I received 24" 3 deep wave loose bundles and a 20" 5x5 deep wave closure because they didn't have the loose deep wave. Either way it still worked because the closure melted into the loose waves. I soaked the bundles in vinegar and baking soda solution water and little Olaplex conditioner. The hair the curl remained intact. I had little to no shedding. I air dried the bundles under the dryer.

The hair is good texture and it did come bleached but I was not able to straighten it without it burning. It's not as thick or dense as advertised and the sticky tabs literally ripped off as I was trying to take off the paper to stick it on my head.

I also tried emailing the support team for help( UNICE's tracker is not the same as the actual tracker) and I never got a response.

Not sure if I will be returning as a customer, still thinking on it.

At first, i was not happy because my order was going to be delayed, but now am super excited that Unice hair made it available and faster as i thought.

UNice has great products. Customer service seems to be efficient and they take care of their customers. Shipping is fast and reliable. Will continue to order from them.

I have purchased this wig multiple times and it's pre- everything and it's beautiful curls errtime. The shipping was fast and everything is ready to go, out the box y'all. Check it out!

The delay and the fact that I had to pay more money for another inch just so they could ship rather than eat the cost and resolve the issue. Points were offered which was worth $3. A slap in the face. There are many other companies to choose from and I will be choosing to go elsewhere for future purchases.

I order a wig that I thought I was getting to find out it's not the one I saw to order. I don't like the way it looks or the color of it and I have been trying to to get in contact with with someone to get a label sent to me so I could return this wig back but have fail to get any help for that.

The quality of the hair was very good it's very curly and the hair is thick the party was clean the knots was nowhere to be found.

I mean it doesn't look like the picture. It's way too big for me. Maybe I have a small head 😒 I've ordered wigs from 3 different sites, this being the last one, and I am officially convinced thats the scam, you only get a really good, real looking wig unless you have the following to show them off too, which i do not. I am not well off or even comfortable financially, but I'm losing my hair due to a health condition. So far I have learned you can't trust buying a wig offline. Super disappointed with this purchase as well, but since I have no hair I don't really have many options. Maybe one day I'll get a wig and it will look as real as the product images and videos.

I will be burying more wigs from your company I pick it up today at the post office
When I try it on I was so amazed with the hair guality thank you so much. Your company need to make more colors, me and black hair don't get a long love the human hair.

I received my item in a cute little pink bag, and the wig was of nice quality. I wish it could have been a little shorter, more like an 8 inch, but still the quality is really nice. I was trying something different, and I am glad it was of good quality!

I was excited when I placed my order, as much as UNice sends texts I thought the communication would be better. When I 1st received my tracking number with USPS I kept saying I ordered a Covid-19 test kit so I was concerned. I did not like communication with the UNice bot. I got an email back about 2days later with a new tracking number. It took about a week for me to receive my unit. I thought I would get it in 3-5 days. I just opened my package, unit is cute a little thin on the ends, some shedding, has a slight wiggy smell but overall she's cute. Came in a cute pink UNice bag with some tape.

They service was very nice and they handle my package with care, the hair is very nice a little more shedding but very natural look.

UNICE, hair is very soft. The lace is Awesome it melts in your skin. Best part it's full and very true to length. I love UNICE Wigs, I have four. Get it you won't be disappointed.

Overall this is a good piece. Very soft and easy to derange with just water.
Pros-lots of combs and adjustable band-easy to secure. Length is true and front come slightly layered. As of now, minimal shedding. Wig came fast.

Cons: smell, hair has that chemical smell to is even after multiple washes. The smell do subdue after a while but if it gets wet the smell returns lightly. Cal size-if you have a lot of hair and a bigger head the wig may not be a good fit, I had to leave out a bit more hair than o wanted due to this.

Overall products gets a 7.5/10 most likely will purchase again.
