This company is a scam. What you see in the picture and the description, is NOT what you get. Then when you call them, they give you the runaround about how they see no problem, totally ignoring what the issue was. They will never refund your money. Also beware... i was on a different site when I ordered the second wig, ( still having the Wigsis wig in its box with tags on it) and somehow I ended up with Wigsis without seeing it. (That was celebritywigs.com)Slick move. Now I have TWO unwearable wigs. $500 dollars down the drain. Beyond pissed.

I have been trying to get a refund on The Whigs I ordered that will not fit me. Run around run around run around I think they are trying to stall me tell their policy return runs out, I will now be dealing with my bank because they will not send me authorization to return! Do you not ever order anything from this company! Very poor quality! I am sick I did not read the reviews before I orderd! Only reason I gave them one is because there was no zero

I HAVE FOUR UNOPENED BOXES FROM CHINA THAT I HAD TRIED TO CANCEL FROM THIS COMPANY ONCE I OPENED THE FIRST BOX WITH A HORRIBLE, CHEAP, NON-WEARABLE WIG. I WAS CRAZY TO ORDER SEVERAL WIGS BEFORE I EVEN SAW THE FIRST ONE, AND AM WORKING WITH PAYPAL TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK NOW. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY WHAT YOU READ AND SEE- TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!

Ordered wig for wife sue to medical issues. Had high expectations based on photos and description. Wife looking forward to being able to get out, and attend birthday party. Wig arrived and is terrible. Color was supposed to be brown with blond highlights. Color received is Red! Wig very thin, does not resemble photos, and does not have enough "hair" to style, or cover wig cap. Instead of happiness, wife is crushed. This is a total scam. Needs banned from US sales. Can't get my money back. Less an issue of getting my money back, then a crappy product breaking her heart.

This company is absolutely useless. I ordered product from website and they sent me completely different wig. I asked them to return me my money back. Wig was sent back to them, I paid $88 for the package at the post office. When they received the wig they told me that I have to pay for their loss. Can you imagine that?! I did not get my money back, still waiting and writing them e-mails. It is already almost two months since I returned the wig and I did not received my money. They are liars and they are stilling money from customers. Do not believe them. I lost almost $300. BIG LIARS! DO NOT buy from them!

It is the worse online shopping experience I had. First they lied about the delivery date. When I checked with them about the delivery date, they told me it will be shipped in 3-4 business days. I waited for 3-4 business days, nothing shipped. I checked with them again, they gave me another 3-4 business days. After another 3-4 business days, nothing was shipped. I checked with them again, they told me they would ship it right away. Finally after several weeks, I received the items. I was very disappointed. The item was not what I ordered. It was nowhere near what it was shown and described on their website. It was in poor quality. I requested a return the next day. They required me to send them the pictures of the item and I did. Then what they did was to try to convince me to keep item. Even though I emailed them multiple times telling them I was very disappointed with the wig and requesting a return, they refused to provide me the return instruction and return address. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company to take a charge back.

Never trust this business. They sell you poor products with high price and try not to let you return, even though they have 15 days return policy on their website. Do not trust it. I was very regret to purchase from them. I believe most of their victims are cancer patients or people with medical conditions. They try to ripoff money from these people. What a shame. Never buy from them. Their business should be taken down.

I received a human hair wig that does not remotely look like the wig pictured on the site. It smells bad like rancid oils, the curls that are supposed to be "Brazilian hair" looks like they were curled with a curling iron. The wig is more than 5 inches shorter than the image. I tried multiple times to communicate with customer service. There is no phone number and the emails are illegible in MIME format. After repeatedly asking for assistance to return, my they asked for pictures of the wig I received including packaging. I complied only to receive an email addressing the color as being correct and an offer for 10% off any future purchase. The wig was more than $300. I will never wear it, and they will not provide a refund nor instructions on how to return it. This is completely unacceptable business practice.

This company is a scam. Do not deal with them! I ordered a wig and cancelled the order immediately afterwards. They sent me an email the next day begging me notto cancel. Then they said they could change order. After that they said theywould charge no shipping. Each time I said I wanted a refund on my Paypal account. Now they say they are shipping it. I don't want it! Once they have your money, you can forget about getting it back!

I fought back and I didn't let up. I reported WigSis to everyone. They even had to move their site to a different host because I reported their false identity to GoDaddy. They gave me my money back. I told them I would not quit until they did.

I ordered a synthetic wig and it took over a month for this to arrive. When it arrived, it had no fixed style and did not look at all like the picture presented nor was the color acceptable. I complained and was told to send the wig back at my cost. Since I had already paid over $100.00 for the order, I refused and FILED A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL. Then I was told to keep the wig and select another wig of similar value. I selected a second wig which was suppose to be human hair wig that came with a style according to the picture. The supposedly human hair wig would not take heat at all. It was not a human hair wig. I was asked to dismiss my claim with Pay Pal which i did thinking the 2nd wig was human hair before I took it to my hair stylist. I took both wigs to my hair stylist and there was nothing she could do to make either wig work for me as neither could be styled. Note neither wig had a label inside of it, to designate type of hair. I gave up and decided that I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

II bought a wig from Wigsis. This wig is beautiful, I really recommend you buying this site, its just exactly what i wanted and it came with a free wig cap which is really cute.
