I can't get any of my basic needs delivered since covid-19. We are two high risk individuals who cannot go out hunting down our needs. I'm paying to have my groceries delivered from other stores. Several times my daughter has gone to Walmart and bought the things that Walmart said was out of stock online. Couldn't get it delivered but there was plenty on the shelves. Lazy shoppers? Inefficient updating on the site? Whatever the problem is, I paid Walmart $99 to have my groceries delivered and I'd prefer not to be paying other stores to do it.

I contacted walmart after having the mainstays buchannan loveseat for a month and finally moving into my place so I can put it together. I realized very quickly I can't put it together because it's missing parts. I contacted walmart and even though I was well within the return and replacement window I was told there's nothing they can do and they offered me a $13 credit. This was a $200 couch that I can't use because it's missing parts and they refused to send me a replacement, send me parts, or offer a full refund. I contacted them 4 times and every time they blew me off. I even asked for a parts list and said I'd pay for the brackets and drill them into the wood myself, and they still told me no. When I bought this loveseat, $200 was all I could afford at the time and walmart just ran away with my money.

Walmart took my money when I ordered masks on April 1. I got 1/3 of my order. I have tried to cancel the order, tried to chat with them 4 times ( they promised an email within 24 hours, a call back within 2 hours x2; a short wait for an agent -none of which happened. I waited on line for 2.25 hours and then after waiting the call hangs up from them. The seller has been called and emailed and states Walmart d/c business with them. No one will even talk to me about getting my money back. This has never happened to me at Amazon. Dont buy from Walmart.com

Walmart has a seller called "Mancro." Mancro is a fraudster. Walmart doesn't care. They take your money. Promise delivery. Then nothing. Contacting either does nothing. They just don't care. Make your online purchases elsewhere--with a company that will at least pretend to give actual service.

Order not received

Placed order on April 9th for ladies incontinent diapers. Have ordered these multiple times in last and received them as promised. I understand this virus has caused delays, but I ordered on April 9 with expected delivery date of April 20. They failed to arrive. These safe items I require for comfort and hygiene. April 21 K went to walmart.com website checked tracking- it said order shipped April 16 and was in Atlanta Georgia. On April 21 FedEx tracking said Wal-Mart was working to package orders, that order was now packed but had not been received for shipping yet. Chat on website offered receipt of customer service call back within 2 hours. Now on April 23 I still have not received my order and website tracking today says it has shipped and I should expect delivery on APRIL 20. Now my family having to run all over the country trying to find available products in the community and I've already paid Wal-Mart for the missing, but hate ask for refund if they are actually to be delivered soon. They need furnish customers exact shipping and delivery dates, and talk to representative s online or at least get call backs within acceptable times limits.

I bought the wrong feminine hi-gene product for my wife who is very sick at home. When I got home she says it is the wrong one, I turned right around and went to exchange it for the correct one. They tell me because of Covid they will not refund/exchange any personal products... the box was unopened and it had been under 30min... I was laid off 3 weeks ago and I still am trying to get my unemployment check or a job where we can make our bills. $7.00 may not be a big deal but right now when there is no money coming in that could be FOOD. What a joke they tell me to save it and bring it back after the Covid issue and then refund it... WE NEED TO EAT now... shop anywhere els than this Walmart.

Terrible

Ordered some product from WalMart that was supposed to be delivered by April 15th. Unfortunately the supplier was a Chinese based company that DOES NOT EXIST. Contacted WalMart through chat and so far absolutely no response and in fact they seem to be ignoring the issue. DO NOT ORDER ONLLINE THROUGH WALMART. They to not do due diligence in checking out vendors and seem to totally support fraudulent Chinese companies. WalMart - never again.

Worst online company

This is possibly the worst company to order from online. I ordered a couple of sets of dumbbells just before the pandemic hit. They said was in stock and shipping was 2 weeks out. They never updated my shipping during this time and customer service said everything is fine. Then day of delivery, the order is delayed. Customer service says they don't have the ability to contact warehouse to find out why? What the? Why have a customer service department that does nothing different than your app? Waste of manpower. They send message to upper management. They never call me just send a email that's it's out of stock. What the what? It was in stock when I ordered it. So are you are overselling product you don't have? Not so. It turns out during this two week wait, Walmart had been shipping multiple dumbbells to all Walmart stores instead of fulfilling orders online. I know this because through my local Walmart, I tracked the trucks coming in and picked up some of my orders myself (because I didn't trust online). So instead of fulfilling actual orders online, they decided it was more cost effective to ship to stores (BTW option to ship to store for customer unavailable). Just terrible experience from beginning to end from all levels of this company. Best example of what NOT to do with a business practice model.

UNBELIEVABLE...

Unbelievable... I was just at this store (Madison WI Nakoosa superstore - April 12,202 5:30 PM) and found no wipes and no hand sanitizer. The cart had some sort of slimy gummy crap on the push bar and, when I was leaving, I asked guy standing in the exit area if he was aware that there was no sanitizer and no wipes. He shrugged and said "probably".

THIS IS HOW WALMARTS CARES FOR YOU THE SHOPPER!

Poor service
April 12, 2020

Was recently shopping at Walmart #522 in Crosby, Texas(during corona virus). I get to checkout after waiting in line(for self checkout of course) and was told the store is closed you cannot get your items you will have to come back tomorrow. Then they said there was a announcement about this but the person making the announcement was very unclear and garbled so static you could not understand what was being said. I think this is really just to far first no cashiers to check out to save money for a company then you have to check yourself out most employees are rude and its a big deal for them to help you. This was the day before Easter following all established rules to

Wrong Way Covid-19

Your COVID-19 policy is putting people at risk. I parked in a handicap spot at the far right of your store because I wanted to pick up an item in that area, without walking through the store and passing other customers who might be infected. But I couldn't enter that door and one of your employees came toward me and said I had to go through the middle door. I told her I couldn't walk that far, but more important I wanted to minimize contact with other customers. She said that was the rule. So I left and made my purchase elsewhere. This is an honest and objective review.

Ordered online to pickup outside store. When I arrived I was told their card reader was broke and I would have to go inside to resolve but 1st I tried calling Walmarts store manager, they never answered then tried calling Walmart Corp and was on hold until the answering machine told me I had a 17 minute wait. Went to 2 different places inside Walmart and could not resolve the issue. I bought online so I wouldn't have to go inside the store because of this deadly virus and they say this will be the worst week, but walmart didn't give a damn about customers safety or resolving their problem. I went from pickup to customer service then all the way to the back of the store to customer pickup. None of these people had a clue as to how to resolve something that seemed to be so simple. I guess the real store manager was hiding from the virus at home? I had to find everything and pay at the self check out since Walmart FAILED. Thanks for possibly murdering me? Poor management, lack of customer service and putting paying customers in harms way. Complete incompetence. Never again. Store was 6000 ogeechee rd Savannah Ga and I was told there is no store manager because she quit due to this virus. What a joke Walmart is and calling Corporate was useless. They stop you from contacting the CEO.

Recently I had to go to Walmart. I noticed that they had 40 packs of water and got 4. I called my mother who is disabled and offered to get her 4. A Walmart person told me just go to a separate line so you will be able to pay for hers as well.

I went to the cashier and paid for mine. I pulled the other cart forward to pay and all HELL broke loose. I was told it didn't matter why I was buying them. The fact that my mother is disabled meant nothing. I was told if I wanted more to come back the next day. The reason being everyone should get some. I just want to know if a Walmart person was buying for someone, would they have to come back? PLUS I THOUGHT THE IDEA WAS TO STAY HOME AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I THINK WALMART SHOULD PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACh. STAY AWAY FROM SUPER CENTERS ON EAST SIDE OF TUCSON.

They said I received my item and that it was signed for, even though I never received it. I called to get help for this issue and I was on hold for 53 minutes and then trying to resolve it for another 30 minutes. She told me to call back if I do not hear from the seller. That will be another 2 hours on the phone.
She said people have been holding for up to 4 hours.

Went on website to compare prices between different brands. Makes it kinda hard when the price either isn't shown AT ALL, or they list the price as "Our Every Day Low Price". And just what is that "Every Day Low Price"? $1.00? $3.00? $10?
