I am so discouraged by this company. The wig I purchased with my breast cancer grant money looked nothing like the photo. I sent several messages requesting a refund. The sales representative, Olivia played games with me. My money was basically stolen. I even told her that I was diagnosed with breast cancer and going through a divorce. My 200 dollar grant was wasted on their horrible wig; which they took a month to send me. Please don't purchase anything from this company. You reap what you sow.

I recently ordered a wig from this company and nothing but problems. They sent me the wrong wig, when I contacted them I was told I would have to send them more money to get the wig I originally ordered. They refuse to send me the correct wig and will not refund my money. I have been fighting with them through emails with no happy ending. Now I'm out my money and wig. Do NOT order from this company in China…. Scammers!

The wig looks really great, good brand Really soft natural looking hair，I can't image why it looks so real, I love it so much.

I have bough several wigs from this company and all of them are great they are soft, Comfortable and durable. Definitely recommend this brand.

I love this hair... even my best friend didnt know it was a wig. I use the simply stylin spray on it and I have worn it 8 times without having to wash it yet... that comes in the next 2 or 3 wears. I will continue to buy this wig.

I was stunned when I received this wig - it was SO much better than I expected! I was very pleased with the service from this site. Great experience.

I can't give a review since my wig was never received! They provided a new tracking number that said it was delivered to my zip code, but I NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE! Customer service, Daisy is NO HELP at all! It's up to me to call USPS and find my package! ABSOLUTE WORST!

Wigsis is the worst company imaginable! It is a company intending to SCAM from the beginning.
They take your money on the pretense of filling your order, then totally erases all information from the sale.
They never intend to accept returns or refund your money. The quality of their wigs are liken to the wigs on Barbie dolls and toys. They have made their fortune on the backs of honest AMERICANS.
Sound familiar?

I ordered one of their wigs and found that I was double-charged. They submitted the order twice to my Paypal account. When I contacted them they said that I ordered two wigs and I couldn't canceled. Well they said first we can give you 30% off on 2nd wig if you would like. I would not. I explained that the transaction occurred within 40 seconds of each other I couldn't even put in my credit card number or my PayPal information that quickly if I wanted to. Besides if I were to order to wish I would have placed one order for two wigs. Then they told me that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to put my wood together and that they're just no way that they can cancel it that's not their policy. The next paragraph they stated your wig is almost ready. So there was no way they could cancel. I filed a report with PayPal and after several back and forth emails with a few more lies peppered here and there oh, they did reimburse me for one of the wigs. No explanation. I'm still expecting the wig that I ordered to come in. However, after reading more reviews I don't have a lot of faith that is going to happen or is it is going to be what I expected to be. And I'm ramping up for another battle.

If you want to save yourself headaches and weeks of aggravation then take your money and burn it or throw it in the garbage other than buying from WigSis. You wont get what you ordered and you'll waste your time trying to get a refund

I ordered a wig from wigsdo/wigsix and even though the ad said I would receive it in 2-4 days, it took way over a month to receive it. The wig I received is no where near the color that I ordered. I have contacted the company many times, and they will not refund my money. I sacrificed $106 on this wig, and they were offering me only $15 for a refund, or make me a new one at a discounted price (the same as I paid). BAD COMPANY! I tried to upload a picture showing the difference and my proof of purchase, but it did not take. Now I see that the company has charged me twice!

Orange, not blonde. Totally unshaped hairline that makes this impossible to wear. AWFUL. Do not buy.

I found this company, Wigsis, online and the reviews seem mediocre at best. One customer complained about the customer service from this company, that they did not stand behind their guarantee of customer satisfaction. I chose to give this company a chance however that was a mistake.

The company website does not say that this product comes from China nor did it indicate how long it would take for the product to arrive and there wasn't very much communication after the product order was made.

The color charts on the website apparently are very inaccurate and what appears as one color is extremely dark in reality. I tried to rectify this with them but they were unwilling to except a return and even stated that this product was custom-made for me which it was not, it was from their list of products. They offered to discount my next order by 15%, which is not going to happen because I am not going to deal with a company who won't stand behind promises that they make on their site saying that they will stand behind their products.

When I researched further I found evidence that the products from this company are knock-offs so even though the the price was really good and I wasn't expecting fantastic, when they refused to help in regards to making this right, they refused to do that. I find this disconcerting and unacceptable.

Please be warned, anyone who goes to the Wigsis website that they will not do anything except take your money and send whatever it is they feel like you will accept. This was $120 ($116 for the product and $4 for foreign currency exchange) mistake and I hope this will help anyone in the future to not lose money dealing with this company.

The wig and picture I ordered was exactly the same picture of a wig I had ordered and got from another company nearly a year ago however it was human. This company wigsis lied saying it was human. It is not human, in fact it isn't a blend. It itches my neck terribly and I have pain in my neck in same spot. I wonder what kind of chemical fibers they used to make it. It feels like thin plastic, constant frizz at the end and very tangly. I will never ever order from them again! I have to buy another one to replace this and I've only been wearing this for about 1 and 1/2 weeks.

This is a great wig.It just came, and I was surprised to see that the color, it's perfect! I highly recommend this wig to all. They were very helpful.

Love all my wigs, they all look just as pictured, ship quickly, nice packaging overall wonderful experience. Sassy and comfortable and the color is fabulous. Just what is was looking for.

I love this wig I would like to have it in a different color it was just beautiful l bought two would buy more for my birthday.

My wife purchased one of these wigs for $150. When she received it, it was the wrong color and it looked like it had been hand-made... by an orang-utang. Very poor workmanship. She immediately contacted the company about a return and was told that only 10-percent of the purchase price would be refunded. They also offered to send her a selection of wigs and let her pick the one she wanted at a discounted rate. Of course, we would be liable for all return postage. To China. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT?

On the reviews. I've been a technical writer for 30+ years and I can tell you that if you read the 5-star reviews very carefully, you'll see little odd turns of phrase that (1) were written by reviewers whose native language is not English, (2) contain ad copy and not honest reviews, (3) do not address the actual product being reviewed. Start looking for these things and you'll find the '5-star' reviews rife with them. Meaning that they're written by shills; people who are paid to leave glowing product reviews to get the company's averages up. Don't believe them. WigSis sells sub-standard products, has no customer satisfaction policy, and will not honor a return *******@WigSis: This review is based largely in something that I like to call FACTUALITY. The only opinions presented are those of a technical writer of long-standing calling out your shills.

Pretty but I returned it as it seemed to large. Will try a petite in this brand next. I really like their style!
