03/31/2020 As you heard Walmart is giving their full-time workers $300 for their hard work and their part-time workers $150. Part-time workers work hard as well, they bust their $#*!. They should get the same amount ($300) as the full-time workers. Part-time workers do the same job as the full-time workers. Same job over and over again. No difference. Walmart Corporate you are unbelievable, shame on you. $150 for their hard work. Walmart Corporate I hope you read this.

Went to my local Wal-Mart when it opened. There were no wipes nor hand sanitizer, to wipe carts (mgr did say they sanitized them during the night. But not between customers (where it helps the most). Wal-Mart isn't even wiping the register areas down between customers. Apparently, they DON'T CARE about their customers. So if you don't want to catch the Corona Virus, don't shop at Wal-Mart!

Walmart Sucks!

Shopping at Walmart is a pain in the butt! The shelves are always empty. You keep moving stuff so we can/t find it. Then you want us to check ourselves out of the store. On top of that, now you now want to charge us 5¢ each for a bag made out of recycled material that immediately tares letting your items go all over the floor as soon as you try to lift it! You aren't the only place in town but you might soon be the only place with nobody in it! I stopped shopping there as of today!

I always receive the items that I purchase within the timeframe, or sooner, than the shipping states at checkout. Compared to other competitors, which I pay for a specific time frame of shipping, and yet I happen to, on occasion, receive the items three weeks or more after the "two day" shipping...

Walmart.com are extremely deceptive and have no respect for their customers. They kept giving my disabled father-in-law the run around. The poor man placed two orders in early February with a guaranteed 2-day delivery. Nothing was even shipped. A week later, nothing was shipped. After wasting a lot of time writing and calling Walmart Customer Service, he was given endless lies, incompetence and false hope.

In the end, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his two orders 2 weeks later, and sent him an offensive e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". He NEVER cancelled his orders.

Few days later, they sent him an e-mail about the products he wanted (and were never shipped) that said "The wait is over. Back in stock alert!... Free 2-day delivery."

The poor man caught the Bait (and Switch), and he placed his order once again, after all the waste of time and lack of respect.

Walmart, once again, shipped NOTHING. A week later, after many follow-ups, fraudulent advertising without any shame, and false promises, Walmart unilaterally cancelled his 3rd order, and again sent him an e-mail that said "We received your request and have successfully canceled". Remember that he NEVER cancelled any of his 3 orders. That's was as wrong as it gets!

By contrast, I order from Amazon.com with a 2-day Guaranteed Delivery, and I always receive what I order in 2 days. In the very rare occasion they deliver a day or 4 later, they give me double the money I paid in a refund as well as a courtesy credit... even if its $300 with a sincere apology.

I would NEVER order ANYTHING from Walmart.com... Shame on you!...

I bought a battery with a 5 year warranty, 3 year replacement and 2 years pro rated. It went bad in 1 year and 14 days. They did replace it, but the new battery only came with 3 year non pro rate. Not only that, corporate states their managers have the discretion to void the manufacturers 3 year warranty and start the new battery warranty from original purchase date. From my 5 year warranty I now have less 2 years, that is fraud and they falsely advertised the claimed 5 year warranty.

Shop Costco

Order an emergency food kit to update my earthquake kit and it was charged to my card, received my confirmation email and a delivery date. Apparently the price shot up later that week because now everybody became freaked out about this flu called Corona so Walmart simply just cancelled my order. They didn't even inform me of this, no email, nothing. Today I realized that the delivery date was in a few days and I haven't received a follow up email so I checked my account and saw that it has been cancelled. When I talked to customer service they try to claim that my bank put a hold on my credit card and I wasn't charged. That was a LIE! I told him that I was charged and when will I get my order. Well I'm not because (as he lies to me again!) That it was out of stock when I ordered it. I told him again it was not out of stock because I was charged and SENT a confirmation email. At this point he went on how it must be frustrating blah blah blah. YES, it is frustrating when a business just cancels your order without any reason so they can mark it up and make more money on the product and to continually lie to you about what happen!
Hey Walmart you truly live up to your rep! Thanks for saving me
Time in the future by never shopping with you again and to always stay with a truly great and honest business called COSTCO! Which I may add isn't depressing to walk into, with every employee there obviously hating their job!
On that note, I'm now going to return my iMac pro I just bought because of this and because of your dishonest, NO INTEGRITY practices. I just don't trust you! Thank Paul

Wal-Mart claims AND has on their website that they have 2 day delivery, trying to compete with Amazon. This is just NOT true. I've done about 5 orders with them, making SURE the item is a 2 day or even next day delivery. It has NEVER happened. The orders come in several boxes over several days, some items even taking a week to get here. I have even ordered extra of an item to boost the price as high as needed to get the 2 day delivery. Sometimes their price beats Amazon's, but RARELY. I'm fed up with this and being disabled will ONLY order heavy pet food/litter items in the future. I care more about convenience than I do a piddly 3% reward.

I would rating -5 if i could. I had order a smow blower from waltmart.com but they had shipped me a different one that doesn't has the same features as the one was posted. I had called customers service to get my refund and they were lying over and over about 3 or 4 time already its been over a month now so I can't get my refund yet. This is walmart.com it will be my last time in my life also my families, friends and shared this experience to the world to help them save their money from something like this to be happened. You guys got tobe careful with this site.

Love Walmart.com

I wish I could give a 5 star plus rating. I love Walmart.com. You can get a lot of the same brands for a better price than anywhere else, why would I go anywhere else for the same brand and pay more? The customer service is the best, it is like it use to be, the people seem to really care and want to help you, this is for all departments. I even now shop grocery's with Walmart.com. And it is the best and the grocery
Are fresher than the other two grocery online stores that I had tried. I wish they had cable tv and internet service, I would be switching:-) Thank you Walmart for wonderful service and prices.

Five more stars for Walmart Customer Care! They really went all out to take care of me I made a purchase on line, and found the same exact item thru Target and the customer sales rep went thru her supervisor and end up not only price matching the item, but one time only refunded my full purchased price! NOW THATS SERVICE WITH A SMILE

Horrible

Two weeks ago the pickup department was completely closed because the got so far behind on Saturday. This Saturday, I signed up for the 2-3 hour pick up. Got there at 2:15 to be told a 2 hour wait. Ok I understand. Went home, 3:05 received text my pickup was ready. Got to the store, waited 1 hour and 55 minutes in the parking lot along with a lot full of cars. While in the lot at about the 1 hour mark I tried to call the store, no answer in the pickup department or even the store. Only one junior manager on duty, on a Saturday. Not to mention having been in management for 30 years, I can promise you if I knew I was having issues I would have been there as the manager filling shopping orders and taking them to the cars. But I guess it was his/her day off and they just did not care. I sent an email to customer service asking to speak to a district manager. The response came in an email that said they needed more specifics. So again all it would have taken was care of a phone call, well here is your response.

I was very pleased with my first order. Great selection, reasonable prices, and prompt delivery. The second order cancelled all the praise I had for the first order. The item (priced lower than I found anywhere else) qualified for free 2-day shipping. 36 hours after I placed the order, I received an email from *******@walmart.com notifying me that I'd receive the item a day later than expected. The first telephone rep told me it was the delivery service's error. No, it was Walmart.com. Second rep blamed the weather. No, The item was shipped from a facility one hour away from me - and there was no inclement weather. The escalation supervisor claimed that I, indeed, would get the shipment on the advertised date. She couldn't understand much about the email, including the sender (*******@walmart.com), the date (less than 5 hours before my call to walmart.com). The incident left me baffled and no longer confident in Walmart's ability to keep advertised delivery times nor competent customer service reps. At the time of this review, I did not receive the package. L

Undercooked chicken

I purchased a rotisserie chicken at Walmart on 47th in Greeley, CO. When I cut it for dinner more than half of the meat was not just pink, but closer to red. Disgusting and a waste of my money.

They'll never be Amazon!

I ordered several Xmas gifts from Walmart.com. There was a death in the family and I needed to return three items. It was THREE different procedures. One at the store, the store gave me a FedEx label for one, and the third I had to contact the third party seller myself. This was December 23. On January 31, after many discussions with Walmart.com, I received the credit for the second and third item. If I can't get it at a Walmart store, I will buy it elsewhere, I will never use Walmart.com again.
