Bought a Chicken Apple Walnut salad from the Washington, PA Wal-Mart on 10/24/17. The cheese in this salad was fuzzy with mold, like a piece of Velcro. Called and asked to speak with management, turns out the store manager is on vacation (Go figure.). No one in a supervisory role will refund my $4.98 over the phone, I apparently have to drive 9 miles all the way back to the location to get any assistance. According to Kevin who is some sort of assistant manager at the location, they would not do a return over the phone, which is stupid because now everyone in SWPA gets to read my little review, I suppose. Terrible service, disgusting food, unhelpful management, and looks like I won't get to eat lunch today...

Image quality isn't superb, but look closely at the edges of the large hunk of cheese and you will see the fuzzies, I nearly would have eaten that if I wasn't looking... GROSS! Not sure if my photo uploaded or not, I swear I'm not some raving lunatic... just hungry and P8$$ed off. I wonder how many other people in Washington got a little extra surprise in their salads today?

Curbside grocery pickup is the greatest thing any store has ever thought of. It is especially useful to persons like myself who are disabled and have difficulty navigating a grocery store. And the Personnel that bring the groceries out are just as kind and sweet and helpful as they can be

Walmart falsely advertised their 2 day shipping but very rarely do you received your purchase in 2 days. It take them about 2 days to process the order so don't expect to receive it in 2 days.

So I get things happen but it shouldn't be consistent screwups. Seriously anpet bowl clearly says 64 oz on line and one email order but bowl has a sticker says 20 oz and clearly it was that small. Leggings should not be link from one type to another completely opposite by saying they are alike. And seriously you need to have grocery pick up at nude locations.

My name is marlin beshay and I have bad experience with walwart.com I order two item online to pickup from walwart and I choice one tripe to pick they only send me confirmation email that all my staff it will be ready on 10/17 and on 10/19 I received e-mail that one of item cancel because I did not pickup it and they never send any e-mail for me that my item ready to pickup and my second until know I did not received any email when it will be arrive to store and if you try to connect the customer service you will west you time

Walmart is a Scam

I purchased a $50 gift card at Walmart.com, it was a gift for my mom. We waited for weeks and it never arrived. I called Walmart and they said the gift card was delivered by FedEx, that I needed to call them. I called FedEx and the answer was exactly the same: Nothing we can do, it was delivered to the front door (In a condo building, they supposedly left it in the hallway). When I asked why something so important doesn't require a signature, the Fedex rep. Said that Walmart didn't pay the extra fee. So I called Walmart back, again the same answer (from everyone including supervisors): They treat gift cards as cash and there is no refunds for that, even if I didn't receive it, it was "delivered" and that's it. Basically they are saying: that's your problem now, call your bank or the police if it's a theft. So these F@%*&$ treat gift cards as cash that can't be refunded but they don't pay an extra fee to make sure the gift card is received in person. I'm disgusted by these cheap bastards who don't care about people's money. I lost my $50 but they 're losing a customer and hopefully other people also get aware of those thieves named Walmart.

I bought a Macbook Pro for my wife's birthday gift from Unlock Gadget Inc through walmart.com. I was charged for the item, and it was never shipped. Walmart would not take responsibility and it was a hassle just to get my money back.

I agree with the previous comment. IVe used the home delivery a few times and began to notice mark ups - as much as one dollar per item! - compared to the in-store price. It was shocking and upsetting to learn that this potentially great service is not really free as advertised. There are hidden costs and it's a rip off. They could fix this by showing two prices: the "delivered" price and the in-store price. I don't know if Kroger's and others do the same thing but I'm going to check it out. Very disappointed by the come-on and being misled by the bait and-switch tactic.

Everything I want it always in stock and I can get in and out quickly.
The staff are always pleasant and helpful when needed or not needed, still pleasant.
I think it likely works from management down as the manager makes himself available and is a very nice man, always interested in what you have to say!
The store is at Billings Bridge Mall in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
I love shopping at that store, I save money, it is easy to shop there and I am able to get exactly what I want.
I'm happy we got this store!

Convenient and reliable

I love walmart.com! I find the site-to-store shipping option to be very convenient. When shopping online, I usually always check walmart.com because they often have the lowest price and carry items that you might not expect (beyond what they carry in the store). You do need to take note of the seller and the return policy, and make sure you understand them. I generally always order items that can be returned to the store which makes for very easy returns and eases my mind when ordering something I'm not completely sure about. Lately, they are discounting some items ordered online, and that is just a nice little bonus.

Be careful about the pricing. Many items are significantly cheaper in the store. Walmart seems to charge a premium for shopping online. Examples: Propel Grape Water Beverage Mix, 10 Count, 0.08 oz Packets - $1.98 in the store - $3.68 online. I have seen this a couple times.

Wal-Mart.com is a good site have had no problems. They are reasonable price, it's cheaper to order on line and pick up at store you save a shipping fee, usually arrives in 2 to 3 days.

I just ordered something from Walmart and they are great in letting me know when it has shipp3ee and when it should arrive. This is great for me to know because the item is pricey and I know which package carrier will bring it. This also has me on my toes from package thieves and tis helps me save time because I know when to start looking out.

I have been a loyal customer for many years of Walmart.com, but it seems ever since they hooked up with Amazon they are not up to par. A lot of their prices are what other sellers are asking for their items. And they are way too high. The last 5 times I shopped their my debit card was declined, I had to phone them and do a complete redo of my shopping because it was no longer in the cart. My loyalty to them has faded. Come on Walmart old friend you can do better than that
