Well made. Just not a good style for me, I told the customer srvice my problems, they are helpful. Later I returned my wig and they refund money to my credit cared.

I ordered a clip-on piece that is meant to attach to a ponytail for a thicker look. They advertise the piece to attach with a 2" butterfly clip which is perfect for me because my hair is very fine. I can barely make a ponytail with my hair so I make a ponytail and twist my hair so there is something to hold on to. What they sent me was a large 4" clip that just falls out of my hair. I have tried pinning the piece but it just doesn't work for me. I have purchased other pieces from time to time that work just fine with a smaller clip so I know it's not me. When I asked Wigsis to make it right for me, they just keep telling me to try it again and again! How many times do I need to try and have it simply fall on the floor in 20 seconds? I didn't even ask for my money back, I just want them to make what I ordered. They do not want to take the piece back, they do not want to work with me, they just ask me to keep trying to use something that is hopeless! I am so disappointed and frustrated! Do not buy from these people, they don't stand behind their product. See attached description of the piece I purchased.

If I could I would rate this company 0. The wig looks nothing like the advertisement. Just be aware this a scam!

They are crooks! They do not give refunds! They will trick you with Asian addresses that gets you nowhere! They try to hide the California warehouse address from unknowing consumers!

They advertised the famous Rachel hairstyle and what we received was a horrific bob. This was purchased at full price for a cancer patient who cried when she saw it. Shame on you Wigsis!

I recently had my head shaved for surgery. It's easy to use and doesn't take but a minute to style it. I always get compliments about my hair! Everyone who has seen it loves it.

Run from this company. I ordered 3 wigs from Wigsis. I was in shocked when I opened the boxes of wigs. Frist, they were this most awful red color. Tried them on. I was sure there was a mistake in the order. The wigs did not even come close to what I ordered. I spent almost $250 if not more for tax and of course shipping. I tried to reutrn wigs. That's when I found out there is no customer service phone number. I guess if they had a number the phone would be blowing up with pissed off customers. So I have been using their e-mail and talking to a women named Mildred. I sent Wigsis pictures of the wigs and the boxes the wigs where in. Since end of June I have been e-mailing this company and going back and forth with "Mildred" and her replys make no sense. She asked the same question over and over, but nothing gets resloved. It is now Sept. I am not going to give up until I have a resolution. Like I said run. Thanks for reading this. Dottie

When I was going through chemo for Breast Cancer and lost all my hair I was bald for a year and this wig made me fell so pretty... I love this wig... it is beautiful. You just take it out of the box and wear... everyone thought it was my real hair I loved it so much I bought 2 of the same color same style. Absolutely loved it..

Experience was good. It feels and looks like my hair. This is the best wig I've bought to far. The fit is perfect, the color matches my own, and so comfortable I can wear all day.

I'm going through chemo for breast cancer and haven't told any of my old friends that I'll be seeing at a wedding reception in a couple months. I think this wig looks enough like my own natural hair that no one will notice. I do wish the bangs looked a little more like my hair, but no wig is going to perfectly replicate my natural hair because it was kind of thin, limp and had no body to it, haha!

Beware everyone if you want to return a wig you ordered form WIGSIS because you are not satisfied for whatever reason you will be directed and instructed to ship it back to CHINA it cost me $67.75 of shipping fee because they demand a tracking number to issue a refund and/or credit.

I am still disputing this with my credit card company - I have dealt with US websites for the longest time even though some products are manufactured in CHINA you always have a US address to return what you are not satisfied with.- I am furious with my experience and never again will I order from WIGSIS.
None of this is mentioned in their return policy so BEWARE.

I contacted their customer service before order, they answered all my questions patiently and even give me some discount. I LOVED the color and I would love to get another wig in the color, this style is for me, very natural looking.

Fits like a true petite and falls beautifully. Great color, and natural looking. This is a comfortable wig, I love to wear her on the weekends going out and about visiting family.

I started wearing wigs recently due to my natural hair thinning, and this is my first quality wig, and I can say I am very happy with it!

I just placed an order from wigsis.com and I am waiting. I created a profile so I can track my order. I did go on google to see where their company is located in China. They did confirm as of 2016, that they were located as a, return address via PayPal and FedEx as of 07/15/16 in China is Zhao Qiang, Room 1003 Huishang International Bldg, Shouchun Road, Luyang District, Hefei, China, *******. For some reason when I went back on my profile another order was entered on my profile for the same item and they indicated that my payment failed. I did use the contact us option on their website and uploaded my actual order number and payment confirmation to let them know that I only placed one order. I did ask them to please ensure that their employees are not entering bogus orders on my profile, due to that the extra order was not showing up yesterday when I checked the status on 9/6/2021. It showed up this morning on 9/7/2021. I am hoping that they will correct it. I am looking at all the reviews. A rating of 3 is not actually the best. I will wait to see how long it takes them to process my order, and to remove the bogus order that I never did.

My wife has stage 3 cancer and mistakenly ordered two wigs from this shyster company. I noticed her mistake and per their online policy I cancelled both orders within 24hrs which should have stopped all processing of both orders. They still processed, took payment, and shipped the wigs despite several emails to them requesting that they don't ship and process the refund in full, per their online policy. They declined and offered a $10 discount instead. Really!?!? There is no phone number to speak with a real person, only offer email communication. DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSIS.COM
Your better off opening your car window while driving down the highway and throw your money out the window.

I ordered a petite frosted wig. Once delivered it was a large not frosted wig that did not fit. Ad states refund would be made if they are contacted within 7 days of delivery. Was told I would not get a refund because it was custom. It was not custom. Not even what I ordered. Do not order from them.

Wig was perfect, just as expected. Love it. A friend just found out she would be going through chemotherapy and she ordered two wigs.
