Great Site

Love buying there! It's great being able to go on the site, purchase exactly what you need, and then go pick it up in a couple of days or sometimes the next day. It actually saves money, and they have free shipping, if you want it shipped to your home.

For all of the negative posts and comments about Walmart - it is still a very reliable place to shop. Began shopping with them in early 1970's, when they were primarily a rural entity.

I purchased a TV from Walmart.com and had it shipped to be picked up in store. We come to find out that it was scanned into a store an hour and a half a way. We called for two days and were told "you can track it online, the delivery date is just an estimate." Then on the third day, we get a call from a Walmart 4 hours away saying the TV was delivered to them. My husband complained and said we needed the TV overnight shipped and we wanted them to pay for it. They agreed and gave us a FedEx tracking number. When we went to track the package, it turns out they did not give overnight shipping and instead gave 5-day shipping. We are pissed and have called corporate. The lady was very nice on the phone, but then redireted me to the floor manager at our Walmart (the Walmart the TV was supposed to be delivered at). Of course, this lady couldn't do anything for me because she had nothing to do with the TV being shipped to the wrong places. This enraged me more. I will be calling corporate back today. Forever using Amazon from here on out and I suggest that everyone else do the same.

I love Walmart

It's Walmart. You either love it or hate it. I live right by one and never need to shop on their website which is very nice. I get a portion of my groceries there cause it's so close and they have better deals than some of the other grocery stores nearby. I typically shop there during the evening though because it's always too busy during the day and I really only have time at night to do grocery shopping anyway. Pretty much also my #1 stop for essentials like shampoo, face wash, soap, and other stuff for the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and always greets, even the overnight stock team greets if I'm doing late night shopping.

Most everyone is friendly, some are in their zones and don't realize a customer is next to them... Over all everyone who works and/or shops at a Wal-Mart are friendly and always ready to help

Fake charges
October 4, 2017

Had a false charge put on my credit card they (Walmart.com) denied it was fraud, tried to get me to pay it. Had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and put a fraud alert on my account. Stay away its an obviously easily hacked site.

Since Walmart opened the Monroe, Michigan ~My wife and I have found the prices to be reasonable and the produce is fresh as well as the bake goods etc etc
There is a self service check out that lets you check out without waiting in a long line
Everything is guaranteed@ Walmart (service people are very nice) also you can buy a money order at Walmart that is cheaper then our bank(S)

Bad politics

They mistreat their employees they do busnises with liar's, cheats, creepy company It's so bad that i won't go there to save a dime. And the parking is insane good luck finding a spot anywhere near a door.

Worst experience ever

We tried to buy from walmart.com on 3 different attemps and got emails from them saying that our ordered had been cancelled we contacted customer support and was told that we needed to reorder after 1 hour and we did and same thing happened. We even had a pending charge on our credit card which we spoke with our bank to confirm that it was a lagit order. Talked to walmart.com and all they could say was try ordering again and I told them no! I will take my business somewhere else. I can understand why they have such a poor ratting. Don't buy from walmart.com they are all screwed up

Prices are good as we probably all given their monopoly on things. They are trying to do more with customer service with their online shopping and it is actually quite good. Id say it is worth it to shop online and pick up. The produce they choose is usually fresher than anything I have ever gotten in store.

Moldy produce. Then on to the foil wrapped moldy garlic bread? I think I haven't seen a "role over" in some time. Let's quickly move on to their flimsy cheap bags that sometimes break by the time your in the parking lot. Winco, we love you
