Run from wigsis. Do not buy there product. The wigs come from China. They are of poor quality. They do not look anything like what you ordered. This fake company advertises that your satisfaction is guaranteed. But this is far from the truth. They are taking advantage of people that are sick when these people need help not to be tore down more. No matter what you do or what you say you will not get a refund. This fake company only has a email address you cannot phone them they have no phone number and when you email them you only get a run around. I sent them $180 for a gray wig and got a purplish tinted piece of garbage. They offered me $10 to settle my dispute. So I hope this helps anyone else that is thinking about buying anything from this fake company.

A true rating would be a zero if that was an option. This company should NOT be in business! It is a company out of China which you will not realize until your package arrives. My wig was orange and not even close to the style I selected. No one would wear this wig in public because it is not a natural color. The wig isn't even acceptable to wear for Halloween! They did respond to my emails, but wanted me to send more money. They had the nerve to tell me that I would have to pay for shipping and that would cost between $35-$45.

We are so sorry for all the trouble and inconvenience brought to you. Please kindly understand that the wig you ordered is customized, not in stock. We spend a lot of time and money on this wig, the prime price for this wig cost us very high. Please consider our position.If you return it to us, we won't resell it or use it. If you are not satisfied with the wig, how about we remake a new color wig for you, you just need to pay $30, and you can sell the wig received to others. Or keep it as an alternative one."

I have tried for over a week to get a return label sent to me free of charge, but have been unsuccessful. They keep telling me the same thing repeatedly. The address listed reads Alaska on their website. However, I was told not to send the merchandise to that address. They have a refund and return policy page, but the company will not adhere to what they have in writing.

To be safe stay as far away from this company as possible. Save yourself time, money and a headache! I can't state enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I agree with other bad reviews on this co. Exact same thing happened to me. Spent 160.00 on wig. When it arrived it looked nothing like they advertised. Wanted me to pay 45 more plus shipping to return. I agreed to shipping. They than would not answer any emails and would not give me the return address. The wig is so bad in a bright orange color & bad workmanship it is not even wearable. Cheap halloween wigs are better quality than theirs. I cant believe this co. Gets away with this over and over. This is a scam they have going. Spend your money elsewhere.

Purchased a wig for my wife and when it finally arrived it was not as pictured on their website. After contacting them they said the wig looked fine in the pics and We should comb out the wig or take it and have it cut. After I repeatedly asked to return the wig, they wouldn't give me the return address ( which is in China) and said they would make me a new one for $35. Unfortunately we're out over $100. Do not use this company. There are plenty of better wig sites than this one. I wish I could give zero stars.

I cannot tell you how ecstatic I was after I received my wigs! The wigs were nicely packed, it was perfect! I immediately tried it on and the color was a dead on match! I'm truly enjoying that my hair looks natural and gorgeous! Thank you so much! Very happy!

I ordered a wig over a month an half ago and after many text I received so many idiot excuses and one lie after another. Then surprise a few days ago I received a wig that was orange, not auburn like what I ask for and also the wrong size. They ask for pictures so I could get a refund back. I did it knowing I wouldn't get a cent back. This company is running a scam, they said they thought my wig was perfect. Once in awhile I'm sure they get one right just to cover their behinds. I found out these wigs are coming from China.UPS checked it for me. So if anyone wants to buy a wig from these criminals you better think twice, you may be getting a semi good one or something like I received.

This is just the best wig ever! I have been given and purchased several wigs since I lost my hair to chemotherapy but this one is my absolute favorite! It look natural and I have just had so many compliments when i wear it out.

Ordered a custom human hair wig for over $400.00. I was shocked to see what they consider " a quality wig". They did not refund my money but wasted my time emailing back and fourth excuses that the wig was good and I couldn't get my money back. Stay clear of wigsis!

The wig that I ordered was not the same color, had lace that was visible/hanging out around the edges, was different lengths in the back, was larger than the size I ordered, and looked NOTHING like the picture. I contacted the company immediately so that I could return the wig and they gave me the runaround for days. I immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint against them and my money was returned to me within a few days. I did have to ship the wig back, and it did cost me $22 to do so but I got a majority of my money back. They have a US phone number and address (that they do not provide to consumers) but they are actually a company in China.

Insist they refund and send the link to this page of reviews and customers who have had the same experience.

I got a totally different wig. Emailed them back and forth many times. Bottomline, they wanted me to pay another $80 to get wig I originally ordered. SCAM. Do not order from them. 95% likelihood you will be disappointed.

These people at this company should be arrested! They have a lier they called Olivia that constantly contacts u while they r in the back of a warehouse some where in China MAKING the wig u ordered. It takes a couple of months to get ur order and when u get it the box is dirty as if it's been used before. On their website they show all these pics of movie stars hair styles to make u think that is the style u r getting but NO WHERE NEAR. I was surpose to get a raquel welch wig and it came to me looking like Mos hair from the three stooges! There is no tag in the wig, the cap is all stretched out like it's been worn before. If u contact them in the middle of the nite u can have some contact with one of the crooks that is manning the computers that nite. They will send u wild stupid emails for ur answers you have been asking. They WILL NOT GIVE U A RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND IT BACK AND WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT GIVE U UR MONEY BACK! I would have given them a zero if I had that option. When u pay them the payment goes through so fast I tried to stop payment as soon as I ordered it but the bank couldn't even catch it. I am a cancer patient doing chemo and I have lost my hair and it a down right disgrace that ppl like this even exist! CNN or some one should investigate these liers! Don't buy unless from UNITED STATES!

This company operated by Chinese is a fraud. First, they claim "human hair", but the quality is even worse than any synthetic wig I bought from any other company in the US. I think we shall take it to a lab to see if their claim is true. Second, when I requested return due to lack of satisfaction of the quality within one day of receiving the products, they offered me 3 excuses to not to process return in three responses.
1) No return because we can't resell your item. They ask me to be considerate of their loss.
2) They even have the guts to ask me to send them more money so they can make a better quality wig for me.
3) they asked me to send them more money so they can send me another wig as compensation.

After I rejected all their offers, they just ignored my request of refund and i lost around 700$ on two wigs that cann't even use as mops. I even threatened them to take this to the court, they just keep silent not responding to my email.

Stay away from this company. Chinese business in general are not trustworthy.

This is a complete scam. I should have read reviews before purchasing. This company advertised a wig and sent me something completely different.
I asked for a refund in about 12 emails and they kept asking me to keep the wig. I disputed with my credit card company who immediately refunded me. A month later, this company charged my credit card again for the same amount.
I had to get a new card and my credit card company refunded me.
I am going through chemo for stage 3c breast cancer and cant have the stress of this.
Please don't order from them!

. I never write reviews but I suggest you stay far away from this company. My wig arrived and was wrong color. I contacted by email (could not find phone # for customer service) and after approx. 10 days they answered my email. I wanted a refund and to return item. They suggested I pick a new color. Also please note that there was no return address label on the box or inside box that the wig arrived in. Most emails go unanswered. Now it is Sept 1. No reply.
