I begged this company to cancel my order immediately after ordering. I received a harassing email every day after with discount offers & how this will affect her wage if I cancel. All I wanted was an immediate refund. PayPal told me Not to worry. The company in the midst of all this, mailed the wig, right before the PayPal deadline. Against my wishes! Now, I have a horrible wig, poorly made for $200 & it's too much to return. It went in the trash & PayPal even with proof of harassment sided with the seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased this wig due to hair loss due to chemotherapy. When the wig was delivered about 2 months later, I found it to be of good quality but the style was not befitting to my face and the part could not be changed due to the natural growth direction of the hair. My hairdresser said it could not be restyled to a side part because the natural growth and position of the hair and could not be changed. I have never worn this wig! The company is offering up all kinds of excuses that they cannot return it! This company is Fraudulent and do not follow the promises made on the website. Now I must donate a wig to the American Cancer Society that I have never worn. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I should have read the review sites before purchasing. I didn't and feel obligated to warn others so they don't make the same. Mistake. I ordered a wig with darker roots and 11-12 inches in length. I did check the return policy which states you can return if in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. What I received looks nothing like the picture. It's very blonde no dark roots & 6-7 inches in length. It took over a month to deliver after much pestering on to receive a wig that looks nothing like the picture. Customer service said I could not return because it was a customer wig (it's not) but would give me 10% off my next purchase hoping they would do better. (I kid you not.) I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Do Not Purchase from them. This is not an isolated case.

Purchased a "human hair" wig from their web site. They ignored the color that I asked to for and sent me something close to what was on their web site but didn't look anything like the style. I took it to my hairdresser and asked her to dye it to the color that I ordered. She advised that she couldn't because it wasn't human hair, although their web page says otherwise. I complained to WigSis but received no response. I then filed a complaint to PayPal, who got involved and after receiving numerous offers from WigSys to sell me another one at a discounted price or accept a $30 refund, PayPal awarded me a full refund, provided I return it to them. Postage to do that was over $50, but I paid and now await my money back. Customer service is not in their lexicon and misleading advertising is their attempt to sell you a piece of junk. At no time did they acknowledge my claim that it was not human hair. Why would I want another one? What a pathetic offer! Stay away or be warned that disappointment awaits!

First e-mail response from Olivia was... send us pictures. Did that.
20 e-mails and 2 months later, i've been offered numerous 'bargains and discounts', but never been provided with an address to return barbie's hair to them.
Yes, i've spent 2 months trying to get a return address.
I disputed my charge with Capital One-Costco Mastercard. Wigsis sent THEM a copy of the 'terms and conditions'. Including the 30 day return policy! They replied to Capital One with their rwturn addrsss!.

I contacted my bank and paypal. They both took immediate action (as they are extremely reputable), and wigsys finally sent me an email from a different robot. I had 35 emails or so with "Olivia". Now I am conversing with "Molly". She is threatening me that it takes up to 3 months to dispute a claim and to return an item is very expensive for me (around $50). I am purely playing for sport at this point. I want to see how long it takes to get to an offer of 50% refund and I keep the wig (that i am now convinced is not human hair).

Just got a ful synthetic wig sent to me that started tangling as soon as i touched it. I paid over 200 for a "human" wig and waited more than a month for that. I tried to cancel my order with no success when i saw the reviews on this site and the order didnt arrive in 3 weeks already. They didnt want to cancel. Im never ordering wigs anymore from cheap sites. I rather buy them for 500 plus and get better quality. My experience for over 5 years is: look at reviews placed outside the website before you buy!

Im truly disappointed, sad and disgusted and dont even want to bother with the return process. I repeat: do not order from this site.

I strongly recommend that if you need to buy a Wig, do it in a place where you can actually see them, and you are able to get them fit properly. 0 STARS TO THEM!
WigSis is a total scam in my opinion. The wig that I chose was sent with the wrong head measurements, and very poorly finished. After 14 back and forth e-mails they have only offered many more deals, including sending them more money to create another wig. This Company do not honor their refund policy. They are located in the middle east they seem to have a lot of Issues with Women. Bahrain is a very conservative society where most women are either hidden from view or, when in public, are expected to cover their heads and arms. Having said that, I can only conclude that the ones dealing with the business are males that have no respect for women, and believe that they are objects and have no rights. I would never contribute a penny to a Muslim society as distinctly sexist and misogynist,
