Walmart warranties are scams. You buy an electronic device with a two year warranty and your suppose to ship your item to the manufacturer.
The original receipt showing the warranty isn't in their system at the manufacturing location so, they have your device, you have proof but they want the original papers. Once you send them them the original receipt, you are screwed because they won't return it. Go back to walmart? No.
Small claims awarded me the money because I took pictures of the product and receipt. Warranties worth zilch.

Walmart is a pathetic excuse for a company. They completely screwed up my preorder for a ps4, and canceled it at the last minute due to THEIR mistake. After multiple lengthy conversations with their customer service department, and a long drawn out email battle, they admitted it was their fault, basically said "Oh well" and flat out said there's nothing they're going to do about it. Walmart is a ridiculous example of modern business practice, and is full of half wit, incompetent employees from the bottom all the way to the top. What a joke. I will never shop at any of their stores again; nor will any member of my family. I will gladly pay more for any item at any other store rather than give them another penny of my money.

If I didnt have to give 1 star I wouldn't! I ordered a 7" Polaroid Tablet and received a 7" Google Play Book instead! I called walmart.com to explain and was hung up on 3 times customer service was rude and will not let you talk to a manager no matter how hard you try! Instead of me shipping the wrong product back and them sending me the right product, they wanted to refund my money back to my credit card witch takes up to 2 billing cycles before you see the refund, then go back online and order the right tablet again which is now $99 when I ordered it the first time it was onsale for 1 day for $79, so they want me to pay $99 then call walmart.com back to get credeited the $20 difference which will take another 2 billing cycles to see! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THERE IS NO ONE YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU!

I ordered two T-Moible phones from walmart.com along with two t-mobile air time cards for family members because they are advertised as "pre-paid" smart phones. When they arrived, I tried to activate the phones for 3 hours without success. The sim cards wouldn't work. Called T-Mobile and they said it was a Walmart problem. Called Walmart and after getting someone who could actually try to help, they said to return those 2 and they'll send replacements. Received the 2 replacements and still didn't work. Spent another hour calling t-mobile who explained that the sim cards were for contract phones, not prepaid phones. Called Walmart again and explained the whole thing over again. They said to return the phones but I would loose my $50 worth of t-mobile wireless airtime cards because they are non-refundable! They said I need to file a dispute through my financial institution. I then asked to speak to a supervisor who said he would look into it. So I'm being penalized $50 because they advertised the phone as being a prepaid phone which it is not and now have to drive to the post office to mail back these phones on top of spending hours on my cell phone trying to rectify this problem. They then had the audacity to offer me a $20 credit on my next walmart.com order... my time, money spent and aggravation was only worth $20 to them. They robbed me of $50 and I can't get any help from headquarters. I will never order anything from walmart.com again.

Total bull****. The website lists products with incorrect prices, ignores store pickup, and does not even correctly list items at particular stores. After I gave up on the website I tried to track down certain products just based on where they were according to the website. It's a useless tool and is completely misleading. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND SANITY.

Walmart.com... Worst on line experience EVER!
I've read the reviews here, and most absolutely can relate.
Purchased a 3 month email card for Straight talk... used PayPal account.
Should have received an email within minutes, two days went by and contacted.
Walmart.com blamed PayPal for the hold up! Being this was not my first encounter with this crap hole called walmart.com, I had, unknown to walmart.com---a PayPal Supervisor on the line.
Spoke to a walmart on Supervisor who clearly, most absolutely blamed PayPal for the delay! How sweet is is to catch the lying b***h with a PayPal Supervisor listening! A little sneaky, I know... but very effective! PayPal recorded the encounter too.

Walmart.com, factually is not "Walmart!" Walmart headquarters has nothing to do with walmart.com... check it out-this is for real!

Know that when canceling an order with walmart.com, it can take up to 3 business days for the cancelation to be processed, and then 5 to 10 business days for your money to be returned! Fact not fiction. PayPal refunded my money on the spot, so I could go to the local Walmart store and purchase my phone card with cash.
Customer service with walmart.com is nothing but bull splat and cow pucky And you will NOT get past a Supervisor... there is no contact with anybody else!
They will never see another one of my hard earned dollars...
Will never shop there again... and advise the same!

In ending... who does own walmart.com? Where is their headquarters for contact? Good luck getting past their lying Supervisors!

HORRID experience ordered cards yesterday for someone who needs her medication (and the RX is at Walmart). Well they still have not been sent yesterday you CS blamed it on Paypal. Well that account is a credit card and it has already been approved. Spoke to Pay pal this morning there is NO hold up with them JUST your company---- your site is a disaster the reason I used Paypal was because it kept throwing me out when I entered the security code on a credit card (which I used online with ANOTHER store 5 min later NO problem). I was lied to by your CS including a supervisor yesterday blaming it on PayPal --nonsense.

When the cards are customized it states it can take UP to 48 hours but in () it states MOST are delivered immediately---well that IS NOT true I wish I had read the complaints online re this BEFORE I put myself through this nonsense. I have ordered 100's of ecards over the years from other retailers with NO problem an hour is the longest any take. I will be going to the BBB with a complaint if it is not delivered today!

It's now over 36 hours no delivery AND after speaking to a supervisor yet again who said she would take care of it I spoke to a NASTY CS representative after a 20 min hold still not resolved do NOT order ecards IF you need them --- and well it does not matter that my credit card company and PP both say no problem Walmart IS a LOW bottom feeder.

I have had some of my worst experience when buying from walmart online and going in store to pick up. One time i ordered a Ipod touch 4G for my birthday and paid for it in full. I went in store to pick it up after i have received an email and phone call from walmart saying that my item is ready to be picked up. While at th store the line was long for pick ups because there was only one cashier open while a couple of other employees where standing around laughing and talking while they could have stepped in to help. Anyhow i waited for 2 hours just to here that the item i came to pick up is no longer available and i would need to wait another two weeks for it to come in stock, so i asked for a refund after hearing this most disappointing news and the clerk would have the nerves to say that she cannot issue me a refund because i purchased it online. She said and i quote" If you be needing a refund you need go back online and submited a ticket to get a customer rep to get a refund and anyways that $#*! is still goin to take 3 days before you gettin it." if that is what they call good customer service I am ashamed and disgusted to say that i liked to shop at walmart. Worst set of workers ever. They don't care about the customers or their jobs, the are just getting paid to stand around and talk all day.

I am DISGUSTED WITH WALMART!

I bought an item online; it was delivered. There was no paper receipt in the box. My printer was down. I need one for various purposes including a claim, taxes, proof of purchase, etc. What if I had to return it to the store? They sent me detailed instructions on how to PRINT the receipt never noticing that I said my printer could NOT print their email. I spent 25 minutes on the phone until they finally said it was possible for them to mail me a paper receipt. Not nice.

The only good thing about Walmart is going online and not having to step foot in their dirty trashy store. Still as much as Walmart swears they are cheaper than everyone else but you save the most money when you shop at Shoprite for sale items. Prices are way lower service is way better and quality is there. It's not a dump like Walmart and you don't have to deal with the trashy nasty cashiers. So rude!

ORDERED AN ELECTRIC SMOKER AND COVER. USED THEIR SITE TO STORE OPTION WHICH GIVES ME FREE SHIPPING. THEY TEXT ME IN 10 DAYS THAT IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP AT MY LOCAL WALMART STORE. BOX WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND HAD IT UP AND RUNNING NEXT DAY. I LIKE THE 90 DAY RETURN POLICY TO THE STORE IF I HAVE A PROBLEM.

I'm very pleased with their service and prices. This past spring when I couldn't find my favorite OTC allergy medicine (cetirizine) in any neighborhood stores, I went to Walmart.com and got the greatest bargain possible on more than a year's supply. Then the order arrived in only a few days, sooner than I would have had a chance to make a trip to the nearest Walmart.

I have ordered fromWalmart at least a dozen times especially during the holidays. No lines, and free shipping if you order your item sent to the store you choose. Never a problem. I will continue to shop for items for my grandchildren there every year.

I got a portable closest from walmart.com. At first I didn't know if I should reading all the other reviews about the other portable closets. This was the only one that didn't have a review. So I was like um I don't it 200.00 and no reviews but I tried and I'm so happy I did the best thing I ever got from walmart

Living temporally at a location which there are not too many of the Latin stuff I used to buy near my other location... was kind of difficult. Because Walmart carries what the population buys right... So I tried ordering my favorite rice, and spices at walmart.com... super fast shipment, it is really easy to qualify for a free home delivery, and you can pick a specific store location making easier to find the product you are looking for.
