it. I would shop wish again with no problem.
I placed an order a month ago and never received the order. When I checked my order status, it showed no order received. They took the money from my PayPal account even though they never placed the order. Now, I have emailed them several times and sent them a copy of the PayPal transaction but they still won't give the money back. I've been dealing with them for 2 weeks and have gotten nowhere.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
