Ordered 3 wigs. All did not fit using size guide. 2 ordered light brown and got almost black. 1 auburn, got orange. Refuse return if tried on for size. Wanted short and waive, got straight and bushy. I just want to return the merchandise and get a refund.

I was looking for a natural looking wig. I searched online for weeks and finally found this website. The human hair wig available hair was the closest one to my imagination of a perfect organic wig. I got the exact one delivered within time after I placed an order. It was something we call a great experience.

I was so excited to know about them after facing hair loss issues for 2 long years. I selected the black colour natural looking one. The exact one was delivered to me and it fitted perfectly on my head. I got relieved from the hair loss issue as I wore this organic hair wig. It was a divine experience for me.

I am trying to make a return to Wigsis and they are making it difficult. As the Reviews Summaries indicate, this is one of the major problems with this company. I have asked for an address to send my purchase and they are not responding. The wig I received after a 3 week wait was way too small and not the color I had ordered. They ignore my requests for the return address. I guess my next step will be to ask my bank to intervene with the credit card charge.

Can't say it strong enough, do not order from them. You will never get an address to return if you do not like the wig, shipped from Singapore. Wig had fabric showing in front, looked nothing like photos, they do not honor their return policy. My order was incomplete, and poor quality, was offered 20% off and told they did not want the wigs returned as it was too much bother. I honored their policies and contacted within 7 days, sent photos, offered to send back.

I order a wig from this company and after a month they sent me a wig which was a different style and color, I want to return this item but I found that (they do not have address or telephone # for customer services to return)I have to e-mail them and no body can help me in this matter. I have a feeling that I just lost $170.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is my 3rd wig, this is in a different color. Love the style. I hope your company continues to get new wig designs that are of this kind of quality and color.

So I order one of there wigs then saw how horrible there reviews are so I instantly asked to cancel my order in minutes after placing it. They sent me an email stating they already sent it out which was not true because I did not get a tracking number until the next week. Well I ended up never getting the order due to it being delivered to wrong address. So I contacted the local carrier whom I know very well as to where my order is since WigSis said to call them. The carrier came to my home apologizing to me that his worker did in fact deliver to another address but did not remember which one. I have a ring doorbell that recorded that conversation, so I sent that proof to WigSis. They are still refusing to refund me and have asked me to get refund from carrier which of course carrier never refunds customers for lost packages. Then WigSis says they will send me a replacement but it will cost me additional $50 on top of the $93 I already paid them. Wow, if I were you I would stay far away from this company. Now it looks like I will be having to sue them.

The wig was very good. I feel very excited because my wig just like the screen shows. I will buying more!

I cannot forget the day I got introduced to this online wig shop by my brother. I found it to be stunning one instantly. The varieties of wigs and their quality seemed so attractive. I ordered a human wig first. It came to me on time and was the exact one I ordered. I wore it and found it fitted precisely. A very good experience.

Do not buy anything from wigsis... wigs are very Cheap... their return policy does not exist... they are LYING SCAM ARTIST... when you try to return their cheap looking wigs they GHOSTyou... do not purchase anything from wigsis... you will be totally disappointed... and don't say I didn't warn you

Paid for a wig. They sent me something else - not even close to what I ordered. They refuse to let me return it, refuse to replace it with what I ordered. Horrible customer service and the product they sent me is junk. You will NOT get what you ordered. Do NOT give them your money. Here is what I ordered and what I got.

I placed my order and was sent an email stating I would receive my wig with 3-5 business days. It took 12 days for me to get it and that was after two emails to them. I took it out of the box and did not like the color or the way it fit. I immediately put it back in its original box. I emailed customer service to say I did not like it or want it and to refund my money. They got back to me right away and said they were sorry. They asked if I could TAKE PHOTOS of the wig and send them the pictures. I did exactly that. I got another email and it said, "how about we remake a new one for you"? What kind of BS is this? Don't they have hundreds of them on a shelf waiting for some dummy to order one and they stick it in a box and ship it off? What kind of fool would fall for this? The next line of the email said, I could pick out another wig and I WOULD ONLY HAVE TO PAY HALF and I could keep the old one I didn't like. Or I could send back the wig and exchange it for another one. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!
What reputable company doesn't offer a complete refund of a product if you don't like it. Now I will take steps further to get my money back. I can't afford to throw away $100 on something I'm never going to use.
