I actually hate coming to this store. It's literally across the street from my house but I prefer to drive to the Walmart on Hwy 6/riverstone because it's always better service at that location than this one. People are in line 20min at a min. It's just really sorry. This store needs to get it together.
Customer service is terrible at the Factoria Walmart. I recently returned an item and waited. Over 20 minutes in line while one clerk struggled to keep up. Various store clerks walked by without assisting and when one finally did she seemed like it was the most unimportant thing in her life to do: help customers. Nobody seemed happy in the store nor did staff feel that they appreciated your business. Even Safeway feels friendly compared to this store.
I live in Lake Charles la, people were misplaced here and didnt get help from Walmart, I cant speak for or on something I no nothing about, could have help people in the city that support them
Everything cost even if your using ebt your still broke lol but true! Don't waste your time go to your local market and support your community they aslo get their items made in Bangladesh for. 5 cent a day. Halkf of them die watch the 20/20 or NBC special for proof.
I received a $10.00 gift card to Walmart for something I bought (not sure what) and, since I never go to Walmart, tried to use it on Walmart.com. After several tries to buy a digital movie download I was informed I couldn't use a "gift to purchase a gift" or whatever. Not sure what that means. At anyrate I ended up using the gift card balance on an actual DVD, using the balance owed after the gift card credit from my personal credit card account. Oh well, I guess I got a DVD for the cost of shipping. Enough of Walmart.com.
Walmart gets bashed a lot - I am grateful for Walmart. I never get ripped off on price, their customer service accepts returns if something is wrong or I do not like a product, they carry nearly everything - so I can do one-stop shopping. They save me a ton on my prescription every month. Yeah - I am happy with Walmart. It's not perfect, but they are soo much better than other options.
Now I love Walmart but for some reason it was not easy getting my order. But once I figured it out is was easier. Walmart.com has a lot more variety then they do in the stores which is awesome.
Exploiting labor in other countries that don't have fair and equitable labor laws is wrong and inhumane! Exploiting this just to get goods made on the cheap destroys any kind of real competition in the marketplace and is wrong. The companies with the most money, like Wal-Mart make it really hard to compete on any level. What's more, Wal-Mart doesn't even pay a livable wage here in the USA. This is the worst company ever and they are always skirting and breaking the law as many headlines have been reported in the news.
The things that I use walmart.com to buy usually are not found in their stores. They come from other vendors but it's stuff that Walmart guarantees. I love it that's all I can say.

I ordered an item. Two days later I received an email that the order was canceled. Walmart.com customer service said they could cancel any order. They claimed the price was wrong. They will not honor all advertised prices.
After terrible service at the store trying to purchase a laptop I deceided to go online and do same day pick up, so that my son could just walk in and get his laptop. Needless to say, I called before placing the order to confirm that he would be able to pick the order up that same day, I was told ABSOLUTELY! I went ahead and purchased the laptop online, went through without a problem, same day pick up Athens, Ohio. 15 min later, email stating my order is in a pending state. I call, customer service says they don't understand, it should go through any min. They will have someone from their credit dept call me back within the hour. 4 hours later, no call and the order is still pending and my Junior in college is still without a laptop. I call again, again I am on the phone for 45+ min, just to be told sometimes with credit it can take 48hrs? WTH, why tell me it will be available same day, then I was told it was my credit card co. So I got them on the other line and they verified that the funds were available for Walmart to take 5 min after the order was processed. Guess what? Woke up this morning and Walmart sent my son an email, sorry we cancelled your order. To say I am beyond angry would be an understatement! I work for an advertising company here in Ohio and I can tell you this, I will make sure everyone I come in contact with knows what kind of service I received from Walmart!
I do love Walmart.com. I've placed tons of orders over the past few years, half site to store and half delivered to my home. I've never had a problem with my orders or shipping. I like that I can find items that my store doesn't have, and have them delivered for free pickup if its just 1 small item. The only thing I can say is that a couple weeks ago I bought my daughter a Monster High doll at my local Walmart for $15 but when I was scrolling through the website the same day and I noticed that it was selling for $20 on Walmart.com. I'm hoping it was just an advertising mistake and I'm sure if you had bought it the other way around they would refund you the extra $5 if you really questioned them about it. All in all it's a good website to order from.
They are so big that you cant find a parking space within 100 yards. They have changed their departmental signs in store so that you cannot see signs on other side of store. I am now lost inside. I am finding more clerks in the aisles who can give me directions, fortunately.
I bought a 3 wheel bicycle for $199 and next day I went to look and it showed $159.00. I called WallyM just asked why is there a difference. He told me that it was an old ad that was not removed and refunded me back the difference. WOW! I still love my bike. They even put it together for me free!
Placed an order online and got an order confirmation. However, two weeks passed and I never got a shipping confirmation, even though they said that the order would arrive in 2 days. Called customer service and they said that they had placed a hold on my card but they didn't intend to ship my items out. If I didn't call, would I have even gotten my money back?
