Order something... four days later, they cancel it and it's now out of stock. What a joke of a business. Will never buy from ANY storefront on walmart.com anymore. It is walmart itself as the seller - fine... but I don't trust any others now and I won't waste my time with there false promises and screwing me on a gift.
My daughter and I have been three Walmarts to try and find a 8" memory foam twin mattress. We went to the Walmart at 6727 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN *******, 7950 Craft Goodman, Frontage Rd, Olive Branch, MS ******* and 560 W Poplar Ave, Collierville, TN *******. All three had the worst customer service! Maybe Walmart should take some of the massive amounts of money they made during the pandemic and use it to hire better quality of workers, and to train some of the people they have! It is absolutely ridiculous the rudeness projected by these people. They are offended that you ask them to do their job. I would like to ask what their duties are because it is obvious that helping the customer is not one of them. I has to give them one star, but I tried not to even give them one because Walmart does not deserve even one star.
I had my family photos on Walmart online. In 2016 the site showed all blank photos. Whenever I called them they said they were upgrading the site. This continued for a year. Then when I contacted them again, the agent said that many photos were lost when they upgraded the site in 2016. He confirmed mine were gone.
All my precious photos were gone.

Two prices now on many items--one for online and one for in store. As a returning shopper, this leaves a very bad impression. Today I placed my third online order. One personal experience today was awful. After my cart reached the free shipping threshold, at checkout one item was reduced enough (96 cents) to force me to a store pickup. I contacted the chat service and the rep. Told me he couldn't help me and I should cancel and reenter the order. Which I did. The second time I was met with a free pick up credit that also placed me below the the free shipping limit. Suspicious? WMT seems to have discovered they are not Amazon and are clueless on how to manage it.
Amazon has nothing to worry about regarding Walmart.com. Can't return an item as it was supplied by a marketplace merchant. No info to contact merchant came with the product. Return Policy wasn't clearly communicated at time of order. Order shipment was delayed.
Horrendous customer service experience. Walmart.com has lost me as a customer for life.

I ordered a polar watch off Walmart's website for super cheap, but it took a full 2 weeks to deliver. The price was pretty hard to beat, so despite the delivery time, it was well worth it.
The stores are dirty and employees are rude. I won't be shopping at Walmart period, now that they are charging more for items ordered on the web site. It is deceiving to many people to say free shipping, but then charge a higher price to ship an item. Showing an online price and a price with "Pick up savings" may be fooling someone but hopefully not many...
I live 60 miles (round trip) from a Walmart store. When I order online and have it shipped to my house, they charge to ship it. I hardly EVER get free shipping! If I drive to the store to pick it up, that's gas money. I just shop on other websites and forget Walmart, unless I have to go to the town for a medical appointment, then I go to W. M.
A lot of times I find on the site what I can't find in the store and it can be shipped to my house also so then I don't have to make another trip to town Love it!
POOR customer service. They only have 2-3 MAX, active registers open, but claim to not need any one else to hire! Crabby, snobby workers... Walmart Corporate needs to start visiting their stores more often and doing inspections!
I've never had a problem with Walmart.com before but I will NEVER order from them again. I placed 2 orders over a month ago both say they would be here weeks ago. Now they say shipped and will arrive in February and one in June. Here is the kicker, I find out the order was through some company that Walmart put my order through and I can't contact them at all, also cannot return to walmart. When I placed this order I had no idea this was not just simply ordering through Walmart. I had to go buy one of the toys to give to my friends little girl at her party. Now I'm going to have an extra one that I can't even take back to the store. I don't know what you did Walmart but you've lost my business.

When i called walmart they immediately initiated my refund which i got it in two days.

Walmart online shopping has issues: merchandise can arrive late, damaged, or worse, not at all. Refunds and returns can be a headache, especially if merchandise was third party purchase. Other posts here are not all "sour grapes". Want to check online to see if an item is in your local Walmart? Sign in - Walmart keeps changing "My Store". Clicking "Make This My Store" search item and price. They should include a warning: "not recently updated" and "prices subject to change". My advice? Shop Amazon.
Worst customer service of my life. I ordered a tv and waited 12 days to find out they just couldn't fulfill the order. Called three separate times and was given 3 different delivery days which came and went without my tv arriving. No help from multiple calls to customer support. They gave me a bunch of lies and "sorry nothing we can do". Walmart is a huge company so they care very little about screwing up whatever percentage of orders it is that they do each day.

I am able to buy many of the everyday products I normally buy at Walmart at Walmart.com. I have trouble carrying heavy items. I buy things like toilet paper, detergent, coffee and even boxes of cereal online and they are delivered right to my door. That lets me make short trips to Walmart for the few items I need, like fresh produce. The shipping is very fast and usually free. The prices are the same, or even lower than in the store. A fantastic service!
And the best value by far! Been ordering online for some years and I think only once was there an item missing. No real complaints and I will complain!
Purchased a chair for my interior design company. Weeks went by without communication of my product. I called to inquire about my product and the representative stated it had been originally lost in the shipping process and now the item is sold out. I was livid. When was someone going to tell me?! Was I ever going to get a refund?! Spoke to a supervisor who was "apologetic", the money was refunded at that moment and she ensured me that she would send a gift card for my troubles. 1 week goes by, NO gift card. I call to see what happened to the gift card. The representatives acted as if she didn't see any notes for my case and said her manager would be in touch with me within the day. Never heard from a manager. 4 days go by and I call back to speak to another supervisor. She claims she will send out a $10 gift card! For all of my troubles: NO PRODUCT and for 2 weeks of people lying to me about a gift card, that was the best she could do. Guess what, I have yet to receive the gift card! Never again will I use Walmart.com and I will tell other people to not waste their time with their site!
I love Walmart.com. I order often because I am physically disabled and it is so easy to shop online. The order are delivered very promptly and I have never had a problem. It is very convenient!
Often walmart.com online orders keep getting cancelled with no explanation. When I contact their customer service department and talk to a supervisor. They escalate the issue to get solved... however, no one calls to verify that it is fixed or explain anything. Instead I get an automated email saying it is fixed and to reorder the product... and the groundhog day experience continues as you guessed it the order gets cancelled again.
Never ever had this issue with Amazon... so guess what stick to the reliable amazon.com.
