I love walmart.com

I love walmart.com.
I have bought several items online and made + sent various photocards and such from them. The delivery is always prompt (way before what standard shipping says). Items are always packed well. Returns (if necessary which most of the time are not) often times can be done in store and are simple. The quality of their photo items and ease of use of the photo department section of the site is fabulous. The reviews of products on the site ( both + and -) are very accurate. I definitely recommend this site.

Good prices, iffy check out... their site had a glitch one night when I was ordering bedsheets. The prompt on the screen said my order had not been placed, so I went through the check out process again and thought I had ordered one set to be shipped to be. Two days later, I receive an order confirmation email that two sets of sheets are set to ship to me. For the clearance price I both sets, it was easiest to just keep them both rather than to return them, but when you want just one of something, you expect just that. Other than that, most of the other items I have received from them have been ok with the exception of a piece of jewelry where they misspelled my name.

I recently made a purchase of a 32" flat screen tv, also a wall mount to hang the tv. I changed my mind about hanging the tv. When i tried to return the mount, which by the way is still in walmart original packaging, I was told I needed a printed out piece of paper in order to return it. I advised 2 separate managers that I make purchases online with my phone and I do not own a printer. They advised me that was not there problem and without a printed out piece of paper there was nothing they could do for me. I advised them that when I picked the tv and the mount up from the store I didn't have to show a piece of printed out paper in order to pick it up. They advised me once again that there is nothing they could do for me letting me know that walmart and walmart.com are 2 separate companies. This leads me to believe that a customer will lose out on any purchase made on walmat.com if any paperwork is lost in this process. This is unacceptable to me and I will make it my personal business to advise as many people through as many avenues as I possibly can about the way people are treated when trying to return a product under walmarts so called easy return policy! I have now cancelled my credit cards through walmart and personally refuse to make any more purchases through walmart or walmart.com! I consider myself to be a good customer and always make payments in a timely manner and if walmart and walmart.com are willing to treat me this way imagine how any other customer will be treated. All this occurred in a walmart store o. A Sunday and please keep in mind that I spoke with 2 separate managers one being a female and the other a male. I also spoke with a walmart.com customer service representative who also was unable to help. None of the three individuals even seemed like they cared to lose a customer or five as I do have a family. My suggestion to any other families is to stay away and support your local businesses, because as we all know times are hard these days without having to worry about getting burned by corporate giants. I will be posting this exact email word for word on as many review sites as I possibly can in order to help any other individuals or families make the same mistake I did! Items

Walmart.com is a very good site. I buy almost everything from there. And the free shipping from site to store is awesome! I just order what I want and they ship it to the store and I pick up the next time I go grocery shopping. The best!

I LOVE WALMART so I thought I would make life a little easier & instead of visiting the store, I would do some price checks online. Is it just me or do they not display pricing online? It was so frustrating. I navigated around the site for hours & they didn't even have most of the products displayed! So annoying online, but I love the store. I don't see their purpose of a website.

Ordered two pedimeters
November 20, 2010

Ordered two pedimeters. Could not have it delivered to my home. They were sent instead to a nearby Walmart. Purchase information indicated it would take up to a week for delivery. In fact they were delivered the next day. Did not receive a call from Walmart. Called Walmart and was informed the order had not arrived. Later I learned they had been returned because they were not picked up. I checked and a refund was issued to my credit card. I saved myself further headache by purchasing the same items from Amazon.com with free shipping. Walmart needs to work harder at being customer friendly.

Walmart.com does not allow you to put up bad reviews on high priced items, I am a top 500 reviewer/shopper and was not allowed to put up my bad review about my engagement ring being the WRONG color of gold after I payed $20 shipping EXTRA and was never paid back for it! They refused to me post it, I tried accumalative 17 times in 6 months.

This is a pretty good site. I've ordered things before and there were never any delivery problems or problems with my items. Everything ran smoothly and arrived on time.

A small annoyance though. If you're Googling items and you find it on some price comparison, best deal type 3rd party sites, you might find they've listed a sale price for the item with a link to Walmart and the price may have changed. Walmart does not have to honor 3rd party site price quotes so if you find it more expensive when you are directed to the Walmart site, then there's not much you can do because the other sites don't always take the sales ad/link off the site in time. Of course the 3rd party site is at fault there and not Walmart.

OK for starters it's Walmart. Love it or hate it Walmart has been proven to be one of the best business ventures ever. Sam Walton laid the foundation for a great company. How did this get better? Using the internet on Walmart.com.

On Walmart online you can purchase items, have them delivered either to your house or they offer a great service called site to store. Site to store ships your order to your local Walmart and you simply pick it up at there site to store department. SImple and easy.

I purchased a large amount of my Black Friday deals right online with Walmart.com. As many shoppers were fighting the crowd, I was using my wonderful computer to purchase great items online. It was a win win.

You can also use Walmart online to see if your local Walmart has a certain type of merchandise. Find it online and see if that item might be available at your Walmart.

Shopping at Walmart has become even easier and less stressful using there website. If you are like me, you will like it.
