"When I learned I would lose my hair to chemo 2 years ago I ran to the only wig shop in town and bought 2 wigs at $400.00 a pop. They are beautiful but not the right color or style. I wore one once, A friend told me about the Wigsis. I went straight to the Wigsis.
I was thrilled... now I like my hair big so I do a lot of teasing which does cause damage. And lots of hairspray... Hence the 5 wigs I have. I like them new and for the price when they get a bit ratty I buy a new one.
My real hair is coming back and I am trying to get it long, although this wig is a little short, it is at a very frustrating point. SO I will still wear my Wig when going out... I'm looking today and may just try one of the other affordable priced ones and go for a little different style and color... After all we must live a little!"

Well I have this ugly wig, not what I ordered, asked for return address. Will not honor their return want me to try keeping this ugly thing. I can get better at party city. Took me for $100 for real hair wig. Was not real hair. Not style I ordered. Ordered blond got red fake hair. Should have read reviews on this company. Guess I'll never see my money.

Same problem as everyone else. Wig nor color as it was advertised. Notified WigSis I wanted refund/return. "So sorry, take a photo with the tag." Again, all they can say is... "So sorry" and want me to try on the wig again and maybe want to keep it! After another email, we will send you one of your choice for only $70 and you get to keep the other wig!
These people are in China! American wig companies do not act this way! I should have reviewed all BBB reviews, here and other sites! They don't have a phone number! They do have it plainly stated about refunds & returns, but it is not their practice. I filed a claim with PayPal. All I did was be nice enough in asking for a return address and refund. They have not done so. In fact when I hear from them tomorrow (takes a full day) I will tell them our conversation is over! Produce or be penalized.

I received my wig yesterday (after waiting 3 weeks) and it doesn't remotely look like the picture on their website... customer service said to go get it professionally cut and styled... WHAT! What happed to satisfaction guaranteed? I ordered a pixie cut, paid $120 for it and I got a wig where the front comes down to my lips... horrible... and no customer service satisfaction. Buyer beware!

This has been a nightmare to try to get any help from these people so I can return product for refund. All I get is the runaround. I have been in touch with paypal but haven't had much luck with this either.

Beware. Unless everything goes perfectly you are about to get the worse customer service in your life. The return policy only gives you one week to get it back to China with 50% return. The cancellation policy can take 60% of your payment. Go to another site. If there was a minus 5 option I would have chosen that.

A little expensive

I love the style and the quality of this wig and I would generally recommend however, for me I was disappointed in the parting. I know it isn't a monofilament but I have three wigs and they do have fake partings that mimic your own. Nobody has a black scalp! I was disappointed as well that out of the four wigs I own, my daughter said this wig looks more like a wig than the other much less expensive ones do. I made an expensive mistake with this wig. Perhaps in other lighter colours, this problem isn't so obvious.

Class action suit against paypal

As I said in an earlier review, Paypal is just as bad - no they are worse - because they are an american company allowing this foreign person to dupe all of us. Paypal has received hundreds, if not thousands, of complaints about this person but refuse to shut them down. I'm researching how to bring a class action suit against paypal. If you'll join me, give me a like and I will contact you directly. There's some little guy sitting over there in China making a mockery of us with these wigs. I gotta give it to them, it's brilliant. They copied pictures from reputable wig websites, go outside and collect straw and send it to us. This is a scam person who can easily be traced but Paypal simply will not do it!

So the battle continues. Paypal finally approved my dispute and will award me the amount I paid ($176) AFTER I return the item and provide them with a tracking number. The return cost is at least $65! Papypal will not pay the return shipping cost. I have been arguing with paypal (on hold for at least 30 min) that they should shut this company down! All paypal keeps saying is they're looking into it - if they get enough complaints they will shut the company's access down. I just tracked all the reviews and they go back to January, 2016! And I'm sure there are thousands before that. So paypal isn't doing a damn thing to stop these people because they probably get a percentage of each transaction! Now I'm going after my credit company because somebody is going to take the loss and it won't be me. But quite frankly, I don't want Amex to have to take the loss for something that could have been avoided if paypal did their due diligence. And I'm not paying to ship this crap back either. Like I have nothing else to do on Black Friday!

Hi guys. I'm the person who wrote I had to laugh at myself for being so stupid. Well after I stopped laughing at throwing my $170 in the trash I got mad as hell. I called paypal. These people operate through paypal. They opened a claim for me and most likely I will get my money back. I insisted to paypal that these people need to be stopped. Paypal said if enough people call to complain they will shut the company down. Please everyone, if you get scammed by these people (AND YOU WILL!), call and report it. Paypal will get tired of having to pay out all these claims. The company in China sent me a message asking to me take pictures of the wig and send it to them so I they can see what the problem is. My response to them was "it's not worth my time to take pictures because you know exactly the garbage you sent me. I have reported you to paypal and my credit company. Deal with the law and don't email me again!" I hope this helps someone. And please do not be like me... I wanted that wig so bad I was hoping I'd be one of the lucky ones and get a good product. I'm telling you, this thing was so bad, I did not even try it on. I threw it in the trash right after I opened the package. This is first review I've written in my life! I had to write to help you and to try to shut these people down!

Horrible

This company is fraudulent! Dispute with your credit card company. All you need to do is go to a hairdresser and get them to support your opinion on the POS wig. I got a FULL refund after a long dispute. Lets put this company out of business.

This wig is not attractive, like in the photo. I ordered a blond color and they sent red. The cut is bad. The cap is black and can be seen through the hair. There was no lace front, even though the advertisement said there was. The wig smelled terrible, like motor oil, or something. There were broken hairs, everywhere, and the hair was dry and brittle. The front does not look natural at all, and if you move wrong, you can see the ugly black cap, underneath. Do not buy. They finally gave me 100.00 back, though I paid 189.00. They did not have me send the wig back, and I just wanted to throw it away, since I won't use it, but a return ship would have cost me 65.00 more, so I settled. Therefore, they received 89.00 of my money for this piece of crap. I will never order from China again.

There should be an option for zero because they dont deserve a one! I ordered two wigs from this company. Worst mistake ever I spent well over $300. It took almost 3 months to get the wigs and when I receive them they were not even close to what I had ordered. Wrong color wrong size and very cheap looking! You could probably go to Walmart on Halloween and get a better looking wig! Its impossible to get your money back! Ive been trying for over two weeks they want pictures they want exact reasons for what was wrong with the wig and when you tell them they say thats what you ordered. They told me to send $35 and they would remake a wig. Thats the last thing I would want to do is send them more money! Please people do not waste your money because you will never get it back!

This wig is GORGEOUS! The style is very nice too, although, I found that there was a little less volume than the picture, the fringes were just the same. The style is quite pretty and when i wear it was amazing!

Beautiful wig

I got this in the colour dark brown with very subtle highlights, kind of auburn-ish highlights. I was glad the highlights weren't very obvious because I wanted something as close to my natural colour as possible. The wig is thicker then I anticipated, but I generally like the wig. It's also longer then I thought, and it's beautiful and looks better in the back.

Don't waste your money!

I gave this company a 1 rating because there was not an option to give them a 0. Ordering from WigSis has been the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. I forgot to check reviews for this company before ordering and I learned an expensive lesson. I ordered 2 wigs for a total cost of $245 plus $10 shipping. I am now out $255.00 with 2 wigs that are absolute garbage. I have tried returning the wigs but WigSis is a nightmare to deal with, offering low $ partial refunds instead of allowing me to return the wigs to them for a total refund. I paid through PayPal but they have failed to protect my interests as a consumer, denying my claim without allowing me to provide photographs of the poor quality merchandise I received. I recommended to PayPal locking out this company due to the hundreds of complaints online similar to mine. PayPal is doing a disservice to consumers by partnering with WigSis. All I want is to return the poor qualify wigs to WigSis for a full refund. I am out $255.00 and have 2 wigs which will be thrown in the garbage.

Ik koop regelmatig on-line maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Geld ontvangen is blijkbaar leuker dan een goede service te bieden.
Uit de recenties die ik gelezen hebt blijkt dat jullie blijkbaar niet betrouwbaar zijn. Veel klanten klagen erover dat ze hun geld niet terugkrijgen na terugzending.
Eerst moeten jullie moeilijk doen over fotos en dergelijke, net of er is niemand te vertrouwen.
Ik heb fotos, de verpakkingsdoos maar ik heb er volledig geen vertrouwen is. Jullie gaan mijn stuk terugkrijgen, verder verkopen en uiteindelijk niet terugbetalen. Dat is mijn conclusie.
Zelfs geen retouradres. Weet je wat, ik houd het artikel maar via social media ga ik de Belgen toch op de hoogte brengen van mijn ervaringen.
Andere firmas doen niet moeilijk, je kan terugsturen zonder veel blabla en storten terug zonder moeilijk te doen.
Dus ik ga mijn recentie openbaar maken.

Bedankt voor de (slechte) service.

I am reading all the above post and can you believe this. I fell for the scam too. Omg... I wish I had contacted the BBB before being lured in the web of a lying company. I asked and thought I ordered a 3/4 fall paying 93.00. After a week I sent a email where was it. Most companies ship in a week Cindy said we are making a special one just for you and it is taking longer. Two weeks went by. Same story. Then the 3rd week I said send the hair or I turn you over the our attorney general. And BBB. She said give me one more week and you will have it.
After 23 days, it arrived. I opened the box and was SHOCKED. It was a strand of extensions. WOW. I called and then emailed I want a refund and she said that I had ordered it this way. I said $#*! NO WAY. I could have gone to Sallys and made my own in one day for 19.00. She insisted I ordered it that way. I said no... the picture does not look like the merchandise. I contacted the BBB and they have a lot of complaints. I have posted on several sites my frustration. They offered a 5.00 refund and I keep the strand of hair. I said No Then they offered 10.00 again NO. I filed a complaint with the BBB but can I do so with PAY PAL too? I am trying that next. Then our consumer attorney generals office unfair trading in merchandise. This strand came from CHINA. They didnt make it special for me... it took so long because it came from china and it says so on the box.

I paid about $90. For a 100% human hair wig through Wigsis but the confirmation email said an entirely different (company?) name. I hate the wig texture, style and fit. Sent an email for return address. Was "offered" a second wig for $40. I emailed refusal and again asked for a refund. Second response from them offered me a different wig for $50.! Along with a suggestion to "sell" the wig to a friend or take it to a stylist. Still no refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE company. The wig was supposed to be sent from USA but came from Singapore!

If I could give this company zero stars I would! They have horrible customer service! I paid for a wig and was told multiple times after emailing the customer support that "my order has shipped and we will be sending you a tracking number soon". No that was bull crap! I still haven't received a tracking number nor have I received the product I ordered. I requested a refund through PayPal and then was told "oh your order shipped out you cannot be refunded now". Really? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! It needs to be shut down!

Synthetic not real

I ordered 2 human hair wigs 1 a job the other longer it took almost 2 months to get. When I open the box I inspected them. I am a cosmotaligest and I know real human hair from synthetic also if you snip a piece and use a lighter plastic balls up and human has a smell as it burns. They were very well not worth the almost 400 I have for them but I pay for human hair and got barbie styling hair
