I placed an order and most of what i ordered we're two day shipping items, only to find out yet again they lost my most important box in "transit" and now I'm going to have to wait until the 22nd after being promised to receive this order by the 14th! If Amazon screwed up, i would receive the replacement order the next day. I'm pissed. EVERY. TIME. I order from Walmart.com they NEVER get my order right and on time and the customer service representatives will NOT help fix anything they only lie to keep your business! NEVER. AGAIN. Thank God, i have Amazon Prime!
Never had a problem, and with store pickup its very quick turnaround. The items always arrive as described.
If you are looking for abuse, the employees just want to pass in on for the management. Bad attitude is running rampant in all the stores, due to overwork and underpay. Avoid like the plague.

As an elderly, disabled live-alone person without a car, I truly enjoy having my groceries and other things delivered. When I have had problems with products, they have been very positive, helpful and constructive, even giving me a 10% when my new fridge arrived with scratches. The one big issue that I have raised with no satisfactory resolution is the consumer's lack of control over delivery dates. Not being able to block out dates has caused me some grief.
Waiting in line when 3 out of 12 checkouts are closed is not fun. But I do like the sometimes low prices and free ship to store and U pick up. Employees have been very nice at the 3 Walmart locations I have shopped at.
My vehicle was damaged twice through their Tire and Lube department! The first time they fixed the issue but caused another. I've already spoken to over ten managers, and three supervisors, and plenty of corporate employees and still cannot get through to anyone to get this resolved. I filed a claim and it's been almost a month that I've been without my vehicle because I was told not to work on it until the claim was settled. Been waiting for about two weeks for a call or email back from a claims manager but when I finally get a response, the let me know that they denied my claim. I've been given the run around with everyone, I don't feel that their honest and responsible for their own actions or the actions of their employees. This has caused my family stress and strain. Now we have to use our own money to fix a problem they caused! I will not give up on this, I will let everyone know how we were treated and from my own experience, get a lawyer when dealing with them. And some quick advice, do your own oil changes. It's the same price and at least you know it will be done right.
First of all, they promise this 2-5 Day delivery. You'll be lucky to ever receive ur order w/i 5 DAYS. I have had orders delivered 3-4 weeks later. An u better keep track of what u order. Bcuz ur order will be coming in several different packages on several different days, by several different delivery companies. So many packages arrive very damaged and falling apart. This last order has come in several packages, and I have received only half my order. So I called walmart about my missing items. The representative I spoke to, actually admitted that they had received my order back, bcuz it had been damaged. WTH? They received my order, all damaged, and waited for me to contact them, to report my package missing. This was almost 2 weeks ago.
It is THE WORST company to order from, online.
Good luck in ordering items from here, and make sure u keep a copy of ur order. I have had to call them SO MANY times, so they can get my items to me that had been missing from my order. So just know, that it could take up to a month to receive some items on ur order. I really hope other companies follow suit with better mailing service.
One more thing... If u order any canned items, 99% OF them WILL BE indented
It feels like a full time job, just making sure I receive everything.
The only reason I need this, is the fact that I'm disabled, and I have no one to take me to the market, or pharmacy store.
Oh, another thing, once u have ordered an item 2 or 3 times... they jack the price on that item, very high.
It is the WORST SERVICE, EVER!
You can get anything you want... If you are up to a hike. These monster stores are everywhere and they offer online ordering.

Sometimes I forget how much stuff walmart has but it's useful to compare with Amazon prices. A lot of the time they have higher quality stuff for the same price and you don't have to deal with buying fakes.
I live in a very rural area and wear boots all the time, so I needed the over the calf tube socks. Couldn't find them anywhere so I checked Walmarts online store. They had some! Yippee Ordered them and got'em quick.
I've ordered clothes and school supplies online and had them sent to my grandkids. I've not had a problem.
You can often order and pay online but pick your items up at a WalMart near you.
Wal Mart always has what l want and never a problem in store or online. One of the very few businesses that has never even caused me any aggravation.
I use walmart.com for my cricut vinyl. Some prices are too high, but most times I can find an amazing deal on one or two colors! I ended up ordering some other things on my walmart list with my order of vinyl
All products I got from were great and have a great price. We have ordered straight to store and saved $$$ on shipping!

Cheap! Need I say more? Delivery was fast & price was right. I don't go to their retail stores because it's too busy & the cashiers are grumpy, but I shopped there for a specific item for my granddaughter, & they had it in stock when none of the other did & the price was the cheapest.
