This is not a real loud website. The only way I found out about it is due to an item being sold out at Walmart OnLine and they said that Wayfair had the item I might be interested in... I am always suspicious of these 3rd party web sites that sit and wait for someone to come along and "order it from me, order it from me"...
But the Walmart site promised me free shipping to my home and money back guarantee if not satisfied... I bit... and now I have bitten 4 more times and am really pleased with the quality and customer service of this company.
It is one thing to order a pair of jeans in a 32 inch waist when you know that is your size, and it is a matter of faith and trust to order a rug, or lighting, or outdoor equipment from a site that touts another site and come away smiling...

Purchased a light fixture that didn't work and they shipped me a new fixture with absolutely no hassles. I have shopped with them many times since and they were speedy, hassle free and have very good prices.
Order took a little longer than expected to ship, but overall a good experience.
I was looking for affordable end tables and not finding much selection in Target, Ikea etc., CSN has crazy amounts of selection, almost so much that you can be overwhelmed. Anyway, found 2 black metal end tables with glass tops, my only minor complaint is that the packing that the glass came in seemed to have 'stained' part of the glass (kind of white bubble/soap residue) although i cleaned it several times with dish soap and then alcohol. I just put books on that one part now to cover it. Still a great deal and good quality overall and wasn't able to find this in stores.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered an offset cantilever patio umbrella on April 27,2011. Was notified 5/5 that it would ship on or before 5/12 to arrive no later then 5/17. When it didn't show up I looked at online acct and it said it was back ordered till 6/13-yet I was not notified of this. Decided to wait for it instead of cancelling the order since it was a good deal. When I didn't receive it on 6/13 or was not emailed regarding it I checked online acct again on 6/16 it looked like they tried to charge my credit card 4 times and then reversed it. And it didn't say anything about it being shipped. It was too late to call so I called 6/17 and they said oh we cancelled your order due to a price discrepancy and the suppliers are unwilling to fill the order. Customer service was not rude but was absolutely no help, would not or could not offer me similar product in same price range wanted to charge me 6 times what I was originally going to pay for the same item. While I was trying to be patient with them I missed out on several other opportunities for a good deal because they did not communicate with me. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES-INEFFECTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE-ALL AROUND TERRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!
I purchased a TV wall mount form the online store. The the tracking and the delivery were perfect. The prices are compatible (not too high and not too low either compare with the few of the online stores out there). On the web site one can find everything imaginable: electronics, furniture, household items to mention a few. I have also subscribed to the site (which is not mandatory) and keep receiving a lots of promotional e-mails and some discount coupons like 20% on any purchase (which i did not use). Plus there is some kind of accumulation of redemption points ($3.0 so far, based on $ 110 purchase).
CSNSTORES.COM claims they price match other competitors' prices for the same product in their website. But when I provided them with the other merchant's name and website address per their instructions to confirm the product and price, they responded afterwards that they don't price match. What a waste of time! Then why even indicate that they price match when they know they can't do it? Just to waste consumer time, so we could do research for them on their competitors' prices. Sneaky ploy!

Answer: From my experience, this is company is to be avoided. Sounds like your life will be hectic enough for awhile so you don't need additional stress. Buy elsewhere is my advice.
