Not human hair and it's not what u ordered I just received my lace front wig today and I didn't even have to put it on to no it's not human hair, looks like it's worth Five dollars dead dog hair, I'm so disappointed there's no return label what so ever never even tried it on because I no the difference btw human and fake hair, I put in weeks ago to cancel my order even before it shipped out and they still sent me this $#*! I want my money back I have to go Thur my credit union as a fraud claim on this company I'm so piss and disappointed a waist of money and time dealing with them? Oh let me add PayPal is just as guilty as them

This is a scam company. I do not recommend this company to anyone, only if you're ready to fight for your money back. I'm on the 18th email by now and they do not let me return they crappy wig. I'm filing a complaint at my credit card company to reject the charges they made and I will file a complaint at the federal trade commission. It would help if many of us would do the same, so we would have the chances to shut this fraudulent company down. www.ftc.gov ( for the rereport

A total waste of everything. Got what I guess you could call a wig same day started emailing this company about everything from exchange to refund. I am not up to 12 emails and after no answer back from the last one which was supposed to how much I would except. I paid 92 dollars for my wig so far they offered 5 and 10 dollars what a joke. Will not give return address where to send back wig only that will be very costly to return the wig. So seems like other to getting a very poor excuse of a wig I am out of everything else lesson learned.

This company will not process returns and the product is inaccurate and low quality. The hair color was vastly different than the website photo. The netting is thick and visible. Pretty awful and unwearable. I followed all instructions for return in accordance with their return policy and they simply asked me to please try it again. They stated, "We think you will look very nice in this wig. Would you mind try it once more?" After a number of emails, they stated that they would not allow a return because it was a custom made wig and it cost them a lot of money to make. They stated: "Please consider our position." They offered me 15% off my next order. Terrible company. Had I known that the wig was nonreturnable, I would never have ordered from this company. I hope my warning saves other people money. Sadly, my money was wasted.

I ordered 3 human hair wigs and they look absolutely nothing like the photos in qaulity, style, and color. They also make it impossible to return their product by not providing a return address and going back and forth with you in email, asking you first to send lphotos lf their peoduct and then offering to send you more wigs. Check out claims against them from the Better Business Bureau before you engage with them - all the documented experiences are very similar to mine.

If you saw my original review you'll see that I was scammed by this terrible company. I was determined to get my money back and I did. Because of timing I originally had to settle with Wigsis for just $40. This was because I started a dispute through PayPal but they didn't give me enough time to fully work through it due to a vacation I was going on. I wrote an email to the CEO of PayPal complaining about Wigsis letting him know that his customers are being ripped off by this company. As a result of that email PayPal refunded the remaining amount that I had spent on the wig. I wish it had been Wigsis that had been made to pay me the refund but I'll settle for the fact that I did get all my money back. Ladies do not give up! Write/complain/do whatever you have to do to get resolution.

Wigsis is a horrible company. I ordered a wig and it did not look like the picture at all. I could not uese it. It was also not the right size. They gave me the run around after I emailed them to send me a return address. I asked them for a refund. They wanted pictures, that´s where I began to suspect that something was wrong... Why? They came with unacceptable offers, to make me another wig for half price (why would I want another wig after one disappointment?), refund 10 euros if I kept the wig, and more crazy stuff. And, how it cost them so much to produce the wig and I should please understand... LIKE I CARE! It cost me 182 Euros, which they have no intention to refund. Talk about bad business, and I told them so. I am tired of those stupid mails they keep sending me. Bad English. I would want to warn everyone NEVER TO ORDER FROM WIGSIS! ZERO STARS! Thieves...

I was told I had a custom order which could not be returned. But what I got was not even close to what I ordered! I ordered a Caucasian wig; got a wig with Asian hair. I am not Asian! I also tried to tighten the clip on the back of the wig and the place it clipped onto immediately ripped. These wigs are cheap! You do not get what you order. And the company does NOT stand behind their products. Please spend a little more and get a better product!

I also did not read the reviews and I purchased 2 wigs due to an upcoming surgery that I will be having and I won't be able to fix my own hair. I thought it would be nice to have something I could just slip on that would look somewhat like my own hair. Boy was I WRONG! Both Wigs I received were not anything like the pictures on-line. I immediately began e: mailing them to let them know I was unhappy with my purchase, needed a return address or label to return them for a full refund. I have been going around with them for two weeks now. They asked me to send pictures! Which I finally did. Now still waiting for their response! I am not going to hold my breath after reading these reviews. Looks like I am also out $250...
