After emailing the crazy people from China for over a month, and them trying to bribe me into not returning the NASTY, SMELLY thing (they didn't want the Nasty thing back either) they offered me a whopping $32 (crazy morons) to keep it, mind you the wig was $240.00. I didn't have the need for the nasty thing! Luckily we had used Paypal so although the shipping was $40 to ship back I did get reimbursed for the wig, thank heavens! Please use Paypal when buying overseas! It makes me so angry when these scammers take advantage of older people or those with illnesses! AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM WIGIS!
DON'T BUY FROM THEM! SCAM! These theives take your money and send you a clown wig. You can buy a better looking wig that actually fits at your local Halloween costume store! I wouldn't be caught dead in the wig they sent for over $200.00. I have been sending emails for over a week and they think they are doing me a big favor for telling me to keep it and they will send me $32. You seriously don't want to know what my replies have been. They will not give you a return address. I told them they are getting rich by charging these prices and then when NOBODY wants their stinking wigs they say they will send me a 'little money' to keep it because we would both lose money if I send it back! I asked how do you figure that? This CHINA company is crazy. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered a wig after weeks, emailed them to cancel the wig they refused to cancel the order. Then sent an email saying we shipped the wig now you cannot refuse it. They are refusing at this point (over 30 days) to refund my money.

No only they are deceptive in representing the quality of the product as seen in most of the reviews, but also don't refund you when the wig was returned to them. The company ignored my instruction about shipping instructions, disregarding many emails. They are thieves
Wig came and it was awful! They made me jump thru hoops with bull$#*! for a couple months, as they would not let me return for refund. I opened a case with paypal and was finally able to get an address to return wig and received refund, but it cost $40 to return to China lol. It was still worth the return. They try to make it impossible to do so!
Seriously DO NOT waste your money. The wig I got is not human hair, it looks very cheap and the colour is terrible! You cant get a refund for these issues. Many unsatisfied customers are on the BBB site. We could file a class action suit!

Love wigsis they have the best colors. I can only speak for myself I love my hair piece.It does take a long time to get it but when the wig arrives it is packed beautiful. Love it
I ordered a wig for my 81 y. O. mother. It was nothing like the photo. They refused to give me about information to return it. Here I am out $193.00 for an unsuitable item. I'll never order anything from China again! Bad product and a worse experience.
I received an item that did not appear as pictured but refused a return. They do not care if you are satisfied with their product. Buyer Beware
This company is a total scam and rip off. They send you merchandise that you did not order, pictured wigs on website are misleading, and then they all but refuse to refund your money. If Id only seen theses reviews 1st I would never have ordered. Whoever made the wigs I received must have been high or drunk!
Received a horrible mop they call a wig. Do not order from this company. They expect me to pay to try it. Not a chance. This company is in China so dont order anything from them
Ordered and cancelled within their cancel policy but they continue to send emails saying I should keep it. I will like it. Etc... will not cancel as policy states and refund my money...
The wig I received was not what was pictured. I ordered a full lace wig and what I received was not even close to a full lace. The only lace on it was a small peice just across the forehead. I got the same runaround when I complained as others. The totally do not address your complaint and give you some answer that makes no sense. Do not order from this company. Also, you will not receive a packing slip, care for instructions or any kind of paperwork. Nothing to tell you where it came from or anything about it. The outside of the package just says China.
I purchased a wig from this company for over $200 and waited 4 weeks to get the wig. I did not realize it was coming from China. The wig is not even close to the one I ordered and it is of very poor quality. Trying to get a refund from them is a joke. Check BBB and other reviews and it is easy to see why you should never order from this company.
I will never buy a wig from wigsis again. The wig I purchased for ($98) looks nothing like the picture (I did order it in a red toned color). When I wanted to return the wig because it was a misrepresentation of what I purchased, I was told by Wigsis that the wig looked fine and they dont accept wigs unless there were quality issues. I persisted with wanting to return the wig. They offered to give me another wig for $35 then $20. The wig comes in from China so to send it back would be almost be the same price as the wig. I decided against purchasing another wig as I felt it was unfair for me to pay $35 or $20 especially when I suspect I would only get another wig which looked nothing like the picture advertised.
The wig, although a beautiful color is poorly made and you can see many bald spots throughout the wig. It looks Nothing like the picture of the wig that I ordered. When I tried it on, my spouse said I looked like a cave man. It really is unfortunate since I was looking forward to getting it.
Ordered a "custom" human hair wig and was sent a synthetic wig, poorly folded in the box and color not as seen on internet. They don't include any return address or info. I emailed to get info and was repeatedly denied any sort of refund. This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY anything from them!
Jail them for selling sub standard wigs and then offer go refund dyou pennies on the dollar.It's a scam
What a rip off! Should have researched better before I ordered! I paid $160 for a wig that is not human hair! When I asked for a refund, they offered me $10! Needless to say, lesson learned! They need to be banned from selling anything!
They are supposed to be human hair. No way, not even synthetic. Paid them over $400.00 for trash wigs. Threw them in the trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
