Yup, I was suckered in by them too, for 2 wigs that I purchased at the same day- 220.00 for one, the other wig was $100.00. When they arrived, they smelled used and the hair was less quality than a cheap doll. Looked nothing like the ones that I ordered also.
Immediately tried to return them, just as described by all of you, took the stupid pictures. They only communicated in e-mails but after they got my pictures, etx... they replied, in writing, with obvious broken English "these wigs were custom made for you. Try them on again, or give to friend, no wrong with them so u keep... I called my Discover Card and reported the fraud. But WIGSIS fought it, eventually (just yesterday), I shipped them back to somewhere in China - as WIGSIS said I can either keep them for $350.00 or ship them back to that address. It cost me $30.00 in postage fees, and I had to declare "International Customs Forms, etc... via USPS. I feel lucky that I got out of this for $30.00 but who knows, they may still fight my fraud claim. Thankfully, Discover Card was helpful.

Same Scam New Name!

First let me tell you how to get your $$$ back. I assume like me you used a Mastercard, Visa or American Express. I used my AMEX card. I called them, told them what happened and ask if they could help me dispute it. AMEX immediately added the full amount back as a credit on my AMEX card and handled the claim as their problem. In the follow up with them I asked if I needed to return the merchandise. They said no. I asked if they took a loss and they said no, PayPal took the loss. Remember, Mastercard, Visa and AMEX are global giants. It would be wrong for me to say what your bank card will do, but start there and let them investigate your transaction.

Next, how do I know it's the same company? They're still using the same pictures! I researched the Wigs I wanted hoping to find elsewhere and found the manufacturers retired them years prior to me trying to buy them. I'm so very sorry you're back to starting over. My best wishes to everyone!

We'll today I received my wig from the choices they had given me for free, and luckily no shipping fee to pay. I wrote back saying if they cant do good to the original order without me having to pay an adit 40.00 usd or sending it back for 40.00usd than send me the one I would accept from their free choices, but I felt I shouldn't have to pay for anything, including shipping. With no response back suddenly I have the free wig I picked and sure enough an email stating I don't have to pay anything!
The free wig is ok, not wonderful, it's done better BUT not wonderful, glad it was free

OMG, in reading all the reviews... I am now one of you all! I got took for $360.00. Wigs I ordered were not even close to the color charts shown on-line. After going back and forth with several of their loser customer service folks (Daisy and Molly) I was told several things from, " oh try again, new style look good on you" to "give wig to friend, it will look good on them, and we give you 10% discount on new wig". Are you kidding me? The wigs looked like dead freakin rats, why would I do that to a friend! I then had to provide Wigsis pictures of the wigs, both inside and outside of the bag. I jumped thru hoops and did everything that Wigsis asked me to do, to no avail. I proceeded to contact Paypal, I spoke with a Mika person who assured me I would get my refund since I sent them (Paypal) proof of all the correspondence between me and Wigsis. I even got a response from Paypal telling me they would refund me my money to just send the wigs back to the China address they gave me. I did as instructed and sent them. Well... this whole nightmare started in Feb, 2017. It is now July 2017 and Paypal is now saying the claim is closed and cannot be re-opened. I am so disgusted with companies and people like this and all I can say is, WIGSIS, PAYPAL, DAISY and MOLLY. Every dog has their day... your turns coming. It's called carma!

Picture offered looked great. Actual wig was unidentifiable. Conditioned to see if it would soften. Became much worse. Hair, or whatever it is, sticks together and looks like a dirty cloth mop that has never been rinsed out. Contacted Pay pal. Results: emails suggesting I make arrangements with company. Company asking me to take a 65.00 payment and they will send me another wig. I paid $241.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Phoned my bankcard. Credit was given back to my card but rescinded. "The company" forwarded pages upon pages of the same "stuff" they originally duped me with. I am now on hold with my bankcard until I phone them and fax photos (4) of the wig actually sent to me, copies of my postal receipts forwarding the wig back to China and copies of a few of these complaints. Something really should be done about dishonest people like this and we need to get smarter and STOP buying our hair from these types of overseas people. I pray that I get some resolution soon. This type of abuse against you really does hurt.

They are a ripoff

This company is the absolute pits. I would never order from them again. To make a long story short when I got my wig in it was red, there was no other way to describe it but it was red, and I did not order red, I ordered color #18, which if you look at it, is a dark blond. They're telling me colors look different in different lights, blah, blah, blah. They even tried to get me to wear it saying it would be a nice change! After many emails they finally agreed to send me another with a different color that I choose. I picked light brown because I was afraid to pick another blonde. When it came in the color was a light brown. When I had gotten the red in I didn't really examine it because I knew I wouldn't wear red. On examining the brown one I realized it wasn't actually the wig I ordered. The one I ordered had short little layers, and was shorter all the way around; this one has longer layers. So I give up, I'm not going to deal with them again, I'll just have to accept I've thrown away $120 and chalk it up to lesson learned. They should be put out of business.

Sent 128.00 on a terrible looking wig. And they sent the wrong color instead of a 26 color they sent me 26g. Big big difference@! I made the mistake of paying with my debit card. So now my $$ are gone. Please pay with a credit card or PayPal so if they try to Screw you at least you can get the charges reversed & your hard earned money back! They have Bad KARMA Coming Their way! °

I never write reviews, this.is my first time. I strongly advise you all out there DO NOT buy from wigsis. I ordered a wig from them pn 6/30/17@ midnight because I couldn't sleep and made a terrible choice to make this. Purchase. So next day, 7/1/17, in the morning, I email to cancel. They haven't started to make my wig and haven't shipped yet. But regised to let me cancelled. There policy clearly states cancellation is accepted with 24 hours. But they do not honor their words. So I had to file a claim with PayPal.

I have never written a review before, but I found it absolutely necessary to let everyone know... RUN from this website as fast as you can. Save your hard earned money. The wigs that they claim to be a 100% human hair, are as cheap looking as Barbie doll hair. Actually, its an insult to Barbie doll hair. The hair is all uneven beginning from the scalp all the way down the hair shaft. I honestly believe they put the "wigs" together in the dark. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE ATROCITY!. I would give the wig a negative 100 if I could because a "1 star" is far too generous.

I wrote a review in June 2017 regarding the scam and the run around when I attempted to return and get a refund.
I decided to go to my credit card company and see if there was anything they could do since I was scammed. I was informed they could look into charging back WigSis. A case file was opened and I was given a immediate refund by my cc company. If my case was successful, I could keep the refund, if not, the refund would be reversed.
I completed the form required and forwarded all my proof, which included all email correspondence which showed how terrible they were to deal with, all the run around and refusal to accept return and refund. I forwarded the online picture of the wig I was suppose to get and a picture of the actual garbage I received. I also sent a few reviews from sitejabbers to show that many others have been scammed by WigSis.
In the end, my cc company sided with me and charged back WigSis.
It took approx. 6 weeks for my cc company to complete the investigation. WigSis did refuse the first attempt, which I was told is typical. My cc company had to do a tier 2 escalation and that is when they agreed with me and forced the refund.
If you have proof and stick with it, you can get your money back.
I received an email from WigSis after a won, they said I needed to return the wig since I received a refund. Lol, that was all I wanted to do in the first place. Ridiculous.
Anyway, I called my cc company and they said I should send it back as that is the policy. Otherwise, WigSis, could try and charge me again. I had to pay to send it back to China, as directed. I am so happy this is finally resolved.

I'm so mad at myself for not reading the reviews before I purchase the wig. I bought the wig three weeks ago and it still have not arrived, I'm not even surprised after reading everything on this site. Also if it does come in it probably won't be like how it was on the picture, usually I'm spectacle of different sites & I took a chance on this site. Never again! I'll just stick to my bundles.

I was so disappointed in the quality of this wig and the customer service when I requested my refund. I paid $100, for something that looks like it belongs on a dog! Then when i requested my refund, it was back and forth and finals I was told to return the wig at my own cost which would have been $20. So I agreed to pay $25.00 but that's not what was sent to PayPal. They lied and said I agreed to pay $75.00.

FAKE, FRAUD, SCAM

Ordered two full lace human hair wigs and they did not look at all like the picture. I complained that the wigs were not the color I wanted and that they were not the length I ordered. One was a hack job, it was suppose to be 12-14 inches and it was more like 8-10 inches but even that was uneven. They refused to refund my money. I paid $356.00 for nothing and they would not even like me return for an exchange after I sent in pictures showing the wig was cut short and it was uneven. Save your money people because if you give it to this company, you will not get it back or even an exchange.

This wig is absolutely gorgeous. It is my second purchase from wigsis and I couldn't be happier. It is as soft and natural looking as real hair. I can also easily put it in a pony tail. I've been so impressed with wigsis and the quality of the wigs I've purchased. I will be buying more again in the future. Thank you!

Ordered a wig that looked so nice in the picture. Paid $100+ for it. What I received looked and felt like a $10 wig with the fakest looking part that I've ever seen. Wanted to return it and was told there was nothing wrong with it. I'm still following up with this but wanted to get this info out to the public: Don't buy this garbage!

DO NOT buy from them! My custom order for Human Hair. Came wavy. Went to have styled. Washed it. It went completely straight and does not hold a curl! RIP OFF.
I don't wear wigs for fashion. I don't have hair. I've worn wigs for 27 years. This is the worst "thing" I have ever purchased. Learned the hard way.
Karma will get them for scamming a person like me.
