What ever you do DoNOT order anything from this company the wigs are awful and they won't return anything. Don't waste your money, I hate being robbed of my hard earned money and I don't want to see anyone being taken advantage of
This is the worst wig company I normally get the reviews before buying something but prior to my purchase Mildred was emailing me back-and-forth assuring me that I would get a good quality work when it arrived on Monday it was nothing like the picture it look like something that was dragged through the mud it was not the right color it was not even styled and we've been emailing back-and-forth for a whole week she refuses to give me the return address she keeps telling me to send more money to pay for another wig this company needs to be shut down.
I love all of her wigs but the rooted ones are my favorite. I have 3 different styles and I love my own natural think hair but love the variety and changes of appearances with the outfits I wear.

This is absolutely my style and cut... but it mats so easily. It's the second time I've bought the wig and love everything else about it. This unit is high maintenance and I so wish there was a human hair version of it available.
Love the color! I had previously purchased the blue from the same company and get rave reviews over it. Unfortunately, this one has less synthetic hair then the blue. Styles easily. Can be curled, which is nice. Big issue - you can easily see the cap. I would not recommend unless your natural hair color is similar to the wig's rooted color.
Watched you tube reviews and found that your lace fronts are very nice and this style is a fan favorite. Found the perfect color to match my bio hair! I am very happy with my purchase!
I own at least six of these wigs They are easy to style and very natural looking. I only wish they would make this exact wig with a lace front. Now there would be a wig hard to beat
I have emailed 5 times trying to get a refund. Wig is nothing like pictured. Thinking I will probably kiss my refund goodbye! Do not order from this company!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I order a wig and it looks nothing like the picture. I'll post pics of both. I emailed for a return and they are impossible to deal with. They wouldn't issue me a refund. They just wanted more money to make another one. Really! My wig was $137.00 which I consider to be expensive and should come with customer satisfaction. I am deeply disappointed.
I purchased a wig from Wigsis and whole heartedly regret it! First this wig looks nothing like it's pictured, it actually looks like a truck stop hookers hair! (NO LIE) I contacted customer service for the return address and since 6/30/2019 I have gone back and forth about returning ang receiving a refund 21 times. They are refusing me an address and a refund. Last email they only want to refund me $40 of a $178.00 total. I did however speak to my lawyer and he stated that their return policy states I am entitled to my money back so looks like we are going to court. I'm serious about this company-they are from a different country and they are shiesters! Do not waste your time or money with these jokers. I don't even want to choose number 1 on the survey... they are that horrible
This wig was supposed to be a fully lace lined human wig. It is dry and hay like in feel. Chopped short on one side, with no ear tabs as shown on pics. No satisfaction from the sender... just nonsense reples... no return address. Do not be scammed by these folks.
Don't be fooled by their fancy website; someone is scamming people from their basement. I ordered a wing from them and it's nothing like they advertise. The wig looked like a clown's wig at the circus. Watch out Wigsis is a total scam.
I ordered what looked like a beautiful wig. When it arrived it looked horrific. Nothing like the photo I saw. They will not give me an address to return the wig. This business should be shut down! This is fraud! Unfortunately there wasn't a "0" I could choose.
I ordered a wig from this company. The very attractive wig in the add. I received a wig that was horrible quality of synthetic hair. It was the incorrect size, color and length. They will not refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THID COMPANY
This company does not follow there own refund policy and refuses to send their address to return their incorrect product for a refund. I've been corresponding with them for a week since I received my wig in the wrong color. They gave one excuse after another but the bottom line is they refuse to allow a return/refund so Buyer beware! They are not competent enough to even send the correct order!
I paid a lot of money for a human hair wig that, on their website shows a lace front and a monotop. It came without the lace front which is not only false advertising but it cannot be styled properly, at all.
I sent them photos of the wig they sent, along with the photos they show on their site, and it's positively obvious that they didn't make the wig I paid for. There is no hairline to style.
Their response to my complaint was to offer me a 10% discount, on my next purchase. Seriously? I'm not crazy and I will never order anything from them ever again.
Buyers beware! Don't expect to get what you order from these thieves, and don't expect for them to make anything right when you don't get what you paid for.
I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. They would not allow me to change my order when all I wanted to do was change the colour of the wig I ordered. They confirmed my order and right away I emailed them to ask for the colour change. Emails went back and forth until they said you cannot change your order or cancel it because time has elapsed. To add to it when I went to my account on their website low and behold there were 2 identical orders. I never placed 2 orders.
I checked with my Credit Card purchases and they had charged my card within hours of the order being placed. So then I contacted my Credit Card company and they said the order went through PayPal, well that is strange because I don`t have a PayPal account.
So I`m going to receive 2 wigs of the wrong colour and have to pay about $260.
Please never use this company.
Also the name of the company that shows up on the Credit Card is not WigSis it is hairsaleinc so doing a Google search under this name I found nothing.
Don't believe the positive reviews! I've been trying for months to get my refund. The wig they sent is definitely NOT HUMAN HAIR, it's brittle, wrong color and not wearable. Their email response to me was "it was expensive to make... in our factory in China". CHINA? Everyone knows all the fakeass cheap crap is made in China!
I ordered a wig n I'm not happy with the color I contacted customer service to do a return and I've gotten the run around they refuse to take it back. Also this company is in China not California
