From yesterday trying to buy clothes, but my orders cancelled because the items are not available any more. Would be good if you disable the opportunity to put item in a basket instead of taking my, as I was hoping, order back :)

Unless you are physically all day every day, forget WalMart. FedEx is required to get a personal signature and has missed me four days in a row. Amazon delivered six packages while WalMart delivered none. People dont sit home waiting to sign for their packages.

Saving catcher

Wal-Mart is really a saving catcher as in thou can save $$$ from scanning your receipt from store and then compare it to their competitors, whatever differences they will give it back to you. I already save $$ from it.

I HATE Walmart

If you ever have a dispute with them on an item you paid for but did not receive, they cut you off and won't let you order from them again. Fine with me. I HATE Walmart as most everyone does.

Everything I have ordered and picked up at the store was a good experience. I have had things delivered to my home and they would not deliver unless someone was home which was fine but I live in an upstairs apartment and they didn't ring the bell they knocked on the outside door so we never heard them. They delivered my package in the third day and we found our package on the bottom step of our apartment house right off the sidewalk. What happened to someone must be home. Anyone could have walked by and walked away with my package! I guess the problem is not so much Walmart but the fact that they use Fed ex for deliveries. I will never have something delivered to my home from them again!

I know Walmart gets a bad rap at times, but I had a great experience today. They had everything I was looking for, and even a few things I wasnt. The cashier was very friendly, and helpful. I cant say Ive had a bad experience, but today was exceptional.

Total scam

I purchases a cell phone case through walmart.com It arrives and is very poor quality junk. I contact walmart.com to return the item and they tell me they won't accept a return I have to return it to the original seller. I contact the original seller, Evocell and they will take the return if I pay for shipping, what a load of crap!

Ridiculous

I ordered a Masterbuilt smoker from Walmart.com. The price for the smoker cover was discounted for adding it to the order. So I did, although I didn't really care about the cover one way or the other. Anyway, after placing my order, I was told it would be ready for pickup on November 14. Well Nov. 14 came and I received an email that a portion of my order was ready for pick up. The cover is what had arrived and I was just positive that I would get an email shortly after saying that the smoker had arrived. No such luck. I contacted Customer Service later that day and asked them what was the status of the smoker because the tracking details were not very clear. I was told that the smoker was in transit and would arrive at the store soon. Never got that email. On Nov 15, I called and was told by another customer service rep that the smoker had just arrived at the local store but since it arrived with a number of other orders, it would take some time for them to get it unloaded and ready for me to pick up. I waited all day for the email that it was ready and still nothing. So later on in the evening, I called customer service again. Several hours had passed and still no email. I was told that the item was on its way to the store, which didn't make sense bc the rep before that told me it was at the store. So of course, it upset that I was being given mismatched information. The rep asked me if I wanted a refund. I told her no, I want my smoker! No resolution. So here it is Nov 16 and still no smoker and no email that it's ready for pickup. When I spoke to a rep this time, I was told that the smoker is out of stock. The only reason I didn't go off is because I was keeping my composure at work. I'm not even sure what I need to do at this point, but know that I will NEVER use Walmart.com for anything. I have never been a fan of the store itself, anyway. They don't even deserve one star, but I had to choose something.

I shop Walmart because it's cheaper than other stores. The produce isn't great but it's "ok". Plus they will price match other stores' products and even give you credit on their "savings catcher".

I don't log on and tipe in Walmart spend my money thinking its with Walmart. To find out they just basicly outsourced my money to some other company if that's what I want then I would have shopped eBay. So now I call Walmart to say hey there's a problem and they say well that's not us but you have to contact unbeatable sale I'm like who the hell is that... I'm sure who ever reads this gets it Walmart.com NO different from eBay you can't trust them... it might be a name you don't even with your money...

Untrue Pickup Dates

Pre ordered one of the most anticipated games of the year with a pickup date of Tuesday the 14th. Not only did it not arrive on that day but it didn't get there until the end of the next day. Walmart.com strictly stated it would be here no later than Tuesday. Stopped into the store 2 separate times to pick it up and it was not there. They would not even give me the hard copies they already had in store because I'm only allowed to have the specific game i ordered online, even though they had the exact game right in front of me. Will NEVER pre order anything through Walmart again.

6 months later and i'm still trying to resolve this. I bought 5 monitors for my office. 4 were fine. 1 was cracked. I tried taking it back to the local Walmart. They treated me like a criminal and refused to take it back. I sent it via FedEx. They told me they never recieved it. And all this while, I'm out a few hundred bucks. With no TV broken or otherwise. I would never order off Walmart.com again.

There is a dangerous partner of yours that I feel must be hurting your business online. I will no longer allow anyone in my family to buy from Walmart.com due to these predators you allow to use your website for phishing. Customer services is so so, most of the electronics are cheap imported junk. Centereach store is a disaster, as is Riverhead, and Middle Island, stick with the Setauket one

Re loadable giftcard

I love the fact that I can get a re loadable gift card at Walmart and purchase things online to be delivered. The website is set up for it. Walmart.com is very user friendly, delivery charges are free if you want them and I don't have to put my CC info. Online. 96% of the time, I receive a gift of appreciation. A great alternative to Amazon. Try it. Black Friday shopping is available online also. I am utterly happy with all the orders

Third Party Vendor

Ordered a solar panel controller from Walmart.com. The third party vendor shipped to an address in New Orleans - my address is in Florida. When I contacted Walmart - they told me to contact their third party vendor - B. S. - I purchased from Walmart not their vendor! My first and last purchase from Walmart.com - stick with Amazon for great service and no hassle returns / refunds!

Bait and switch

I received text and email that my item was ready for pickup then after a rush hour drive I was offered a substitute product. Then they acted like refunding my payment was a big favor. This is Walmart located at Collins Hill Rd in Lawrenceville Ga. Do not fall for this joke of a service. Just order from Amazon from the start.
