My experience with WalMart in my area (a 50 mile radius of Kendallville, Indiana) is that the majority of the employees in the various departments (electronics, grocery, etc.) don't really know theirdepartments well enough to direct customers where to find products they are shopping for. Bad training on their part results in loss of sales and loss of customer satisfaction, which all adds up to BAD BUSINESS. Tat's why I Shop elsewhere and onlygo to WalMart as a very last resort.

The merchant for the item I purchased through walmart.com cancelled the birthday present I purchased 5 days after order placement. After receiving a cancellation email and a lengthy phone call, the walmart.com agent committed to send a $10 electronic gift certificate to cover the additional cost of buying the same product elsewhere at a higher price with rushed delivery.
Finding the electronic gift card did not arrive a month later, I spoke to a very friendly first-line support person who connected me with a supervisor (Chandra) then a tier-2 manager (Ada), who took absolutely no accountability for their team member's previous commitment or rectifying the situation. It is appalling who little walmart cares about customers or taking accountability. I won't be purchasing the phone I was about to buy when I couldn't find the certificate. Such poor management, and I was hoping someone would be able to challenge Amazon. It certainly won't be walmart.com.
The site i very cluttered and they try to sell you an additional (insurance) care plan with a purchase, which is a third party insurer.
Much cheaper than Walmart.ca but big problem to get the stuff in Canada. Almost 40% more expansive, when the exchange rate is 23% they are charging a price with GST&PST they get 15% more profit, This is the problem in Trudeau's country.

Everything Ive ever ordered from walmart.com comes super fast and comes exactly how it looks on the site. I even ordered a few custom pieces from the walmart photo department online and it came really fast and was great quality and very nice looking. Im definitely a fan!
Read the last review on returns and it is totally true. A friend of mine actually got to returned a spilled jug of milk after breaking it in the parking lot.

Well what am I really have to say I mean it's Walmart. Walmart is awesome great low prices quality products and you can grab everything you need in one quick stop.
I can place an order, get my ebates discount, and have my merchandise in 2-3 days. Any problems are taken care of by walmart.com customer service via online chat. Love it.

Shady vendors are preying on Walmart's ignorance and stupidity to conduct scams and Bait & Switch operations under the established and previously prestigious name of Walmart. And Walmart is allowing this.
My paid order was never shipped. When I contacted Walmart, they contacted the vendor. I got an email telling me my order was being shipped (a week late). Provided with a tracking number, I was informed my item shipped to some place in Kansas (I am in Nevada). Once again contacting Walmart, I then received an email from the vendor saying my order was cancelled with no explanation or apology. Walmart contacted the vendor with an 'escalation' letter, however, for no apparent reason, that representative lied to the vendor stating that I wished to cancel my order and that I requested a refund, which is simply not true. While I understand now that these vendors sell through Walmart, my credit card payment was to Walmart and not SCONTROLC. Walmart should stand behind its customers and resolve these situations instead of leaving us to fend for ourselves against these predators. As of this writing, September 2017, the situation is still unresolved.
Much slower than Amazon. They need to step up their game if they want to take down the giant. Their prices seem alright and they claim fast shipping, but then they sit on the product for a while before actually sending it out the door.
Ordered my items and they arrived faster than stated. The packaging was excellent! Everything arrived in perfect condition!
Placed a simple order shipping from one of Walmart.com seller partners. Order never shipped. The seller never responded to any any emails I sent and Walmart.com had no answers for me as to why.
