I ordered a day bed from Wayfair. The listing originally stated it came with a mattress and trundle mattress. It stated this in the "At a Glance", "Description", and "Specifications" sections of the listing. Upon arrival, there were no mattresses that were delivered. When I went to find out what was going on, their customer service told me that I was confused because mattresses were not included with the order! They were literally changing the listing information! The listing was brand new when I placed the order, so I can see what their tactic is. They essentially create a new listing with added information to get people interested, and then change it when enough orders have been placed. This is fraud and thievery.

I was able to actually grab a screenshot of the "At a Glance" section before they removed the "Mattress Included" information there as well.

WayFair is by far the worst at customer service. I placed an order for 2 office chairs on May 15th. I have yet to receive my items. They sent me an email on June 9th, that my order was estimated to be delivered on June 15th. Today is June15th, I have not received any confirmation of my items were shipped. I paid $703 for my items. I placed a phone call on June 15th at approximately 3:15pm. The representative picked up my call 1hour 45mins with no explanation as to why we have not received our items. I ordered the last 2 chairs at the time of the order. WayFair is now saying that our order is due to be shipped June 18th. This is poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone to order from WayFair.

My package has been sitting on a truck for 4 days. Its a fan. I'm in Memphis and its 85% humidity. Only way to reach anyone is thru email and they keep telling me to be patient. I asked for refund and was told since its in transit they can't issue refund. But if I wanted to return I could! Why would I return it when I need it! Stay away from Wayfair. They keep saying its because of COVID but funny I have been getting my orders from EBay... and early!

I reached out to a representative via email last evening regarding the 10% discount code that is promised to new account openings to which was replied with, "Well i actually don't have a way to directly send you a promo code," without any resolution or guidance. Today, I reached out to a different representative via phone call (was on hold for 26 minutes) for the same reason. This representative told me she was able to apply the 10% discount code to the item in my cart. She confirmed the new price after the discount was applied and was also able to place my order over the phone. I thanked her and we ended the conversation. Shortly afterwards, I received a confirmation email from Wayfair as well as an email from my credit card company, stating that the original amount was charged to my account. I called the service number again only this time, I was on hold for OVER 2.5 HOURS! The representative I spoke to was very polite but even when they finally took my call, it was an additional 20 minutes to investigate the problem. This is the poorest customer service, from the careless responses from representatives via email, the dishonesty from representatives via telephone, and the outrageous wait times over the phone. This was my first and last time purchasing from this company. Do not waste your time or money with Wayfair.

Delivery truck driver who was 20 minutes away from my home calls me to let me know my delivery is missing two out of seven boxes. He asked if Wayfair contacted me yet (they hadn't) and told me someone at Wayfair will contact me about rescheduling (they didn't). This was two days ago. Now on hold waiting for customer service (1hr 10m and counting). Wondering if they're in danger of going bankrupt.

I made my first purchase on Wayfair and, depending on how long it takes, it may be cancelled. Regardless, this will likely be my last time shopping with Wayfair.

The date passed for delivery and it wasn't shipped even though my card was charged, no automated e-mail was sent to notify me of the delay so I waited over 1.5 hours to speak to an agent who was okay and explained that they lost the distributor they had in line no longer had any stock. She was keen on cancelling my order instead of leaving it, despite it still being listed as an item for sale on the website. I had to cut her off because she would not stop talking about cancelling the order. I told her not to cancel it. I want the order. The price is great as well as the reviews. What is wrong is there is no chat or e-mail options post order and the hold time is ridiculous. I thought was a well-established and well-oiled machine but it is not. There is a chat function pre-order so I tried that. She told me should could not assist and gave me the link for post order. I explained the no chat, no email, lengthy phone wait and she very briefly that she could not help and immediately cut off the chat. I only typed my initial questions and one small response and I was cut off. So, from what I've gathered, they can't manage inventory, they have little to no customer service available, they do not want feedback (huge red flag) and post order, you're pretty much screwed. Also of note, my original charge was credited a week later and then I was charged again for the items. I'm not sure what this means as the order is still in tact and the original due date for delivery is listed. I'm not sure if this pushed my order back even further. To top it off, the two items I purchased (same items) are now a few dollars less for each. Every day, or multiple times within a day, the available ship date listed for the product page (not my order page), changes from a week from now to 30 weeks from now, and different dates/estimated weeks.

I do not recommend this business. Even if I get the order. The hassle isn't worth it.

This has been the worst consumer service I have ever experienced. Their tagline: "Spend less, get Way more" is a lie and I can prove it. The sofa I purchased that, according to them is an example of them "re-branding" is actually a sofa that they purchase from Ashley Furniture and re-market at inflated prices. My proof? There is a sticker on the piece noting it's an Ashley product with their Model # clearly shown. It took over 6 months to get their Customer Advocacy Dept. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH Customer Service. This as a result of having to contact the Executive Offices in Boston.

This was my first time using wayfair, because I like the quality of their furniture they advertise online and on their commercials. The beds I thought I purchased is now sold out. I was sent the arms only to 2 wrong day beds I ordered may 20th my shipment has been delayed 3 times now. I was told I can return the beds but due to covid 19 no one would pick them up I would have to deliver them back to the warehouse, but someone from the warehouse delivered them to my door. So I accepted these beds that are not even in my search history because my kids need a bed at this point and I feel like I have no choice but to just take what I'm getting, by the way not at all what I picked. So I called the warehouse and was promised a delivery for yesterday wed June 10th and that again was delayed, I was promised my storage drawers would be fedex to me and again that was delayed also. I still don't have a delivery date as of today 3 weeks later Jun 11th and at this point my kids have no beds to sleep on. This was the worst furniture shopping experience I have ever had and still I'm waiting on a email for the remaining parts to the beds that's advertised online but not all in one warehouse. Why sale a daybed thats apparently coming from different warehouses in completely different places this was why I purchased the original beds I thought I was getting because it advertised a delivery date and by the way I ordered a total of 3 daybeds 2 mattresses and as of today it took 7 days to get one of my beds and 2 mattresses as advertised and all these were ordered at the same time so I don't understand the delay I'm so upset.

I have called like 7 times and each time I have been on hold for atleast an hour, and obviously my issue was never resolved bc I have called so many times. I think I'm just gonna ask for a refund at this point because I am over it. The pompano beach delivery/shippment headquarters has a phone number that no one answers. I hate this site. And I am neeeevvveeerrrr ordering from here ever again

Ordered one product and Wayfair sent a similar, but different product. As I write this, we have been on hold for 45 minutes. Horrible customer services! Will never, ever buy another product from this company. Only wish I had read the reviews, before my purchase. FYI still on hold!

Placed an order for a Pergola two weeks ago. Wayfair.com confirmed that the order was accepted by email. Two weeks after placement of the order, with no notifications from Wayfair, we went to the web site to determine the status of the order. Wayfair had cancelled the order one week prior. No explanations or notifications were ever provided. We were waiting for merchandise that was never going to arrive. We were delayed in taking alternative action for this cancellation. We were considering outdoor furniture from them as well, but cancelled that plan on this experience. Never again!. Buyer BEWARE!

Placed simple order for quantity of two on a simple bathroom hardware item; recieved one. Crap website of absolutely no help. Had to call CS. Spent 50 minutes in que. Used ano=ther phone to call a different number on website. I: t hangs up on you, twice. Finally at 59 plus mionuse I get a person. 1 hour 3 minutes and 51 seconds later, I say good night to the CS rep.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH LOUSY PERFORMANCE.

I ordered a bathroom vanity on May 21st that was supposed to be delivered on June 1st which was then rescheduled for June 5th, but it is now June 9th and I haven't received it or received any update about it's delivery. When I check the order status it reflects that the vanity has shipped, yet when I track it with FedEx, the response is that the vanity hasn't been delivered to FedEx yet. I have tried calling Wayfair repeatedly but I am left on extensive holds. I have emailed the company twice to find out the status of the delivery. Their customer service is horrible. Do not buy anything from Wayfair.

I Purchased an umbrella from Wayfare which was advertised with a large sturdy square iron stand. Instead what I received was a flimsy four prong aluminum stand that has to actually be screwed into a deck. I bought this for a lime stone deck around the pool! So now I have to go spend another hundred dollars on a stand. This is false advertising and mail fraud to advertise a completely different product from what the consumer receives. I am getting in touch with an attorney and will be bringing a lawsuit against this fraudulent company. My adviceStay stay away from this company because they sell very inferior products that do not look anything like what they advertise

The recliner I ordered was later then said it would get here. I was charged shipping fees and was supposed to be no shipping. Online said it was a white chair when it actually was very off white. Mostly gold color! The recliner seat is hard to sit on for a period of time. It is very very smaller than I thought. I am very disappointed and will not buy anything or tell others to buy from Wayfair. I would send it back, but my son alot of time putting it together. I, being 77 years old can not dismantle the and send it back!

I placed an order for a couch in March, it is now June... Wayfair continuously removed money from my debit card and placed it back on, they kept saying they were on back order. Finally I got ahold of the customer service team who told me it was ready to be delivered and gave me a date which I called out of work for and nobody showed, nobody called. I then tried calling again sat on hold for 2.5 hours and instead of answering they hung up! DO NOT ORDER FROM WAYFAIR people. They are the worst

I ordered a BBQ grill On April 11 it was supposed to be here on April 23rd notting came down I contacted Wayfair which I was waiting on the phone for over 2 hours spoke to a woman who gave me $80 credit and told me you should receive it by May29 I called on May31st was on the phone for 2 hours and someone answered and call got disconnected that happened 2 times today is June 10 noting tried calling spent hours on the phone but no answer and no grill now the grill that I wanted went in sell couple of times at Homedepot but I wasn't sure if I can cancel my order so didn't buy one yet going more then 2 and a half month with this it's ridiculous
