My wig is nothing like the picture. No highlights, super shiny and fake looking. Curls are like George Washington. This site is from China, and it took a month to get it. They know most people won't bother to return their item, but I will. Their hosting company should be contacted to remove this site from operating. Frauds. Please don't fall for it. Unfortunately, I did not see these reviews before I made my purchase.

The wig I received doesn't look at all like what I ordered. This company is a phony. They don't want to provide their return address and do not want to exchange or refund like their policy states. SCAM

I recently ordered a blonde, #26 human hair wig. It arrived as a black wig with white tips. (Approximately 5 to 6 cms of white, blonde ends.) the picture does not show black hair and I was in the "blonde section" for wigs. I should have realized that at the price it was showing the old adage about "you get what you pay for." This wig seller also says they are Canadian however when you receive your bill it is in US dollars. Buyers beware, this site is selling off old product that could not been sold by reputable sellers! My SkU was KW*******

The wig was nothing like the picture. It was ugly. The company is dishonest and they make it impossible to return their merchandise and you lose your money.

Sold me a synthetic wig that was advertised as human hair. Sold a wig cap that is a disposable resteraunt hair net. Need I say more? Let's see if they make it right. Not holding my breath as it kills brain cells

Don't order from this company because they don't stand by their full refund policy. I sent back the product and it was received at customs 2 months ago. They did refund me half of my return but are trying to cheat me out of rest.

Do NOT order from them. I am battling cancer and the loss of my hair and thought a wig would be perfect for me. NOT! Number one, what ever I read on thier website made me think the wig was comming from London but alas no, yup China. When it arrived I was so disappointed. The workmanship was horrible. A shoulder length wig with tufts on the top that were no longer than an inch. The top is nothing but snarled and I can't/won't wear it. When I tried to return it they told me that I have to understand thier position, that a "custom" made wig can not be resold and they will have to just toss it. It was not custom made, they are full of it. Then they stopped replying to my emails. So now I have a wig that is sooooo low quality nothing can be done with it. My hairdresser just shook her head when she saw it. I am out $127.00 and they don't care. Be warned thier products are crap and the only thing they can be used for is halloween.

This is not what I ordered. They will not give me an addrress to return for refund or even let me exchange for what I actually ordered. This is not what I was told when I placed the order. Cannot get a phone number so I can talk to a live person. Will just burn the wig because it is so ugly. Also it took weeks to get here.

Unless you want a wig for Halloween... Otherwise DO NOT BUY, you will not receive what you ordered and they will fight you tooth and nail to return it. I wish I would have done my due diligence on this company. :(

I ordered a wig from them and only wished I'd read these reviews first.
What I received after waiting over a month of waiting was not the wig I ordered and it's not human hair.
I messaged them immediately and was told to take the wig to a salon to style and cut it. (I'm sure they wanted me to do that so that they could later say that they couldn't take back an altered wig).
I told them I wanted my money back and to send me the return address. They keep ignoring that request and are trying to get me to accept another wig. That's not happening. They're scammers.
I filed a dispute with Chase as I used a credit card and hopefully, I don't lose $172. Chase has already sent me a credit but the issue still has to go through a dispute process. I have documented all my correspondence with them. I must have already requested the return address 10 times and am still getting the runaround. As I said, they're scammers.

My mom ordered a wig from these clowns and 4 weeks later the shipment arrived. It was not the wig she ordered. Wrong style and color! I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and they refuse to reply. I am so pissed right now. Do NOT order a wig from them! Below is a pic of the exact style and color she ordered and what they sent! It looks like a freaking plastic Halloween wig!

Horrible shipping! Been 11 days still haven't received it. Horrible communication. Wish I read reviews before I purchased. So disappointed!

I ordered the lilac wig in the picture. I received the deep purple wig with a big mat of hair on the top that can't be combed out. I'm 75. I wouldn't wear this wig. No styling it because it's like straw. It is NOT moveable or even remotely acceptable. I've requested a refund to no avail. I've been going in circles with DAISY from Wigsis. They do not want to refund my money. I reported them to the BBB. Their US address is false. There is no location in the US. I am in the process of gathering people for a Class Action lawsuit against them. A Private Investigator has been hired to find their REAL location. I purchased a human hair wig from WigSis and merely wanted to return it for a larger size. That is when the nightmare started. First I was asked for all kinds of information from the order number to the ticket on the wig, etc. Then I was asked to send photos of the box, the wig in the box, the tickets on the wig to prove that it had not been worn. I did that. Then I was asked to pay a $15 return fee, I did that. They would not tell me where I was to ship it until I paid the $15. After. I did, I found out it needed to be shipped to China for them to make a new one! I did that anyway and paid an additional $28. Then the endless emails started, I asked when I would receive this wig and was told 2 weeks, plus 5 additional days, etc. I waited longer than that and nothing. Each time I enquired I was asked a question, the last time, "what color do you want?"
After being told it was being made! There is something very wrong with their so-called return policy when on their website it says it takes only 10-15 days to get a new one! I am out $300 and have nothing to show for it.

If I could give wigsis no star, I would. I don't recommend this business. Very poor customer service, and poor quality.

Do not buy from this company, it's a scam!
The human hair wigs are synthetic wigs The fibers are elastic, which the natural hair is not, then if you burn one hair it doesn't smell like burning hair, it smells synthetic materials.
Even the shine and the tips and the weight are not natural.
It's fake.
I have spent almost one thousand dollars on fake human hair wigs.
It's absolutely dishonest.
I was to naive and have trick me.
