The $300 wig was nothing at all like the photograph and they would not take it back! They were patronizing, condescending and seemed to think that it was funny that I was upset. Caution to anyone with hopes of buying a wig from this Company during an illness. You can not buy a wig on line without a professional fitting and seeing the product. They will send you whatever they want. Also, they never responded to Better Business and the consumer protection agency. There is no recourse. You are a victim.

I ordered a wig from wigsis on January 29th. Before I clicked the order button, I checked my order and they had placed 3 wigs on my order. I immediately cancelled the order and checked them out, finding out that they are scammers. I called my bank to stop payment but they had already taken the money for one wig. I refused shipment of the wig as I had cancelled my order, well before the 3 day period that they allow for. So now, no money and no wig. They refused to refund me, lying and saying I didn't cancel in time. Well it took me five months but I finally got 50% of my money back. I emailed them every day, sometimes 2&3 times a day. I constantly sent them the bad reviews from other people. I had contacted the attorney generals office and the better business bureau. Neither succeeded in getting my money back but the constant emails got me half. Better than nothing! I sent the emails to "*******@wigservice.com and on the subject line I wrote Attention Daisy.

Weeks ago i was scammed by Wigsis. Thank God, i received my money by going through my credit card company. Please if you order any wigs, check reviews. I will shop local. I will not order wigs online unless through Amazon in the future

Just want to put this out here on Facebook and hope the company sees this!. Please, please do not EVER order a wig from wigsis! Its a terrible place to do business! Ordered me one, and paid a lot for it and it has no hair in the back of wig and they wont replace it or refund my money, so please be careful its a horrible company! I contacted them and they wanted me to send them almost the price of this wig to replace it but I knew that was a scam right off! Ive placed this (what Im writing now all over Facebook) to warn all of you to NOT purchase a wig from this company! Ive gotten hold of Better Business bureau so hopefully theyll help me resolve this with these horrible people! Im so disappointed I guess Ill trash it later after I see what they will do to help me! Wigsis ask me to send them a pic of wig problem with tags still attached and I did but they did nothing! I will keep posting this over and over until I get some satisfaction! Just saying DONT DO IT!

I bought 3 wigs real hair for my brother wedding for the girls in the family with the trust on Complete Customer Satisfaction. It was my mistake. It came in plastic hair, the size was way off. I contacted Candy and talked to her in several email. All she told me was please keep it, I am sorry and do not give me any returned address. Run Away! They show only nice photo from super stars but not the real product that they sent it to me. The hair styles were not even look close to the photos.

The wig I received was not even remotely like the one I ordered! It had at least 10 times the hair as the picture indicated. After going back and forth with the company they requested a picture of the wig on my head with the tags showing! I complied and they stated they were sorry for my displeasure and would send me $10.
I should have known better. The sentence structure and the words used to describe the product were odd. Stay away. I have since discovered NAMEBRAND WIGS and have never been disappointed.

Scam company sent me a wig for $150 and the wig was nothing remotely as advertised. I returned it at great expense and they claimed to not have received it and because there was no tracking number to that location in China they refused to refund my money. They tried to bribe me with $50 to not leave bad feedback. Evil, Demonic, Deceptive, Scammers. STAY AWAY! Worst of all the scamming Asian so-called companies. I suspect it's one male person who pretends to be all these different women working as secretaries. But follow the money! It was all paid to a Mr. Zhao! And he goes through PayPal to make you feel protected!

This is a BAD COMPANY. STAY AWAY My wife order a wig from this company, based on the Photo and color on the picture on the web site When we received the wig it was a totally different color. I immediately e mailed a lady name Daisy ( there is no phone number and these wig come from Singapore. This Daisy e mail me back, she informed me that they will not refund my money because it was a wig that was customized and they made the color and style as we had requested which was not type,, We lost $ 192 If anyone from the United States orders wigs from Wig sis they will not refund your money as they specified on their WEB SITE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a wig from this site without first reading the reviews (my bad!). Problems occurred from the very beginning. The price was shown in Euro however they charged me in CNY (Chinese Yuan). It means I had to pay currency exchange commission that increased the wig price. When I received the wig I was astonished. It didn't remotely look like the picture on their website. Wig hairs seems like they were taken from cheap dolls and shape is far from the one I picked. After all I paid more than onehundred Euro for a real garbage.
This is a disreputable Chinese company that does not have any culture of honesty and product quality. Do not order from this site if you don't want to get scammed by these people. Never again will I order from WIGSIS!

I purchased a wig from this site without first reading the reviews. After weeks of emailing them and getting that my wig is on its way, I will soon get a tracking number, that it will only be another 1 or 2 days and nothing. I contacted paypal and they are doing a investigation so I can get refunded. I read the reviews and found this site has been doing this to people over and over again. They are a scam! I have reported them to the better business bureau, federal trade commission, fraud alert website and I will not stop until this site is taking down! I want justice! People like me with alopecia, or others who suffer from cancer or other heath issues depend on wigs. Please do not order from this site.
