I placed an order on April 26,2022 from Wigsis and I have not received it yet, today is May 17th and I can't track it with the tracking number. I have never heard of getting a tracking number that doesn't TRACK.

Absolute scam. Counterfeit goods. Wigs are not human hair, look nothing like their website photos, are not as described. $20 costume wigs on Amazon are better quality. The packaging contains no receipts, no invoices, no addresses or phone numbers. No return address or labels at all. I'll be contacting my cc company.

Wig was very poor quality. Several emails back and forth trying to get their return address. She offered me another wig with discount, then offered to let me keep wig, and make me another one for $25 postage. Still not resolved.

I bought a hairpiece that did not look like what I ordered. Wrong style and color. They DO NOT allow you to return items. They should make this clear before you buy.

I started a chat on the side to ask questions before ordering for a client going through chemo. I was trying to save her money. The chat was unlike anything I've ever experienced from a customer service chat. When the person refused to answer a simple question about the week being synthetic or not by continuing to just send a link I asked the question for the second or third time and they typed in all caps back that they were all human hair! The specific wig I was asking the questions about actually said synthetic in the write up. So her answer did not make sense. But the fact that they would answer in was the start of the odd chat. When I told them at the end of the chat that I felt like it was unprofessional and rude this is what they sent me I took screenshots of the chat.

I would never give one star it should be ZERO but I can't post the review with out giving a star. First of all shame on me for not doing research on the company until too late. Shame on them for being scammers. I ordered a blond natural hair(because I wanted to be able to dye it the blond I wanted) it took 6 weeks to get the wig. I ordered an asymmetric chin length edgy bob. First of all the hair is synthetic! Won't dye, tone, bleach nothing. The cut is the craziest ever. Super short in back then straight down to long mop locks about 10" long. I contacted them immediately and I was just told to send pictures. I did within minutes and have heard nothing. I'm so upset. I have lost all my hair and was truly in need of a new wig. I decided to splurge a bit and I was truly taken advantage of. I'm heart broken. The one pic posted is what the wig is supposed to look like.

This Company is horrible, I was sent 2 different wigs one was the wrong Color and the other is not the wig shown on the site, completely different, I have asked 3 times for a refund without any luck, they asked me to please just try them because there staff though it would look nice. They have no clue, So now I am not getting any response at all and they haven't sent a return address, I didn't even want to give them 1 star., So I spent over 300.00 for learning never to buy anything from this company again.

I have been texting for 14 days trying to get
Shipping to return the 3 wigs I ordered on website. They text me back they want to give me a 10 percent return Not good!
I sent them everything they ask for. Pictures of the wigs will tags attached and boxes
They are new I only tried one on. The collar and cut was not as expected. The one I did try on my head was burn and painful from the weight.
I am stage 4 cancer patient all my skin is sensitive and burns. So I cannot wear a wig
I have explained this I would have never order them if I could not return Because I just lost my hair and have never worn wigs before.
The website says 30 day money back
I am tried of this stress I will reporting them

I ordered two human hair wigs, but got real synthetic ones instead. It's been too long before they'd issued me back a full refund as they always tried to convince me to keep them and get a 15% discount. I had to finally resort to PayPal to get my full refund back. Wigsis is not honest about their products and aren't flexible and easy to accept your refusal to keep their awfully-made wigs. Don't fall into their scam.

Ordered Large but it's not fitting my head.
Sent pix and explained other issues with color not being right and quality.
Emails going back and forth for over 1-week. They are not providing the mailing address even though the Returns section of the website says to ask for it. www.wigsis.com/help/return-policy/

This company on its website acts like everything will be completed quickly ( two weeks) if ordering something simple. Beware if you order real hair. It can take a couple months to get the wig. I could not use the wig as my hairdresser tried to fix it on my head. I have little hair because of COVID. The clips wouldn't stay in my hair. The band to hold the wig on my head is like a bra fastener instead of Velcro so it was impossible for me to do. Also with customer service, three times they refused to give me a refund and actually told me they could use another factory and I could pay half for a new wig and keep the one I received to sell somewhere. The wig was heavy also. Please don't get ripped off by this company!

Confirmation of purchase below in test. Extremely disappointed in the wig I received. I wear quality wigs all the time due to hair loss. This is not a quality product. First of all, it does not look like the pic in the ad. I don't believe it's human hair as stated. It did not fit and looks ridiculous. I have an average size head and that's what I ordered. I'm too embarrassed to add a pic. I wanted to return the item and sent them a number of pictures to show the fit and quality compared to the picture in the ad, but they told me it was "SPECIAL ORDERED" and they couldn't take it back. So much for satisfaction guaranteed. They should get 0 stars for quality and 0 stars for customer satisfaction. Lesson learned don't order wigs made in china.

Looks nothing like what I ordered. Don't think it's real hair. Ordered regular and can't even get it on my head. So thick it is obviously a wig and doesn't look natural. Material showing in front. Won't send return address or give refund.

I ordered a human hair hairpiece on 1/18/22. It took 5 weeks to receive. When I did-! It was not human hair and did not match. I asked for a refund and was offered another product for 50% off. No! Then I was offered 10% refund. No!
I cannot get a phone # or address.
A foreign company and I have no recourse.
Don't make the same mistake I did!

What you order and pay for is not what you get at all. Promise real hair and it's not plus the style was completely different! DON'T BUY FROM THEM AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!

WigSis is one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to do business with. They say they have a return policy - this is a lie! When I tried to return a wig they stated their wigs are custom made and the wig they sent was what I ordered. It was not. They had the audacity to over me a 15% discount to "try again".
Do yourself a favor - DON'T order anything from this company!

I ordered a wig from WigSis.com. I waited more than 3 weeks and had never received it. They couldn't provide a tracking number. They are very sneaky. I disputed a transaction with my credit card. They shouldn't be in business at all. AVOID them at all costs. I DON'T RECOMMEND WIGSIS.COM TO ANYBODY!

This is a horrible company. The photos below show the one I ordered and the one I received. I'm sure you can tell which is which. After I sent them these photos, this was their response:

"The wig looks good from the pictures.The picture from our website of the wig is the result from professional hairstylist, so they may be a little look different from the one you received. It will not affect normal usage. You can wash it before using it, then comb this wig and arrange your wigs hairstyle, and make it look natural.

"Or you can take it to a hairdresser, just a trim.We really did a lot for this order. We believe you will look very nice in this wig.

Hope you can keep it. Would you mind try it once more?"

There was nothing in the description that one would have to style it or take it to a stylist for it to look like the photo. I've been had.
