I don't want anyone to be taken advantage of like they are trying to do me. I don't mine paying for anything that I order but I want quality merchandise. How I look is important to me, I do not want to look like a Halloween Witch. Anyone want to see these pictures I will e-mail them to you so you can judge for yourself. Wig sis should a shame of themselves. I took them to my beautician and everybody just fell out laughing at these wigs.one client said that's why I don't buy things off the internet. This is a perfect example. My beautician said send that mess back this is not human hair. And it's humanly impossible to do anything with it.

They do not refund! I started from day one when I received this gross looking wig (it looks like a rug, and the color was awful, and the fit is awful) I requested a refund and was told NOT TO RETURN to the shipping address wait for a approve after several days I was told the item would look good on me! The pictures they promote are nothing like the product! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Do not fall for thier deciteful advertising. It looks like I have bought a lesson!

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID; I ORDERED FOR A WIG IN MAY OF 2017 NA DIT WAS DELIVERED IN A FEW DAYS. HOWEVER, IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE IMAGE THAT WAS POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. I ASKED FOR MY REFUND BUT THEY REFUSED AND INSISTED ON ME KEEPING THE WIG OR GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A REDUCED PRICE. HOWEVER, I CANT USE THE WIG BECAUSE ITS VERY THIN AND THE LACE IS SHOWING AT THE BACK NEITHER DO I WISH TO GET ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Just received my 2 wigs today in color 2N which was supposed to be a frosted blond blend. Much darker than appeared on screen. The short lace front (HW*******) was extremely short with VERY long thick wavy bangs (I think you would probably have to cut most of the bangs off to get rid of that extreme "finger wave") and so much hair it looked like a pompadour in front. The blond straight short wig (HW*******) was somewhat better in color but the hair at the very center of the crown was stitched with coarse WHITE thread which was very obvious and the way the hair is sewn in there is no way to "tease" it to cover up the white stitching. As others have said, the wigs are very shiny and not natural looking at all. I spent $254 and they aren't even good enough to just wear around the house. It took six weeks to receive the shipment from Singapore. My mistake was in just reading the reviews posted on their website. After reading these reviews, I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get my money back. I will continue to go to our local wig shop where I can at least try them on for color and style and get them trimmed.

I've already written a review. Allow me to stress the following.

The majority of women who buy wigs are suffering from cancer and other Disorders that cause hair loss.

WigSis preys on these women. It's wrong. It's heartless. Find a business who cares for you. A store who will help you and care for you. Because that's not what you'll get from this "company". They will make your life a living hell.

They send you personal emails. They don't send business emails from a well established company. Paula Young may be an option. Buy beware of any internet purchase.

I have never worn a wig before. I bought one because I am in the process of going natural and growing my unaltered hair out. I love the wig and the way it looks. I'm definitely going to reorder this one and some others in the future. The shipping was very fast: four business days! Thanks!

I knew the moment I took that horrid thing out of the package that it wasn't fit to wear. To say it was hideous would be an understatement. The color (no color know to nature), the cut, the shedding of the so-called "human" hair... it looked like a cheap rug. I was feeling very vulnerable when I ordered this wig. I read the positive reviews on the website and, sadly, believed them. I was so bamboozled. I immediately wrote to the company complaining. "Daisy" answered me back quickly (that was positive) and asked me to send photos of the item and packaging, which I did. What she wrote back was, "no offense, but the wig looks fine". They offered me 10% of my next purchase.
Here's what I did: I ordered the wig with my Visa, so I called them and requested to dispute the charge ($113). The were super helpful. They credited my account the FULL amount while the claim is being disputed. I fully expect this sham of a company, WigSis, to not dispute my claim. We'll see. Bottom line. You CAN do something. If, like me, you ordered with a credit card, call the credit card company and file a dispute.
This wig... I don't even like being in the same room as it. It's evil! Scary clown evil.

I sent the wig back because it was not the style that I order the pay $21.95 to have it shipped back to them they've been saying they have never received it my post office said they did receive it I've been fighting with them for over 2 months and basically I lost $210. Plus the $21.95 and shipping it back PayPal was helping but after one month they backed out on me so even PayPal's useless don't send your item back because you'll lose that? I would never buy from them again buyer beware

Horrible product, Horrible customer service! They claim to have a customer satisfaction guarantee but that is a joke! I ordered one wig that was said to be featured as shown in picture... when I got it I opened up and they did get the color right but it looks NOTHING like the picture shown! I was told to take it to a stylist... Are you kidding me? Yes I know it might need styling but by the looks of it I think it needed a major overhaul! Then I contacted them an said I wanted to return this and they said I could keep this one and for 10.00 more they would make me a new one... Yep I was a sucker! What I got was a BLACK wig that looked like this one! What?! I was told it could take a month to return and would cost a lot... really? I am already out over 200.00! I filed a complaint with Paypal and the seller offered me 35.00 refund and I could keep the wigs! I think I will send these wigs to the local dump... I would burn them but I don't know what kind of toxic fumes they might emit. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
