I have to tell you that I am very disappointed in the way your company has handled the communication about my recent order *******153). I ordered a mattress from you on May 24 and received an email today stating that it is no longer available. How is your inventory so mismanaged that it takes your company 17 days to realize that you don't have the item I have already ordered? This seems like a huge oversight. I could have handled the situation if you had communicated it with me earlier. But now I have slept on an air mattress for almost a week since I sold my other bed on June 1st based on the "My order" tab on your website showed that my mattress would be delivered on June 2nd.
My biggest frustration is that no one emailed or called to tell me. I have to call the customer service line and wait over an hour for someone to tell me that my order is on hold. According to the notes in my account, your company new that there was no supplier for the mattress on June 5th and I am just now receiving an email... FOUR DAYS LATER!
After speaking with your customer service representative again yesterday, I made the two hour round trip to pick up a mattress at Sam's. This mattress cost me an additional 300.00 and valuable time away from my son. I am shocked that your company doesn't have a better inventory and communication system in place. I expect to receive a call from a supervisor this week. You may contact me at *******282.
Final thought- How about you mark items "out of stock" when you don't have them? Then I would have selected another mattress from the available choices.
I feel that this desk was not worth $209. The word was cheap and warped on a few spots. I think it is worth $80. I feel like I got ripped off but it's too much trouble to send back.
Bought a Chaise Lounge in April 2020.
It came in and one of the parts that holds it together was incorrect size and would not fit. The directions did not help at all to identify if they were all supposed to be different sizes or descriptions of each part was vague. I called them on the phone and was told they could ship replacement part so i agreed. This is June and i just got an email stating it is delayed until August. I went online to pay my bill and they would not accept a debit card, only bank account and routing number. OMG this is 2020 not 1999. I was upset at the limitations on paying them. The bill was due on 6/2 and i thought since it was 6/4 i would pay a late fee or something. When i went online it said the full balance was 318 dollars, so i decided to pay it off. On 6/9 i got an email saying i owe 35.55. I called them up and they told me that it was a late fee, and i said then why didn't it include it on th last bill that i paid. I expect to when someone tells me the full balance it would actually be correct. I went ahead and paid it and closed out my account. I may end up with a Chaise lounge that my cats can use as a clawing post. I don't know when the part will actually arrive.
I recently purchase a livingroom set and coffee table and end tables my end tables were damaged so they were sending me to replacement and I have not received them yet was suppose to be here on may 8 I can not get ahold of anyone so I have to pay for damage merchandise I'm also not happy with the quality of my purchase it is cheap made for the amount of money I'm paying want be ordering anything else if I could I would send it all back but you can't get ahold of anyone
I ordered a kitchen table and chairs that were to be delivered within 3 weeks of my order. I was emailed they would let me know when it shipped. The day came that it was supposed to arrive and I've heard nothing. It was extremely difficult to find a phone number to call. When I did, I was on hold for over 30 minutes. When someone finally answered, she checked on it but couldn't find out anything. I told her I'd like a refund and the line went dead! Really? I have known people who have ordered from them but I never will again!
I order a "glass" travel tumbler which was personalized. What I received was a cheap, thin plastic tumbler. I was charged $40 for this cheap, plastic cup. When I tried to reach Wayfair multiple times by email and phone, crickets. No one ever answered either. I finally had to contact my credit card company. Wayfair is a fraud.
We know things won't be perfect but when you wait 2+ weeks for an Item you'd think they would put it together with little to no issues. On top of that you'll be in the phone for more than 2 hours trying to speak to customer service then get hung up on just to have to call back and hold again like I'm doing now. The only good new was that the delivery team called 30 mins ahead of delivering and we're on time. Remember that they send your item to the delivery team then they email you to schedule it for delivery. Which I didn't get the email. I found out the hard way but checking the order status and it show I had to schedule my delivery time. Bad experience for a first time home buyer and first time Wayfair user. Currently still on hold.
After waiting a long while for an item to be shipped, it was the wrong item! Counter stools instead of bar stools. On another item, parts were missing and in the middle of putting it together I had to go to Ace Hardware to purchase the screws. Also, the wood bed frame and nightstand color was not even close to the picture online. Instruction book stated this on step 11 " Don't screw tied." Step 12 said, "Please screw tied the step 11 bolt."
Eventually, I figured out it meant "Don't screw tight" etc. etc.
I have now been on the phone waiting for almost 4 hours!
My daughter bought a mirror that was eventually delivered to her previous address but shattered. She did get a free replacement which we asked to be delivered to her new address. However, they dispatched it to the old address and the only way I could get it redirected was to call, according to the website. I have been on hold for 90 minutes and at this point I really don't care. Awful company that is web based but hasn't figured out how to deal with everything on the web, yet has call center that obviously cannot handle the traffic.
There prices are very high for a online they charge like a brick and mortar store. Wowwowowowowowowow
Bought a table on line, picture and description showed it as grey. What arrived is black and brown. Tried to call customer service, 2 1/2 hour Wait.

I'm calling my bank about the double charges and I'll never shop with Wayfair again.
I had high hopes of getting a new fridge and sofa. When I had an issue with the fridge order they conveniently disappeared. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered. This place is HORRIBLE! I am now being charged for something I didnt receive and I cant get them on the phone or online to fix it. When it comes to Wayfair, RUN!

They charged me for an item I never received. And it was expensive! Now, I have been on hold for an entire HOUR to try and talk to someone about it. Don't buy from this scam site. This is a terrible experience and I will never shop here again. No wonder they have so much money for television ads. Placed an order, they lost my order.
Placed the order again, they shipped the wrong couch.
Sent it back.
Asked to speak with a manager, never heard back.
Was promised to speak with a manager again, never called back.
Finally spoke to a manager, placed the order again with his guarantee it would go well.
Two days later, received an email they never actually had the item to begin with, tried to call the manager I spoke with, he did not answer.
Mistake after mistake, this company is doomed to change or fail. Don't waste your time or money.
Wayfair is the worst place to get furniture as their customer service is terrible, their shipping is awful, and their products are nothing special. I've been on hold for over 2hrs to get someone on the phone JUST TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER and nothing. To get the simplest of service from them is impossible. I'm starting to think their contact number is just a false number that no one is actually tasked to answer. This is a horrible business and should be taken down.
I should have read these reviews before placed an order. They took my money as soon as I placed an order and didn't deliver. Walmart don't take your money until they delivered. They have no phone number on their website so you can call. You have to google it. When you called, they put you on hold for an hour and the music they play so annoying. This is the worst company I ever dealt with. It was a big mistake to order from them. I would recommend no one should order from them. Just expect no merchandise and loose your money. That's why they put you on hold so long to discourage you to get your money back. Bunch of thieves.
I tried calling customer service about a lost item. I waited for 2 hours and then the call suddenly vanished. I also wrote an email to their customer service department. Over several weeks, I tried many times to reach customer service only to be advised that long wait times prevent connection to the agents. No one ever responded about the lost product that I had paid for previously. The poorest customer service I ever experienced.
After waiting longer than we should have, the Wayfair delivery truck finally arrived. Alas, they didn't have what they needed to unload and deliver our 200 pound plus vanity, despite my written warning to them that they would have to climb a few stairs. The drivers complained that the vanity was too heavy for them. They said Wayfair would get back to us and reschedule with the right equipment, but it never happened. I have written a second time. Try to get them on the phone! It won't happen and they try to redirect you. They fired a ton of people and now complain that they are too busy.
