I ordered a wig for a cancer patient. I ordered a human hair, lace front hand tied wig. They claim it's hand made. When it arrived it was clearly mass produced trash. It isn't human hair, it's doll hair. Their site says they accept returns on untried on and unused wigs. They tell you to email them for return authorization and address to return to. It's been 6 days and they REFUSE to give me the return address. They keep "offering" me small refunds such as $25 and $45. I paid $250! I want my money back. Thie wigs are GARBAGE. I GUESS it's time to try the attorney general. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WIGSIS. TRASH PRODUCTS, FRAUDS AND THIEVES!

I ordered a lace front wig, which arrived without a lace front. Wigsis offered a replacement, so I ordered another lace front wig. It arrived with no lace front, again! The wig cost $160. I asked them to either remake the wig or refund my money. After several back and forth emails, all I could do is get their refund offer up to $50, rather than the $25 they initially offered. So rather than accept $50, I opted to post this review in order to warn others.

This wig should not even get a half star. We are so disappointed. I ordered the wig for a friend who lost her hair having chemo & radiation treatments. The wig is So BAD my friend couldn't wear it. I paid over $200 for this which was hard for me to come up with since I am on a limited ss income. My heart is broken for my friend who cannot wear the mess she received thrown in a plastic bag that took forever to arrive to her. This was the worst hair & wig she said she ever saw.
I wished We had went to a local wig shop & found a suitable wig. We plan on notifying BBB. But it probably won't help my friend.
NEVER would we order from Wigsis again. Pictures look nice that is All.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. The wigs look nothing like the wigs on site. I tried to return an unworn wig due to medical reasons. The most they offered me was a 10% refund. Paid $100 to be offered $10 back? They do allow refunds according to their site. Lies. SHOP ELSEWHERE. You will regret making a purchase on this site. Believe the review ratings.

Bad stitching, too much hair, you can see stitching overlapping. Excellent for Halloween costumes. Human hair is questionable

Wigsis offers and exchange requests number of exchange wig no numbers found or for to keep wig and order another to replace the one I am not satisfied with when continue to request refund they offer a 20.00 refund and I am to return wig which I understand stand the return but $20.00 when I paid $111.00 what a joke! This company is bad don't purchase from them!

Product I purchased looks nothing like picture. Color not anything like color ordered. Item looks like a costume wig someone would wear at Halloween. Then when trying to return of course they want to give me a partial refund or discount on another wig. Why would I want another one when the one I ordered is $#*!ty. Package comes from Indiana but sends return address of China. Very misleading web info

The wig I ordered was nothing like the wig in the picture. The color was completely different and it was about 4 inches longer.

I was losing my hair rapidly from chemotherapy for invasive carcinoma. My hair is everything to me. So I found a pretty wig from this site ( did not know it was in CHINA). I bought a wig for $259.00 on my PayPal account but then realized I ordered two by mistake as the chemo has me not functioning to well. Immediately I started to email them (11 emails in total) within an hour of placing the order. Because I found out that I was getting a free wig from the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY. I managed to get one refund of $159.00. But they refused to refund the second order made by mistake. They kept telling me to keep it because I would love it. I kept emailing say I can't use it it was a mistake and I didn't need it. Remember this was June. They said the second order was being shipped on July 7-14. I emailed back saying "DO NOT SEND IT I DO NOT NEED IT ". They said they will email me the tracking number when it ships. I never received a tracking number email. But now they are telling PayPal that I received it and sent them a fake tracking number.

So this is where I am, in dispute with a fraud claim.

I ordered and paid $207US for a Remy human hair, lace cap, monofilament top wig. What I received was a cheap, plastic-y mess that was just a regular cap that I could have bought on Amazon for $20.

I ordered a wig and it took 6 weeks for it to arrive and it had a California return address so I thought it would be an easy return/refund. Wrong, you cannot return it to the CALIFORNIA address. When asking for a refund they offer a small amount refund. When pressed they finally give you an address in China with no free shipping. The most they would refund me was half what I paid them and of course I could keep the wig that I would never wear. They can legally do this so beware because it is not a 100% refund product and quality is so poor. Save your money and go to a reputable local store that can help you find the wig that is best for you. We all like online shopping but this is not one of those items that you can purchase online

I will never use this place AGAIN! I bought a wig with loose loose curls/ waves and I received a synthethic looking bob. I waited a whole month for it and received a piece of $#*!. I asked for a refund multiple times because the shipping took way long and i wasnt granted a refund. I spent $200 on this hair. It was my first and last time. Its not the hair you see in the photo. DONT GET SCAMMED! THEIR SCAMMERS!

I paid 213 dollars and never got a wig. They had some phony tracking information that said it had been delivered in Oregon when I live in alabama. Then even after I told them I was in alabama they just kept saying successful delivery. This is a total scam. Don't purchase from here.

I wish I knew to look for this review site before I threw my money away on these wigs. Money down the drain. I will never buy direct from China or any foreign country again after five emails back-and-forth with "Mildred" asking for a refund. They finally sent the address and said they would refund $150 of my almost $300 purchase price when they received the wigs back. Like others, I am reluctant to pay international shipping when I don't know that they will refund me even that. What a scam! Though I don't wanna spend anymore time on this, I'm looking for the credit card charge to dispute it.

WigSis customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get their return address for a week to no avail. They want to refund only 10% of my money for the return. Please do not order from them. You will be dissappointed with their return policy. Its a complete joke. This is my personal opinion based on my interaction with customer service.

Horrible, been dealing with Daisy and told her the color is wrong not what I ordered. In general not what i chose. But you cant try it on or you own it. Ridiculous I did everything she asked as far as pictures go. She refuses to refund or tell me which address to return it to. She threw me a bone with a $20.00 refund. I'm not grey n don't want the wig. What's wrong with them?

The order took 5 weeks to arrive instead of the stated 2 weeks. Then it is not the same wig or color as pictured and ordered. The merchandise return address is China. They offered me a $50 return for a $125.00 purchase.

Be wise and choose a legitimate company, not this one.

I have initiated a refund with my bank due to never receiving my order. I contacted them and they provided no assistance with tracking and sent me a demand to return the item or pay $70 if item was not returned. Don't bother with this company.
