Lousy performance by WaImart. I placed an order Sept. 18 and received the order confirmation 9/19 with a delivery date of Sept 21st. On Sept. 25th I checked the order tracking. UPS said the label was printed but package not picked up. Walmart said the package was picked up. So I was stuck in the middle. To Walmart's credit, the have promised to ship a replacement. But not until they denied that they had misplaced the label, which is almost certainly the case. UPS would have scanned in the label for sure.
Also, the Walmart online shopping site is a mess. They list a ton of vendors if they don't carry the item. Who cares? I don't want to do business with these vendors since Walmart won't stand behind them. If my missing shipment was with one of these off the wall (my pun) vendors, then I would be stuck dealing with a no-name out of state vendor with virtually no practical recourse.
Walmart is walmart you know? You can get some pretty good deals there but the people that shop there are kinda whatever and its always busy. Gotta stand in line for 1 hour just to save a few bucks. But at least they have everythinng you could want
I was and avid online shopper for grocery pick up through Walmart. Loved this service easy simple, but yes there is a but, to this story when I would purchase with card online say for 100.00 dollars, when they swept there money they would leave pending charge on my account even after they got there money. After several attempts to get second charge removed manager try to be smart mouth like I just needed to wait until whenever charge dropped off 7 to 10 days.So now that great shopping online is done.So then we get Walmart card to try to keep double charge from happening, we receive card in mail call to activate. Next day I ordered groceries online and I will be darned the Walmart card they gave us didn't exist in the system.Im done what a joke!

Walmart carries products that are of lesser quality for the lower middle class population. You get what you pay for with Walmart. A lot of their products are made overseas. Not a place to shop "America First."
Order actually arrived weeks before projected arrival date. There was 1 item that spilled during the shipping process. Contacted customer service and they quickly took care of me. Quick, easy, great customer service
There is nothing good to be said about Walmart and the Walton family. They have made billions of dollars by cheating their workers out of reasonable wages, putting competing businesses out of business, bullying manufacturers, and influencing politics. Everyone needs to boycott Walmart! We don't need them. And we don't need most of what they sell.

Longtime Walmart customer - have not stepped foot in a Walmart store for years, (maybe a decade) there disgusting, BUT online the prices are hard to beat, delivery is usually good, ordering online is easy, safe, great selection, and alot cleaner then there stores...
The only complaint about Walmart is their checkout lines. Please train your checkers to take the next person in line, especially when they have been waiting for 15 minutes or more. Have more checkers at busy times.
I ordered a product from Walmart for store pickup. The product was to be used and also required for an outdoor event I paid booth space to attend. I kept trying to track the shipping progress to no avail and contacted Walmart before paying for the booth space. I was given a FedEX tracking number and discovered that shipping label was printed but package was still not picked up by shipper. I related info to Walmart and they assured me my order would be delivered on schedule. Well, it wasn't and after further investigation by me I found out that the product brand had been sold and no product was shipping anywhere for weeks. Why couldn't Walmart take it upon themselves to investigate and get me this information before it cost me unrefundable booth fees? My concerns for my delivery date was ignored by Walmart and never expedited to the next level. They don't care about customer service or delivering your purchase. All that matters is your money is now in their bank account. Walmart SUCKS!
Every time I'm looking for something I can't find in a store, I can almost always find it at Walmart.com. Also, the prices and selection are great. They have free shipping and I have always received my order in about 2 days. My purchases are also subject to ebates cash back which is an extra bonus.
I am a Walmart shopper, and have been for years! I love Walmart more than Amazon. Amazon used to be great, however, since they started their Prime Prices, I have stopped using Amazon. Walmart is better priced.

Don't use this service. This is definitely customer no service, transferred from here to there with the phone ringing for over 2 minutes with no answer. Half the associates you cannot even understand. Where do they find these associates? Is there a rating of negative 10? Won't ever use this again for sure!
I may have rated this 4 stars, but I'll tell you why. Though Walmart has a good selection of items and it is very affordable, I don't always find what I want. But about 90% of the time I would say I do. And the products I choose are well made.
I purchased a tablet at Walmart and also purchased the 2 year warranty. After about 8 months the tablet broke so I filed a claim. They gave me a choice of 2 smaller and cheaper tablets. The replacement warranty that I purchased cost 31.00. They should have just replaced the tablet. I can still go online and buy the original tablet so they can't use availability as an excuse. I won't be buying a replacement warranty again.
When I am in a hurry and have lots to do; I like being able to shop in one store, Easy parking. Carts for free and easy to drive all over the store. Great fun! Great Joy!
Walmart has excellent buys both at the local store and online with in store pickup!
The employees are always friendly and helpful.
