I wished I had read the reviews before I placed my order from this company. After I read about 90% of the bad reviews, immediately I tried to cancel my order. Check this out **. I placed my order approximately 12 pm. I read the bad reviews approx. 12:45pm...; and at approx. 1 pm, I emailed Wigsis to Cancel my order. This was done all the same day knowing the wig has not had time to ship... I did not receive a reply. I will file a dispute with my credit card company!

Pessima la mia esperienza, mi hanno mandato una parrucca che non corrisponde assolutamente a quella da me ordinata, ho chiesto di esercitare il mio diritto di recesso ma non c'è stato nulla da fare, alla fine dopo settimane di mail la conclusione è stata un rimborso simbolico di pochi euro, io nel frattempo ho dovuto sostenere una ulteriore spesa per acquistare un'altra parrucca. Sono dei truffatori, non acquistate mai da loro!

I wish I read the reviews before buying. They are so correct. To say "HORRIBLE" doesn't describe it. I don't know how they are in business selling garbage.
Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

The wig I ordered was received after more than 5 weeks. It was hideous! Total misrepresentation of the product. It looked like dog hair styled very badly. Nothing like the website pics. Same day of receipt, I followed their instructions in an attempt to return for refund. No contact phone number, only email instructions. But they gave me me the run around, offering me $15 then $25 then $40 back after 2 weeks of going back and forth - and I was merely trying to obtain the return address as their instructions indicated. I paid $182 for that thing and there was no invoice included... of course no return label.
I was pissed but I was determined to get my money back. I finally had an idea to contact PayPal since they were the vendor who processed the payment. They were so very helpful; it took about 5 weeks from my initial PayPal claim being filed then escalated but I got my full refund. This was after PP held the $182 against the scammers' PP account until my claim was settled. They even lied to PP giving them the return instructions saying they'd accept the wig back but declined it in Chinese customs bc they didn't want to pay for duties and taxes. This was then settled in my favor 100% which PP still would have done upon verified receipt of my return. PP also refunded the shipping that I had to pay to send it back to China which wasn't cheap. It took at least 3 days weekly of following up with PP and towards the end woriking with FedEx on getting the documentation that I needed to provide to PP after the scammers declined the package in customs. I truly hope this helps someone else who is frustrated and is basically being scammed by this leaches. Good luck!

I paid 147 described as a 100% human hair wig. The hair was worse than synthetic hair, not human hair at all. It was like doll hair. You put it in water and it wouldn't go limp as human hair does nor absorb moisture. I tried using a curling iron to straighten out the matted hair. It would go straight but wouldn't curl. You can curl human hair and most synthetic wigs. This was a piece of junk. When dealing with them, they weren't cooperative offering $10-$20 refund. They even admitted in an email of having to add fake hair to help hold the style. I had to go through Paypal to finally get a refund. But I did have to return it priority mail to get tracking. I hope Paypal stop dealing with this company. They need to be out of business!

My bad for not checking reviews prior to buying a $176 wig. I received a confirmation from an individual name after purchasing and decided I'd made a mistake and stumbled on this site. Within 30 minutes I sent a note requesting to cancel my order. This was on a Saturday. I didn't expect a response on the weekend, but come Monday, the only responses I received were from Olivia begging me to reconsider and that it reflected badly on their account when people cancelled. I instructed her to cancel no less than 4 times. The last time she offered a free wig. HA! I told her I didn't want a free wig or the original and to cancel the order. Within a few hours, my order has now went from received to processing. I'd already begun the dispute process with PayPal, but judging from other commenters, who knows how that will go. Wigsis says you have 24 hours to cancel. I canceled well within that timeframe but was refused. These people should not be allowed to sell in the US.

I got totally ripped off from this place. I purchased a wig for a friend who is a cancer patient and had it shipped directly to her home in another state. I paid $117 for the wig and it was a total piece of crap and was not as described. My friend immediately returned the wig to me along with its original packaging and I contacted the seller, which you can only do by email because they are located in China... a fact I did not know from their website. They responded and asked that I send them pictures of the wig and its original packaging. Once they received the pictures, they responded that I should try washing and styling the wig, but do not return it. I insisted that I did not want it and wanted a refund and they refused. So I went through PayPal to have the charges reversed. Only then did they say, okay, return the wig. I shipped it back to them via the USPS at a cost of $24 because all other sources of shipment (DHL, UPS, FedEx) were going to cost $65 and up and it seemed foolish to spend $65 or more for shipping on a $117 item. I only found out after I shipped the wig that PayPal would have reimbursed me for my shipping costs (which they did with the $24). However, once the package cleared customs, the USPS was unable to track its delivery so WigSis won the dispute case and now I'm out $117 and they got that damn ugly wig back so they can sell it again!

I ordered 4 wigs spend over $700, saying is in procces gona let me know when is shipped, I contacted them becouse time is passed they took money but shipped nothing at all, asked them to cancel my orders but told me they can't cancel it becouse some of wigs are already out, so if is out shipped then where is my tracking number plus after seing all those bad rewies even if I get those wigs who knows what kind of crapp they gona be, and yes company is located in $#*!ing China becouse I got respond 4 o'clock in the morning, I wish I checked rewies before elsewhere but not just on their site, I lost my money what I work so hard for it just went down the drain

I bought a wig from wigsis. I spent $208 when i received he wig it was nothing like what was advertized and i asked them for their shipping address to ship it back and they tried to bully me into keeping the wig. Offering me $20 off my next order. I finally hipped it back to the sender and they refused to refund my money back. As i write this im on the phone with my bank trying to get my money back after 1 whole month of hearing nothing from them. Stay as far away as possible. The customer service sucks and the product is trash

I purchased a wig from wigsis it was a scam, it was not like the picture or was it human hair. It was poor quality, trying to return the wig was a nightmare after sending e-mails, asking for return address and getting a run around from them, I finally put it in despute with my credit card, as I used my credit card to purchase the wig, I am happy to say my credit company found them at fault, I received a full refund plus the shipping charges. If u order from this company use your credit card, if there is a problem and they give u a run around call your credit card company and put it in dispute they will fight for a return, right away do not wait!

I ordered a 100% human hair wig that cost me $249, it took them more than 2 months to deliver the wig. Boy, was I disappointed when I saw the wig. The color was wrong, the wig that I received was not anything near the picture on their website. To say that the wig tangled was an understatement. Tried wearing the wig, but within an hour it looked like a tangled up mop on my hair. Tried combing it out, and the wig shed like crazy. Glad I ordered only one wig to try them out. Sent email informing them about the bad wig that I received. My email was never answered, Will never, ever order from them. They are total scammers.

I wish I had found this website before I ordered from these scammers. I ordered 2 wigs based upon the beautiful pictures on the website and what I thought were real reviews. Newsflash- they're not. I got several emails notifying me that the wigs were shipping but, of course, they never did. I sent multiple emails asking what was up and where was my order. NOTHING. No response. I filed a claim with paypal asking them to cancel. Then I get a response telling me it was too late to cancel; that the order had shipped the day before. Lol, yeah right. I logged onto the website and the order status was the same- still processing, not shipped. SCAMMERS, THIEVES. Ripping off sick people. These people belong in jail.

Update- a week after I filed my paypal dispute, Wigsis shipped something. As I had asked them to cancel the order multiple times and refund my money and already had an open dispute, I was furious. I tried to have the shipment stopped before it even left Singapore but Wigsis kept intervening. It finally showed up at my doorstep and I refused delivery. When I refused delivery, Paypal ruled in my favor.

I then started getting email after email from Wigsis begging me to accept shipment and then return the wigs to them. Lol, yeah, right. My only response was to tell them to stop emailing me. That's when the threats started. Now I'm getting emails threatening me if I don't accept delivery and then return the wigs they are going to charge my credit card a $200 return tariff. Screw them. I put a lock on my card.

Do not order from here. They are located in China. Item does not even come close to whats pictured.
I wanted to send it back same day I got it but getting a return address from them was like pulling teeth, I put in dispute with PayPal I won dispute said I could send it back but I need to send back with tracking # that cost $65.00 wig was $106.00 so I kept it and donated it NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. On their website you can give a bad review they dont post it. Be warned stay away

I wore this style all during chemo, and can honestly say it gave me a great deal of confidence, and made me feel more empowered during this journey. This shorter style has worked out great. It's cool and comfortable and I even wore it on a sailboat recently without fearing it would blow off(I wear a fishnet type net underneath which also helps to prevent it slipping).
