They sent a wig in a damaged box that looked nothing like the pic. Colour was completely off. It wasn't even human hair. I didn't even try it on because I knew it was just that bad. I emailed the company and sent them a pic of the wig still in box with the tag still on. I said it's a completely different wig I'd like to return it. They won't honour my request! All they said is they give me 15 percent the next order! Why would I ever order from them again. They emailed saying the wig is exactly like the pic and it's custom made so I can't return. It isn't custom made. It's a very cheap wig! Beware of these scammers! I attached a pic of what I ordered and what I got. It's not human hair and a completely different colour.

The product we received looks different from the picture. We requested a return, but it never happened.

My order for a human hair wig turned out to be a synthetic and the wrong color. It also was supposed to be wavy and it was straight. No satisfaction with the customer support. Would not take the wig back and finally offered 30 dollars in a refund. However the refund has not arrived. Even if it had arrived I would have 110 dollars still invested in a wig that I cannot use. Bad experience. Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered a wig and received it a couple of weeks later. It was not very expensive, and it was not anything like the picture. One side was longer than the other and the style was supposed to be framing the face. One side stuck out and would not curve inward. CAREFULLY READ THE RETURN POLICY! I sent an email and didn't hear back so I sent another one. They asked for pictures, which took me a while as I am not savvy in this type of thing. After I sent the pictures they asked me to keep the wig as an 'alternative' and they would give me 15% off another one. ( same thing they told another reviewer) No refund or offer of one. Why would I order another one when I wasn't satisfied with the first one? Buyer beware.

This is a sham company. I ordered a wig 3 months ago and received one which did not even resemble one on the site. Not even human hair as advertised too. I went through many emails to get this company to even agree to an exchange. I sent back this wrong wig back to a China address they gave me online and paid a shipping fee to wigsis. Weeks later I emailed to see where replacement wig was and was told by "Mildred" she would make one for me and asked for my tracking info for wig I returned. So, I dont think I am ever going to get the wig I originally ordered or any refund. I am more upset by this fraudulent company than the money I spent. I want to protect future consumers and hope to prevent companies like this existing.

I needed to return two wigs due to a rash and inability to wear them and received no response to numerous e-mails. Not the way to do business. I will be trashing them to all the infusion centers across the country!

This store is a complete rip off. I should have done my research but they seemed legit. Returns within 7 days they claim on their site. Good luck with that. They blamed the shipper for cruhsing the box but when i sent images of the totally intact box, they changed their tune and said, give the wig a haircut! How about Go F... Yourself. Their claim of satisfaction guaranteed is farcical. I have never encountered a worse company in my life. The wig was not real hair and looked nothing like the pictures. And if you look, th better business bureau gives them 1/5 stars. Just dont touch these offshore folks... broken english is your first big hint. You will soon realize they are MIC

After following the rules for their return policy I was told to try and make them work. Color, length and style don't t come close to website picture. Very disappointed.

The wig I received looked nothing like the wig I ordered. Mildred from customer service was polite in her communications but refused to give me a return address. They wanted me to pay a restocking fee first before I could exchange the wig for another wig but still wouldn't give me an address to return the wig. I figured I'd been scammed once wasn't happening a second time. Beware this company is not to be trusted.

Everyone knows it is a wig because it looks like one. Looks artificial and it is made in such a way that you can not style it. Even shows a white area on top where it is sewed. Wouldn't wear it in public.

Wigsis is a terrible company. They send cheap, ill styled and cut wigs. They refuse to provide return addresses, They delay and deny return information. They refuse to make full refunds. They may ultimately agree to make lesser refunds and then never send the refund.

In all my years of online purchases, wigsis is the worst company of any kind to do business with.

I ordered a wig and paid $200 instead I got a $0.25 brush. It took them a month to send it to me every time I asked where it is they sent me a different tracking number this company is not legit do not order from them

Be careful when ordering from WigSis. I ordered Chin Length Black Bob Gabriel Union Wig. What I received was nothing like the picture on site. The wig suppose to be Remy Human Hair, IT WAS NOT! The wig was like it had been piece together. I thought they made a mistake and ship the wrong wig. I have tried to return the item for the past month and have been getting the run around. I feel this site is a fake and the wigs displayed on the site is not legit. As they say buyer be where. Don't waste your money because I did. Will NEVER order from WigSis again...

If you have found this site after buying a fake wig, you are not alone. I bought one for my friend overseas who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She is devastated. And the wigs where she lives cost thousands of dollars. So I didn't have time to research like I should have. But after getting the horrible fake wig, I emailed them. They first asked for pictures, then said it looks fine and that I should give it a try. Then offered a discount on another wig, and finally gave me half off. I told them what I really thought of their fake cheap wigs and that I would contact my credit card company who would investigate their scam, which I did. Their last email to me was that I could return it to an address in China, which I had known they are from China, calling them out on it in a previous email. I did not reply to that last email. I'm not wasting any more time on them. My credit card company said they will contact them and if they reply (which they usually don't) then the cc company may ask for the email thread. My advice is to appear in emails like you are trying to resolve the issue. I mentioned their return policy and they replied as if to give it to me but pictures were needed. So I have the thread as evidence. I also told the scammers that I would write a review to warn others about their illegal practices. They will not get away with this. If you are reading this before purchasing from their fake site, good for you! If like me you got tricked, it's ok, you're not alone. Don't give up and don't give them a penny! Contact your credit card company to dispute the claim. I wish you all the best!

I ordered a white wig. After waiting a very long time I received a reddish brown one. They refused to give me a refund and considering it wasn't my error I thought a refund was fair. They only wanted to make me wait more months for a replacement which was no guarantee I would get the right one. The excuse they gave was sometimes pics on the computer aren't true to the right colour. Come on! Big difference between white and reddish brown. After a week or so of arguing back and forth they offered me an insulting $15. Refund, a fraction of what it orginally cost. I refused their offer and donated the wig to a local chemo facility. Please please please, don't order anything from this company.

WigSis.com is a scam.

They do not provide what they advertise. The wig I received looked nothing like the photo. You will not get "lace front monofilament top, cap-less, 100% fine human hair, flexible ear tabs, hand tied"... NO, YOU WILL GET CHEAP WIG WITH The HORRIBLE PINK CAP. They need to be shut down; why let them continue to misrepresent and cheat people.

I have asked them for the return address or refund for the whole month! They said that they can't exchange it because it was custom made ( you can buy wig like this one at Value Village). Finally, they agreed to exchange but I would have to pay about $100 for the shipping both ways and handling fees.

This company scammed me out of over 200 hundred dollars already and they wanted me to pay another $100! Plus I can't be sure if the new wig will be as advertised.

Tried to review the wig on their site, they won't approve negative reviews.

My wig I was delivered after 3 1/2 weeks. IT'S RED, NOT BLOND! The style is not as pictured. They offered me a TEN DOLLAR CREDIT, on a $79.00 purchase. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE! Just back and forth emails, that never stop! Finally, today, they gave me a return address IN CHINA! (Even though it shipped to me from Franklin Park, Illinois.) They require shipment to China, USPS tracking, which basically is close to the price of the wig. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I purchased a product and what I got was not what I ordered. I got synthetic instead of human and the style was so far from what I ordered that even my hairdresser dared not touch the wig because it was so bad.
I ask for a return address and a refund - I was declined and told to buy another wig and keep the one I had bought as an alternative!
Really $#*! service and really $#*! product! Will never buy from this site again!

Company is a complete rip off. Start when company stated that my charge card was invalid and then they put thru 2 orders. It took over a week of arguing and threatening to return everything to finally get refunded for the duplicate order Then the ugly wig arrived which the informed me was deformed because of extrusion in the process of transportation but not to worry it would not affect the normal usage. I could either comb the wig or take to to a stylist for trimming and styling. The color of the wig looks nothing at all like the picture and they want me to pay more after I already paid $111 for the wig I have corresponded every day with Olivia and Daisy and they still will not give me an address to return this wig. They just keep saying that my complete satisfaction is their top priority. They asked me to let them make another wig and they will pay attention to my order the next time or my other choice is to exchange it for another style at half price and keep the ugly wig I have. I have told them that all I want is to return this wig for a refund. Now today 5/19 Olivia told me to just keep the ugly wig and they will only refund me $15 of the $111. They say they do not want to make money from me but all their wigs are custom made
