I received my 2 wigs back in April and have been fighting with this company and paypal ever since. They are nothing like the photos and of poor quality. I felt safe ordering as they offered a money back guarantee and of course if I used paypal i would have the protection of paypal... Wrong! This company has stated in e-mails to me that I had a right to a refund but it would be costly 30.00 to 50.00 and take a long time. I stated that I understood and pleas send return info to Paypal. Now, after 2 months of ongoing e-mails Paypal has denied my claim! I have forwarded the e-mails agreeing to my refund along with the photo of the wig on the website along with photos of the very bad looking wig and Paypal sends me a denial as they feel the company fullfilled their part. I am so disappointed in Paypal and have appealed. If I end up losing 300.00 I will stop using paypal. If anyone knows how to go higher than disputes with paypal? Are they getting a kickback from this company? Buyer Beware... Do not buy from Wigsis unless you have money you want to throw away. Wigs are so bad they an't be worn, sold or even donated!

You might as well throw your money into the garbage... I ordered 2 wigs, they were poorly made, missing hair and your could see the glue. I ordered both in a pretty light brown with blond highlights... what I received was nothing at all like the picture... in the daylight... the wigs were RED! I will never do business with this company and believe me you should not either. WigSIS does not refund your money but you can return the wigs, AT YOUR COST, to China$$$$ for a different color. NOT WORTH IT. Again this company is a scam it will take your money and leave you with nothing!

The Wigsis wig construction is the worst I've seen. There was lots of missing hair (not complete) on the top of the cap, and they put in gray hairs into the wig when nothing was mentioned about that in the ad. When I asked customer service why they added gray hair, I was told it was done to make it look more realistic. Not! The ad didn't show this in the color, but this did not matter to them. It's a horrible looking wig... and the cap used was so poorly made, and you would have to have a sizable point on the top of your head for it to fit right. Poor customer service... And because you are charged for return shipping, be prepared to spend $150 or more to return your wig if you are in the U.S. Even after I did everything they asked, it was still a no go. Please don't be fooled like I was. I wasted $400 dollars and lots of time. Return policy only words. Oh, and how could I forget... the wig was used and dirty. I had to wash my hair after trying it on. Gross.

Folks, I hate to tell you, this is NOT a Wig Company! This is a Chinese SCAM operation ONLY! They collect wigs from places like The Dollar Store, Rats, Horses, Garbage Cans and resale for hundreds of dollars! If you see a good reviews, it is from Wissis themselves. These women sound polite but they are vicious and ruthless and only care about stealing your money. Be smart, do your research, Don't send your money to Wigsis, you will get nothing in return!

After one month of placing the order, I received an awful, terrible, bad quality, poorly made, totally different wig to the one I saw online. Unfortunately, I did read the reviews about this Chinese CO after I placed the order. Luckily, I paid with PayPal. As soon as I got the "wig", I got in contact with PayPal, explained my situation and I made a claim. After reviewing my case, and several emails of the Chinese wigs trying to convince me to close the claim offering discounts on more wigs (NEVER AGAIN WITH wigsis) and even a free wig... I would return a free wig because they are soooooo ugly and different to the photos online, wigsis demanded to return the items to CHINA ( thats where this company is located), though USPS ONLY DELIVERY WITH TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY MONEY. If you don't return the items the same way they want you to do it, you don't get your refund. I paid $70.00 to return the merchandise, I know its a lot, but I would have paid more just to get rid of that ugly, tacky, cheap bunch of synthetic hair. Hopefully, I will get the full refund... my fingers are crossed and I am trusting PayPal. I don't know why PayPal is still doing business with these people. Here more reviews. Don't fall in this tramp as I did. Thanks for reading this.

Its amazing that Paypal is still doing business with a clearly deceptive and fraudulen company. Ive done business for years with Paypal and have never encountered anything like this. This company claims to custom make something that they take no measurement for. Then draw out the process to attempt to make it difficult for customers to get any type of refund. However I hope that Paypal and others will shut them down. There may be legitimate Chinese companies but this is Not legitimate. They probably pop up under other names since they have perfected their scam.

UPDATE. I sent information to Paypal in the form of reviews and the better business bureau info on the company. Paypal refunded my money in full. Thank you Paypal!. I hope that they also disbar this scamming company.

Within less than 12 hours after I ordered a wig from this company WIGIS I read a lot of the reviews and emailed the company to cancel the order and get a refund. Well, they told me to keep the order because it was already being processed, but I kept telling them to refund my money and cancel the order. Then they offered me free shipping and I still told them to refund my money and cancel the order. So to entice me and sweeten the deal they offered a 12% discount. I feel like a fool because I assumed they were offering both the free shipping and the 12% discount, but oh no I was wrong. Daisy emailed me back to say I would only get the 12% discount NOT the free shipping, too, because I said I did not want the free shipping (who wouldnt want free shipping?) Actually I was being coerced into keeping an order that I wanted cancelled immediately and within less than 12 hours of the order placement. I have contacted Paypal and hopefully enough complaints will come through so Paypal will drop this company ASAP. They are definitely a SCAM and usually I check out a company Im unfamiliar with before ordering. I figured since they used Paypal they should be reputable, but I made a big mistake this time. They absolutely refuse to cancel the order now and I know trying to return it would be a nightmare! I truly hope this review will save someone else the headaches Ive been going through with this fraud of a so-called company!
